Best mattress buying experience Ive ever had! Mike was a great help at Mattress Specialist! Mike was very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions from his comprehensive education of the mattress products, and anything he wasnt sure of he found out for us quickly. We found exactly what we were looking for with Mikes help. There was also several good price points to choose from. I would highly recommend Mattress Specialist! And, if Mike is available hes the sales guy you want! Probably buying another mattress in the next few months and Ill be back to see Mike again for sure!

Im pinching myself. Maybe I was dreaming because this is not a normal experience.I bought a house and knew that it would close escrow in the early evening, we were hoping for 5pm. I also knew we needed three beds and that I could pick two of them myself, Id need my family to pick the third. Mike was like, no problem well deliver between five and seven. When we hadnt closed at 5 I called him and he reassured me that it was still no problem. I stared at my phone in disbelief. Call me when you close.At 6pm I called Mike to let him know wed closed escrow, at 6:15 two men appeared with the two beds Id ordered and after they complimented my shoes (big points there!) they assembled my beds and welcomed me to Palm Springs.The beds are perfect. I love it and they were actually very affordable. The prices are very fair, Im sure I could have saved $20 but I couldnt have saved $100 and Im equally certain I could have been charged hundreds more. The service is spectacular - and with a purchase this size its really important to have someone you trust. Things do go wrong and I have every confidence that if I needed help with warranty issues this would be the shop that would be the best to navigate that with.I am so grateful to Mike and Mattress Specialist for making this a simple purchase with a stellar delivery. Skip the national chains, they cannot compete with local.

We recently purchased a property to serve as a long term rental in Palm Springs and had a short window to get it furnished as we had it rented already with no furniture in the place. We worked with Johnny who was amazing. He worked magic and was able to get us three beds, platforms and headboards in a matter of days. He crew showed up just as he said they would, were super friendly assembled the beds. I would highly recommend these guys and make sure to ask for Johnny.

My brother purchased a bed from Johnny a few weeks ago and loves it, so I tried it out for a great nights sleep last night. Called and talked with Mike first thing this morning, who was friendly, personable, professional, and very helpful. He was able to pull up the details, emailed an invoice, I clicked the link to pay and my new mattress will be on its way soon! Not a bad way to spend 10 minutes. Thanks, Mike & Johnny!

Fantastic service! Juan was super helpful, gave us great options in a good price range, and helped us arrange for same day delivery of a king and a queen. Gave us really good deals on pillows and protective covers, too.

I read reviews of mattress stores in Palm Springs and Mattress Specialists had the best reviews. I knew what mattress i wanted but was unsure of what adjustable frame. Upon entering the store, we were greeted by Mike and proceeded to get the best options for what products i needed. I was impressed by his knowledge and his swift and to the point service. I ended up buying exactly what I wanted and I am looking forward to the delivery! Thanks Mike!

Went to get a king mattress for my dads house in Palm springs. Great selection of mattress at very broad price points. Incredibly knowledgeable staff, eager to help. Would definitely recommend Mattress Specialist to anyone looking.
