Meline is the best not the game! My family had the best experience. We went to so many lenders and they were no help. As soon a we entered MBS office the staff was so welcoming. Both Melanie and her staff were on top of everything. If I could recommend any lender, it would be BMS lending group to anyone looking to buy a house. Sometimes it’s not about your talent but your customer service that will win you a customer for life.

This team is absolutely amazing! We met with Meline to go over budgeting and getting the process started. She was very patient and went over everything to look out for and expect as we started the home buying process. She also set us up with an amazing realtor. Once we found our dream home, she was on top of it, from day one getting paperwork handled and pushing everything through for processing. Thanks to her, we managed to save over 1 percentage point on our interest rate since she locked us in before rates went up (Which we didnt know was an option). She also got everything processed for us to be able to close early! Can not say enough good things about Meline and the MBS Lending team!

Couple of days weeks ago, Meline was a total stranger. Our realtor introduced us to her and in 22 days I was able to get the keys to our home and gained a friend. She was very helpful and explained every single question I had and carefully explained it to me at any time of day. I am so thankful I chose her to guide us in the loan process. There are so many moving parts to the lending process, and she coordinated everything so well—the loan, the title company, the escrow company, appraiser, inspector, insurance, my realtor—Meline is like an orchestra conductor. Before I got my house I talked to a couple loan officers and none of them like Melenie . They all gave me the run around but when I met Melanie she was straight to the point and got my house in 3 months !!!All the other loan officers made it seem like it was impossible to get my house! From the time I met Melanie 3 months after I had my keys in my hand. Melanie and her Assistant are the best and very professional, they know exactly what they are doing.
