Patrick was fantastic and very helpful. He didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t want. He even carried the mattress in a box to our car….box wouldn’t fit so he took it out of box for us and it fit!! Will definitely return for my mattress and pillow needs!

The man that helped Me was very friendly and well informed on the Mattress, pillows, and mattress covers. He was friendly and conversed with me for a little bit and I ended up buying 2 Top-of-the-line, memory, foam pillows, and a top-of-the-line cooling mattress cover that is waterproof. he was an amazing salesman I had just bought a mattress somewhere else but when I am ready to replace it with a new one, I will definitely purchase it From him

What a fantastic selection they have in mattresses. Id spoken with Gary here previously. Today Patrick helped me.The prices were excellent. I had no idea that purchasing a new mattress had become so complicated! We were lucky we chose Mattress Firm to shop for our bed & even luckier to be greeted by Gary • this gentleman is amazing! He guided us through the store & pointed us in the right direction, only after first asking what we were looking for in a mattress. His 1st suggestion was exactly what both of were looking for but slightly out of our budget. We mulled over pros and cons but in the end, Garys 2nd suggestion fit us to a tea. We finalized our purchase & were able to get a delivery date that fit our schedule & drove home content that this purchase was one that would last us for years to come.I will refer family, friends and business acquaintances to our Turlock Mattress Firm & know they will be as pleased as we are should they too make the same decision by allowing Gary to help them find their right fit.Thank you for the opportunity to share our experience with others.

We had an amazing experience here. I called ahead to make sure our service dog in training would be OK to bring with us, and was happy to hear she was welcome. Walked in knowing we wanted a new set up for my disabled mom who has used a watered for almost 40 years and is finally agreeing to get a more traditional mattress. Once we explained our situation the sales rep, Gary, took us through three options that would work best in our budget. We never felt pressured or rushed at all, even when another customer came in. In fact we were told that if my mom got too tired trying out beds that would be OK and to just come back later. Her even pointed out a potential tripping hazzard between the beds for my mom. Was very through and helpful. Had no problem with me insisting wed like to pick up same day from the warehouse and even called them for us to check us in. Would totally go back and recommend to anyone looking for something new. Much love and appreciation for Gary and Mattress Firm!

My wife and I were tired of our personal comfort bed. It was like sleeping on an air mattress. So we decided to check out some other mattresses. We checked out a few different mattresses. We finally both decided that the purple mattresses were the most comfortable for us. The lady was so helpful and gave us a great deal on the mattresses. If you need a new mattress give them a try. He took us through soft, firm then middle of the road mattresses which was great because we were first time mattress buyers and really had no idea what we wanted.I’m thankful he took the time to walk us through and point out each mattress and what it was good for. Mes, took his time educating us and demonstrating products he knew–based on our feedback–we would love. Even then it was still confusing. I knew what type I was looking for. He was helpful steering me to the right one. Walked in to Turlock’s Mattress firm only to see Mesfin Abate (Stores manager) in there alone while there were more customers than him. However he was very kind and able to assist me in the look of a King sized mattress. Even was able to find me one on clearance/sale, making it easier for me financially. All while also getting it delivered straight to my house out in Newman, hands down a great experience and Mesfin will do whatever he can to help you.

I purchased my mattress from Mattress Firm a little over a year ago (original review below) and I wanted to upgrade my pillows. I initial bought some cheap pillows off of Amazon when I purchased my bed and now a year later and the pillows are lumpy and causing me some discomfort in my neck. I decided it was time to invest in some good quality pillows, so I reached out to Mesfin who was still with the company (thank God!) and he advised me that I should come into the store during their Memorial Day Sale to test out some options.Mesfin educated me on the importance of a good pillow. He had me test out several pillows, on the exact make and model of the bed that I initial purchased from Mattress Firm, so that I could see how the pillow felt on top of my actual bed! Who would have thought that, that was a thing?!! Makes sense though when you think about it.I purchased 2 great pillows. Im so glad that I did not purchase the pillows online and that I took the time to come into the store.
