I was experiencing lots of shoulder pain at night so came in to upgrade my mattress. JD showed us some options and provided recommendations based on our sleeping styles and needs. JD is the best sleep expert ever!! He really knows his inventory, hes very professional - not pushy at all! I liked the way he introduced me to the beds he thought Id like based on what I told him I was interested in. Hes not just trying to make a sale he really is trying to help you get what you want and knows how important good aleep. I was actually really nervous about going to buy a brand new mattress and he made it one of the easiest adulting experiences Ive had in a while. My bed came this morning and my dog and I are loving the features on the Purple bed we got.I live in Rocklin and Ive been to mattress places around here before and they suck so I drove out to Yuba City and JD was definitely worth the drive!!

I am rating it in minus as I purchased Cal King mattress with box springs and spent $900 on it and they gave me 20 years warranty but this mattress got bent from one side in less than a month so I have been calling them and visited them multiple times to replace it but they are giving me next day and so on even i talked to their manager named johnny he said he will take care of this issue but he is also as his crew and seriously i purchased queen mattress for my kids from walmart and its been 3 months I have no complaint so people need to boycott these stupid local companies and try walmart mattresses

First, I want to say Josiah is a very knowledgeable mattress salesman and was not pushy at all to make an up sell. He is definitely a people person and a great asset to your location! Honestly I dread having to deal with any type of major purchases that has you dealing with sales people... I work at a dealership and know first hand how sales people can be. With that being said Johnny, the store manager there, is absolutely one of the best salespeople Ive met in any industry for being no pressure and very knowledgeable with the product hes selling. First and foremost he wants to find you your perfect bed that is in your budget. Hes got questions and if you answer honestly dude will match you with your dream bed. Absolutely zero pressure from him even if that bed is an ad unit for $500. I upsold myself because after years of being cheap and never really liking beds that were in my budget decided to get the one that my body said this is it versus my wallet saying that. You know that buyers remorse where you feel like you spent too much and couldve got a better deal? Well, I can honestly say that even after planning on spending around $1500 and walking out spending $4200, I have absolutely no buyers remorse and have not been able to find a better deal on the setup I got from any other place local or online. The delivery process was even just as great. Had a window from 5-7 today and 5:10 heres a truck with two of the friendliest delivery people Ive ever had at my house. I didnt pay the extra for assembly, just free delivery, but the driver noticed the box was torn up for the base and opened it up to make sure it wasnt damaged in front of me. He actually insisted even though I was the last stop and they were done after delivering the bed and base. Definitely the best and friendliest customer service from start to finish. You guys have earned a customer for life as long as you keep up this kind of pricing and customer service.

I do have one discretion. My wife was home upon delivery of mattresses. She said they were here like scheduled, but one of the men was very rude. As if it was to much trouble to take our old mattress, which we were told they would. She didnt bother to get names. I just find that discouraging.

The place was clean and organized the gentleman who helped us started out pleasant friendly and informative he guided us though the process of selecting a mattress which would fit both my partner and myself. Upon his boss arriving his friendly position changed to a nearly car salesman approach which upset my partner. He started to pitch their finance plan which I expected and we let him know that we werent interested, but he expressed that because his boss arrived he would have to tell us all of the pitch which we werent interested in. At that point we felt he no longer had our best interest in mind. When he stated he was starting to run paperwork to help get us along our way quicker it came out he was still running finance numbers which we had no interest in. We still purchased what we needed but would rather have a no pressure experience and feel that if management or the company pushed this kind of high pressure sales they need to re-think their approach.

Josiah...WOW! Talk about a Salesperson that is knowledgeable, professional and personable. This guy here made our mattress purchase seamless. Came in on Friday May 14 just before closing; he greeted us (wearing a mask) and before we knew it, we walked out with exactly what we wanted, the “Gladney Hybrid Firm King Prime”. He gave us options, price difference and he didn’t try to strong arm us into something that we didn’t want. I believe John is the Manager at this location. Hey John! Give this guy a raise and his own store. He’s the poster child of what a salesperson should be. When I need another mattress, I’ll be back and if Josiah isn’t there and at another Mattress Firm, I’ll go to that location. And if he’s left the company all together...well...well...I don’t know what I’ll do. Josiah Rawks! Thanks for the great service. OH YEAH...we also talked about cryptocurrency and Elon Musk. Great conversation.

Walked in just wanting to get a feel for the beds and ended up buying a tempur pedic. Hoping I made the right choice since I did not try any other beds but only took the sales guys advice even though he got me a pretty good deal. Bed will be delivered in a week and I pray it gives me some relief and a better nights sleep

As soon as I walked in I was approached by come to find out the manager my experience with this particular individual was outstanding I have never received customer service the way he provided it. he answered all my questions and assured me that I was receiving the best price available and let me to purchase my first mattress one of my first true big credit approved purchases lol I greatly commend and appreciate you (Johnny Carreras!) I look forward to years of beautiful sleep lol great place to shop and a great team to shop from!!
