Shoutout to the awesome folks at Mattress Nation! I live way outside their delivery zone, but Mike still hooked me up with a sweet deal on a top-of-the-line adjustable bed base closer to me.Super friendly and helpful from the get-go, they really listened to what I needed and made sure I got the best bang for my buck. I had a great experience working with Mike at Mattress Nation. He made the ordering and purchasing process seamless and was patient when I needed to consult with my significant other about making the purchase. I definitely recommend this store as staff is customer service oriented and knowledgeable.I highly recommend the Thrive firm by Ethos - organic mattress. It is soft but firm and will last a long time. Now I just need some new bedding!!

I cant speak highly enough of Mattress Nation. Although Im based in Southern California and theyre located in Northern California, it was absolutely worth purchasing from them. I had the pleasure of working with Mike on my mattress purchase. He was incredibly gracious, kind, and knowledgeable, providing me with a fantastic deal on a Stearns & Foster mattress. He beat the prices of any other store! Within a week, the brand-new mattress was delivered to my doorstep in perfect condition. My husband and I were in the market for a new mattress and we decided to go to the old GameStop near Oakridge which is now Mattress Nation! When we entered the store was clean and organized. Harrison quickly greeted us as we walked in and we let him know what we were looking for-- we wanted firm, but not too firm and something that will last us a good while with proper care, but nothing super fancy or mechanized.Harrison was very knowledgeable about every mattress he showed us, and was more than happy to show us a variety of different mattresses. He even went as far to pull a new Sealy model out of storage for us to try (which was the one we bought!). They also sell mattress protectors, sheets and box springs which we also purchased with the mattress. They will deliver to your address and take your old mattress away for you as well.Overall, we highly recommend anyone in South Bay to purchase your new mattress from Mattress Nation!Thank you so much Harrison for helping us so much-- It was wonderful chatting with you as well. We went mattress shopping over the weekend to several well known mattress places. On our way to the 2nd store, I happened to see Mattress Nation tucked away in a small shopping strip on Blossom Hill Road. I asked my husband to stop there first and boy am I glad we did! We asked many questions and Harrison our sales rep was friendly and knowledgeable! We then hopped over to 1 more place before making our final decision. Definitely Mattress Nation had the best prices and customer service! We were very happy to support a local small business too. I would HIGHLY recommend this Mattress Company to anyone looking around. There was no sales pressure and they know their stuff! Thank you Harrison for your awesome customer service and expertise in helping us buy our new Temper-Pedic mattress. It gets delivered this afternoon and cannot wait to try it out tonight!

I’ve never felt more comfortable, knowing I was purchasing the correct product for my home. Mike, in the Monterey store, always goes out of his way, to make sure I get the best product for my family. Without a doubt, I would only purchase from Mike, because he’s honest, responsible, trustworthy and doesn’t want to just make a sale. Mike wants to make a customer for life. There are very few “Mike’s“ around, and I feel so lucky to have found him Buying a mattress can be confusing and frustrating because you may not know as much about quality and price -unless you get it from Mike . Once you meet Mike, you will understand that all you need to know is how you feel on the bed. He will explain everything so you know the quality you’re buying, warranty and anything else you need to know he is your honest salesman. Finding the right mattress can be hard but the guys at Mattress Nation made it super easy and were so helpful in the selection process. I didnt feel as if I was being sold to buy the most expensive or rushed to get anything on the spot. I was looking for a very specific mattress and had scoured the internet and talked to a few other companies with no success. I landed up at the San Jose store and was fortunate to have met the VP, Ryan, who was visiting the store. I was very impressed with how much time Ryan and the store manager spent with me researching and reviewing many options until I finally found what I was looking for. At the same time I did not feel any pressure to buy and all all the time it felt like they wanted to help me find a solution. They also arranged for the mattress to be delivered to me in record time. Very happy with the service and would recommend the company to anyone.

Mattress nation was great. Previously I had always gone to larger probably more well know stores for mattress. The experience here was great getting basically the same brand name product at reasonable price. Do yourself a favor go here first or if you have already gone to other stores make this your last stop. You wont regret it. The service is great and so are the prices. I knew that I wanted to buy a new bed but I really didnt know where to begin. There are so many options that the whole process seemed a little overwhelming. A simple google search led me to the mattress nation and Mike and his team. Thank God. Mike answered my endless barrage of questions with his vast 24 years of experience and knowledge. A good nights sleep is priceless and to Mike and his team and I am forever indebted. He convinced me to try tempurpedic when I had never experienced foam before and it has literally changed my life. I had been shopping for replacement mattress for some time, just happened to see Mattress Nation grand opening sign on Blossom Hill in San Jose, stopped in and was greeted by Mike, he was extremely helpful, helping me choose the proper mattress for my needs. I chose a King Koil firm mattress, with an approximate delivery date of one to two weeks, was contacted by Mike within the expected delivery date, to let me know that the manufacturer was having difficulties getting their foam deliveries and should expect delivery within an additional two weeks, which was right on. The delivery team was extremely prompt and tidy in getting everything set up, along withtaking away the old mattress and box springs. Ive been sleeping on it now for six nights and I must say it was the perfect choice.Thank you Mike for your professionalism, Ill definitely refer Mattress Nation to anyone looking for a new mattress!

Went in to try out mattresses and was a little leery about any salesman trying to upsell me but we were greeted actually by the owner who was very knowledgeable and not pushy. He let us try them out and I didn’t feel rushed in any way. I mean it’s a big purchase and you want to feel confident in your choice. Overall with his guidance and my achy back I found the perfect one.

Very professional sales people and very easy to deal with. Delivery and setup personnel’s were patience setting up the bed according to your liking. However the electronic hookup needs some training. Had to call customer support to get the tempurpedic sleetracker AI working. Overall very happy with the beds.

I bought a tempurpedic mattress and bedframe. Mike was so helpful and informative throughout the whole process. He went through the different types of mattresses and softness options. He gave me updates and their prices are great! Their delivery guys were kind enough to remove my old mattress and disassemble my old bedframe so I didn’t have to worry. Highly recommend this place.

I dislike the sales tactics of large chain stores so I stopped by here and I was not disappointed.There was no attempt to upsell just useful information on the choices I had. Management was flexible in pricing and delivery and setup were 4 weeks ahead of schedule.Highly recommend

Finally got the temperpedic mattress that I always dreamed of. Scott B was super helpful and helped me decide between the different types of temperpedic beds and pillows. I had been looking for a mattress a queen sealy posterpedic. I went to 4 major stores on blossomhill road . SJWhile driving on blossom hill road out of the corner of my eye I saw matteress nation.I pulled in met mike the owner.I explained what I wanted he showed me said this is the one.I wanted a firm sealy posterpedic. I asked if he could give me a good dealwe settled on a price I was very happy with how he treated me . I will be bsck and I will refer people back to his store on blossom hill round across from oakridge mall.I got my matterss delivered today !!!I got a call from the delivery people the night before to confirm delivery. My husband and I were sorely in need of a new mattress, and we are both so very grateful we chose this as our first stop. Mike greeted us as we entered, asked what we were looking for, and proceeded to show us the beds that matched our preferences. He was very informative, gave us plenty of time to make our decision, and just overall, made for a truly great shopping experience. Thanks to the promotion going on at the time, we also got free delivery and disposal of our old mattress, along with free bedsheets and two free pillows with our purchase. The free pillows we got are amazing...our new mattress + these pillows = sleeping on our own queen sized cloud!
