My partner and I had an amazing experience at this mattress firm. Rodrigo was super informative, helpful, and really listened to what our needs were in terms of finding the right mattress. He was attentive while also gave us space to discuss our personal thoughts and shop around. He made recommendations for us based on the preferences we provided and tried to suggest the right mattresses based on our price range as well. When we went back the next day, Alyssa was extremely helpful and friendly in helping us complete the purchase and our financing options. We truly appreciated how helpful, friendly, and understanding they both were! We would recommend going this Mattress Firm if you live within the Central Valley! They were wonderful!

Alyssa was so awesome! This was my first time purchasing a mattress on my own and I was a little nervous that I wasn’t going to be taken seriously because I’m a young college student. This, however, did not happen as I was treated with so much kindness and respect. The experience, thanks to Angela, was actually incredibly easy and fast. I told her my needs and she found me the perfect mattress that was below my budget. She also gave me a great deal on a box frame and pillow! Shane and Alyssa were fantastic! I bought split king mattresses and the adjustable base. My original purchase was really smooth. Both were knowledgeable and not pushy. After a month I contacted Shane because my mattress wasn’t working for me and Shane offered some suggestions which I tried. I ended up going back in and Shane made the exchange so easy and gave me the best deal he could. Alyssa also went out of her way to help me find sheets from different vendors that worked for me. I would highly recommend Firm because of the great customer service!

We walked in without any real expectations or price idea because we knew a mattress was an investment. We also had no idea what type of mattress we would prefer as a couple or even individually. Upon entering the store, Shane Dobbins greeted us and began to show us some mattresses and made the process so much more easier than ever imagined. He was able to figure out which type of mattress would be best for us before we even knew and he was absolutely right! He organized a package for us and gave us so many options on how we could pay for our ideal set up. We decided we wanted to pay in full and came up with a budget and he was able to help us get the perfect mattress for us and helped us on a personable level that was unmatched in the sales world. He took his time, let us wander around and think out loud, and was there for our questions and concerns. We almost went to Costco but I’m so glad we didn’t. It was both of our first time in a mattress firm and Shane made us realize it’s the only place we will ever go for our mattress needs! Sales Managers Shane and Rodrigo are great! I walked into the store on New Years day getting a king for the price of a queen and a free adjustable base!They both explained things very well! And this is coming from a guy that asks a ton of questions. One thing they informed me of is that I could replace a queen size bed Id bought 7 years prior with a brand new bed. This was because the springs had gone out on it prior to the end of the 10 year warranty.I ended up getting a brand new queen size bed of the same make and only had to pay $100 for shipping with $10 for taxes. It saved me $790! By the time the new bed is ordered Ill have two brand new Sealy/Simmons mattresses in my home.Definitely consider this store over the others and ask for Shane or Rodrigo!

Mattress Firm is the worst they did me and family wrong from beginning to the end. Dont finance from or buy there product. Youre better off saving your hard earned money or going somewhere else. First off I wanted a great mattress for my pregnant wife and son that use to like to sleep in the same bed as his mom. Thought I got a good deal when I was almost done paying it off within the year I have paid about 1,400. That was a lot of money for me for a mattress and a box spring it was nothing special it was just a regular box spring and a mattress. I was about $40 short of paying it off within the year and because of that they charge me an extra $600 in interest and fees. I thought that maybe the company would call me and let me know hey your years coming up you should pay it off or maybe an email or something to give me a heads up because I definitely could have paid that extra $40 and save myself an extra $600 from paying. So even though I had to pay the extra $600 I paid off the mattress now I said what the heck I have a good mattress for a long time no I was wrong about three and a half years later the mattress was a mess sagging everywhere all kinds of dents. So bad that I needed a different one. When I bought the mattress I asked the gentleman at mattress firm to give me something that would last a long time because I wanted my son that I knew was going to be tall to have something he could grow into so I bought king size mattress and h&r he said this one was the best one for longevity and quality. Boy was he wrong the mattress is awful. I tried to warranty the mattress because supposedly they have a 10-year warranty and they told me that the mattress was stained the mattress is not stained its just my son that sleeps on it everyday is a kid and he is not always the cleanest person you know how kids play. But he certainly never peed in it or dropped any juice on it we made sure of that. They said because the mattress was stained they could not warranty it how awful that $2,000 right down the drain they gave me a coupon for 20% off what am I going to do with that now Im stuck and my son needs a new mattress and mattress firm was awful they didnt even say sorry we couldnt have sorry we couldnt help you or well give you 50% off or something worthwhile so please save your money and dont buy from them

I called the Turlock store by Costco to inquire on a intellibed and was amazed at how friendly and helpful the staff was. I believe on the phone I was talking to Terrence and when I was done I had purchased the bed over the phone and drove to the store to meet the 2 salesmen who helped me load the bed into my truck. We went in on memorial day to try out the Purple mattress after seeing multiple ads, I had watched quite a few different mattress reviews leading up to then and had a basic idea of what we were looking for. We met with Shane, who is nothing short of a mattress guru, and after only 15 minutes or so we were pre-approved and he already had about 6 mattresses he wanted us to try. His knowledge on each one was very impressive, the construction, materials, the difference between the density of foams (thats a thing). He showed us mattresses at the different price ranges within our budget. He was never pushy or aggressive, the dude legitimately wants to help you get the best sleep you can. The store itself was clean and they have an amazing selection to choose from. The delivery guys were incredibly friendly and professional. Life would be so much easier if every buying experience was pleasant as this one, a 5 star rating is selling them short. I purchased a bed frame for my little nephew because his old frame was broken. Did nt realize that the following day, my brother stop by the house and my little nephew show him the sagging bed. I have to say that I was not looking forward to having to purchase a new bed. Just broke up with my boyfriend, he took the recliner and the bed. Knowing that I have chronic sleep apnea that causes swelling in my legs making it hard for me to function throughout day. With that said it was much to my surprise that Alyssa the sales representative was on point! I told her what I needed and preferred, she hit it on the nail immediately. Once I figured out which mattress I wanted she then mentioned the option for the head and foot elevation and at first I was like I cant afford that. Then she shared some more options and it was all within my budget. Oh wait! If you have problems with bed frame I was told I have to look at owners manual for manufacturer of frame and contact them for warranty issues. This was the worst mattress buying experience Ive ever had. The mattress was over priced and uncomfortable. I was told by the store manager I could return mattress. Once the delivery guys called to say they were on there way ... we carried the mattress into our garage so random people would not be in our home. Once the delivery guys arrived they said they cant pick up the mattress if its in the garage. I called the store manager immediately... and he said he had no idea about the policies of the company picking up the mattress. This made me even more upset to know that a store manager of sleep train has no clue about the company picking up out mattress.. yet we are supposed to allow this company with 2 random men into my home . Edited 3/22. Received a call from mattress firm that the would upgrade the bed frame and have it delivered the next day. They did exactly that. Thank you Mattress firm, I didnt have to sleep on the floor.Was told mattress would be delivered in 1 week and it was. Base would be delivered in 2 weeks and it was NOT! I Was not notified the base would not be delivered on the scheduled date. I sat home waiting all day for a deliver that never came. Spoke with customer service and she said the base was now out of stock for 6 more weeks. They reccomend I call the store so my husband went to the store and was told it would be 3 weeks not six weeks. I am now sleeping on a mattress on the floor. If I wanted an upgraded base it would cost me 900 more. No Way! If I knew then that I would be sleeping on the floor for about 5-6 weeks total I never would have bought a bed from them. I never will again!
