When we went into Mattress Pros, we were hoping to try out a few mattresses to figure out what we wanted. We were early in our search and in no rush.We were immediately greeted by Tracy, who was incredibly warm and knowledgeable. He listened closely to our preferences and made sure we tried as many mattresses as we could to find the one. Ultimately, we settled on a great mattress that was our Goldilocks - firm but plush and very comfortable. It was hand-tufted with a lot of coils for support, and with a 10 year warranty, we were very comfortable with our purchase. We loved that the mattress was made in the USA and were happy to support a small business instead of a huge chain. We felt like we got a great deal on a truly luxurious mattress, and would recommend Mattress Pros to friends and family.

I don’t even know where to start with how amazing this company is! I found Mattress Pros on YouTube and the information was so detailed and informative that I immediately knew I wanted to purchase from them, but I was a bit skeptical about ordering from Houston, Texas.. I just felt like so much could go wrong …so I came to Google reviews to read about experiences and I see now why this company is five star rated. If I could give 10 stars I would. Kyle helped me choose a mattress over the phone, gave me an amazing price on a high quality mattress and three weeks later I received a perfect delivery (another five star service). The bed is amazing and the best one I’ve had in my entire life. Don’t walk, RUN to these guys to get you squared away on a good nights sleep. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Kyle at mattress pros!! He was very patient with me, informative, going back and forth trying to get me with the right mattress for me!! The mattress arrived and we have been sleeping on it for over a month now and it is a dream!! After several other mattresses from other places that were failed attempts we have finally found the perfect mattress!! This morning my husband came out and told me we need to get a new mattress. Customer service is outstanding. I was in need of a box spring and called to see if any were available. Richard helped me out and luckily there were a few and was also given the option to purchase one from the floor for a lower price. I didn’t feel like I was trying to be upsold and Richard really went out of his way to ensure what I wanted to buy was what was right for me. He took the time to explain the differences between the products that he had while I considered my options. Richard also helped load the boxspring and secure it to my vehicle.I intend to buy a new bed/mattress before the year ends and I will definitely be returning to make that purchase here.

Richard, who is the store owner, gave us true one on one attention and helped educate us about the different mattresses on the market. I was so thankful for the quality customer service experience. These days customer service has become obsolete. I really feel like this store truly builds and invests in relationships with the individual buyer and the community at large . As someone that suffered a severe spinal cord injury after being hit by a car, I decided to take the plunge and invested in a quality mattress. I would not shop anywhere else. I went to Mattress Pros after going to two bigger chain stores and had a great experience with Kade. He took his time to explain the ins and outs and helped me get the best deal on the mattress that was best for me. They were more negotiable on price, gave us a much better deal than the other places wed been, and didnt try to rip us off on the additional products. Im happy with the mattress I chose and was very happy with the service at Mattress Pros.

Absolutely wonderful service! When I arrived on a Sunday morning and found the store closed (it was supposed to be open), I called the store number and Richard answered and let me know that someone had called in sick -- and another employee was on their way to open the store. He was kind, apologetic and promised to give me a deep discount on any mattress I wanted, if I chose to stay and wait. I did stay and waited only a few more minutes before the employee arrived. They were a newer employee (who was lovely), so they got Richard on the phone when I had questions and he talked us through the mattresses. I made a decision in five minutes, Richard said I didnt have to wait and could invoice me later -- AND that they could schedule the mattress delivery around the return of my recently-purchased WinkBeds mattress (which definitely wasnt for me). I would highly recommend Mattress Pros to anyone who wants an attentive -- but not pressured -- experience looking for a mattress. Super satisfied.

I rarely leave reviews but the experience I had with Richard was so AMAZING that I felt that I needed to. First of all, his prices are the best, significantly cheaper than any other mattress shop. But what made the experience even better was his response to me picking out the wrong mattress. Unfortunately the first mattress I got didnt work out for us. It felt great when just lying on it, but I woke up with back pain. Richards response was UNBELIEVABLE! He reassured me and told me not to worry, that he would get me a mattress that would work better for us. He encouraged me to keep trying it for a couple more week to see if my body gets use to it, and allow the mattress to break in. He then graciously switched us out for another mattress at no cost. The new mattress is he recommended is amazing, both me and my wife love it sleep is remarkably better. Go ahead, call around and ask the other mattress stores if they do this, no one does this. Those that do offer exchanges usually always charge some sort of exchange fee. Thanks Richard, you got a customer for life!

Purchased Beautyrest Black L class queen mattress + luxury base via Richard. The price quoted was the best amongst all the retailers I reached out to. I am in MD but still ordered via Mattress pros due to their good reviews / price quoted. The mattress was delivered as per the order specs. My only issue the delivery took ~4 weeks since order was confirmed and payment was sent. I would still give it 5 stars.

We had been searching for a new mattress for several months. We went to the local Mattress stores around us and they pushed hybrid mattresses. We ended up purchasing a hybrid, but did not feel comfortable with it. We went back to the store and canceled the order.Then we saw that YouTube had many videos on mattresses and thats where we discovered Richard of Mattress Pros. We had many texts and phone calls to discuss our needs. His goal was to sell us what we wanted and make sure the quality met our needs. We drove up to Culver City and met with him and made the purchase of their Aireloom M1 Luxtop Mattress. We have had it now for about a month and it fits our needs. We are happy with the Quality of the Mattress and even though they run a little higher in price, we feel the investment is well worth the money. Richard was responsive and very helpful during the time we were deciding and we are very happy with Mattress Pros. We wont hesitate to use them again for our other bedrooms.

His demeanor and honesty immediately caught my attention so I gave him a call. It was his personal cell phone and picked up right away and was even more personable and helpful on the phone. Amongst so many mattress stores in the neighborhood its hard to differentiate between the good and bad ones. But Mattress Pros is one such store that will assure you to look no further. I loved everything about the store- Very clean and pleasant store interiors, no old mattress odor, well stocked bar for customers and a wide range of popular as well as local mattress brands. The best part about the store is their owner Richard who is also the store manager. Richard is extremely knowledgeable about all mattress types and explains each mattress technology with great detail. He has a great understanding of customer needs and helped us try out few options before securing a great deal on a mattress we liked. I have always gone to big corporate (Macys and Ashley) companies for my mattresses needs, but this time I chose to come here and ended up patting myself on the back. 👍Right off the bat, when I came into the store, I was greeted by the owner (Richard) and he started giving his recommendations and explained in detail the differences between each mattress. It was such an effortless experience for us because we didnt know what we were looking for except for the fact that we wanted a medium firm mattress (and trust me, you would get lost in there if no one was helping you, they have a wide variety of mattresses throughout the store). He is a very sincere guy, I really enjoyed talking with him. You could tell he really listens to you instead of trying to be a typical salesman who would have fake conversations with you.Also, I am really grateful that he sent a temporary mattress to us for free just so we could have a bed until the new one comes. I ordered 14 mattresses from Amazon and 18 days later no mattresses, no tracking, no ship information, 4 customer service agents apologizing and guessing at what the problem was and what to do. I was at a loss on what to do and these mattresses need to be at the freight forwarders in less than 48 hours.We operate a BNB on a little island called Saipan in the far north-west corner of the Pacific Ocean and we need the mattresses to fulfill a government contract for lodging our military. After the last Amazon customer service representative couldnt give me an answer I cancelled the order with Amazon and immediately started calling all the furniture and bedding stores in Los Angeles area.I explained to Richard we had no business for 18 months due to Covid19 and this contract was going to help us get back on our feet. Richard called me back in less than 30 minutes and said I have your 14 mattresses and we an ship first thing in the morning. He not only found my mattresses but he hired his friend to drive them to our freight forwarder. I just spoke to our freight forwarder and as I am writing this they are loading the mattress to ship to us.Richard understood the value of customer service and I spoke to a real human being and got real results.
