Buying a new mattress can be very stressful. It’s a high dollar ticket and you want to make sure you’re getting the best mattress for you. I have struggled with walking out of many mattress stores without a mattress. I walked into this location today and was met with a lot of patience and help with my decision. My mind was put at ease and I finally left with a mattress purchase! I am very pleased with my experience here today. Anthony was so calm and informative, and patiently answered my hundred thousand questions and very thoroughly. Thank you!

Everything was going smoothly. The customer service and prices were good.The trouble started when it was time to deliver. The day before delivery, they call me and say that the delivery is going to be 1 week late! I am worried if it will even be delivered in a week.Update: Jackson called me and apologized for the delay. He was really sincere and understood. He even gave me a refund on the delivery as an apology. The refund did come a few days after the mattress was delivered.1 week later, the mattress and base was delivered on time. The delivery people were very friendly and knew what they were doing. They came on time and had it completed in about 20mins.Overall, a little bumpy but the great customer service and the price is the reason you want to go here. At least try coming here first!

I have been a customer for this site for while, a year ago (it will be in August) I went the store in Hawthorne, I bought (order ) frame paid for it, they said they will deliver to my house they never did, instead they delivered to this site, I went to claim it after couple months, due to the passing of my father, the site said they didn’t have the frame sent me back to the store in Hawthorne, but some much miss understanding at the I never got my frame, they charged me for it. So I called this stilling no frame no money back. All want is my frame. Any suggestions?

I came in after several years of sleeping uncomfortable. I came in with low hopes of finding a firm mattress at a reasonable price. I was greeted immediately by both staff in the store when i arrived and one quickly came to assist me. I described my issue with my weight and lower back since Im a long distance driver. The employee did a fantastic job showing me every single option to make sure I got what I wanted. I walked out after about an hour with the purchase of a beautyrest pressuresmart with a free adjustable base for $900. Thank you mattress firm I look forward for many nights of comfortable sleep.

Had a great experience here. My wife and I have different firmness preferences so trying to find a mattress that suited both of us was no easy task. Luckily, Anthony and Darius were both very knowledgeable and patient and had us try a variety of mattresses. With each selection, they relayed why they thought it could be a good fit, and calibrated based on our feedback. We fell in love with a mattress that was totally out of our budget (we did it to ourselves lol) but Anthony and Darius explained our various options and committed to monitoring the Outlet inventory in the event our desired mattress came up. And they did! They kept us apprised even when there were no updates, which let us know they were still monitoring. Finally something came through and they helped us move on it quickly. He brought the two I preferred and i tried them out. He was very easy to work with and I ultimately purchased my mattress from him. Delivery people were eh, but got the job done. They were kind of sloppy and left trash in my room. I had to help with moving out the old mattress because they sent 2 people who weren’t the most physically fit. Don’t mind helping but I had to pay for the delivery and set up. Suggest sending 3 people for these jobs

Here, they were all pretty much one of the major brands, which makes me say there weren’t “tons” of options, and that’s why I gave 4 stars.But with that, Sonia was able to find something that worked for us.She’s also good at making sure she works the room so no customer feels unattended to. We needed to get twin mattresses for our sons bunkbed. Bertha was welcoming and very helpful. She did not hesitate to show us different beds and try them. She gave us the specs and the materials used to make mattresses. We went to another large brand name store and did not get nearly the same attention that Bertha gave us. She took her time, offered a mattress similar what we were considering at another store and price matched it. What a great experience at Mattress Firm last night. After visiting five different shops and being completely unable to determine which adjustable base I should purchase, all of my questions were finally answered. The salesperson encouraged me to try the beds and helped me with all of the features, even pointing out some things on the remote that I didnt notice. You can imagine that I was pretty overwhelmed with this decision making especially after visiting so many shops. I actually had a selection on hold at another place. But the sales person showed me some features I really liked on an adjustable base that was very well priced. And they agreed to price match with free delivery and set-up. And they agreed to deliver it within 2 days, which is something I could not get anywhere else. It was late in the evening oh, about an hour before closing when I showed up. The sales person and her partner, Zama and Diane, were just such a great team. We even shared some belly laughs as I was paying. I would definitely shop here again. Mattresses are so important and it really is overwhelming. I felt like they simplified much of the complexity for me and theyre Pleasant dispositions made me a huge fan of the shop. I own vacation rentals and I do shop for mattresses and replace mattresses and beds very frequently. But this was truly an outstanding and rare experience. Thank you both!

This was my last stop to find a mattress and I ended up finding the one here. The sales rep wasn’t as friendly as other sales reps for mattress stores. He was quiet but he answered all my questions which I appreciated. I also had the most awesome delivery drivers! My experience from the moment Francis answered the phone I was greeted with sheer expertise, knowledge, and pleasantness. Never did I feel pressured or sales talked. Only pure intention of making sure I was happy with what I was looking for. For a second I mistook Francis as the manager by his professionalism coupled with warm rapport. Yesterday I purchased a mattress and adjustable foundation for my elderly, disabled mother. We busted the store twice so she could feel the mattress she liked in separate days at different times to make sure it still was to her liking. She also assisted several times over the phone in giving me dimensions so that place were bed was being purchased from could verify if the adjustable base worked with bed rails, footrest and headboard. Store was very clean and well lit. Bathrooms during both visits were exceptionally clean. Both were as professional, courteous and knowledgeable as mine was. Prices were also very good and there is a variety of pillows to try. Definitely plan to return in near future for purchase of a tempurpedic for myself. A little disappointed in the return policy. They told me I could return the $5300 mattress if we didnt like it. Turns out it was too firm for us so we went back to the store and they did take the mattress back and delivered the softer version. The part where Im feeling taken advantage of is they charged me $2000 more saying the other mattress was $2k more. June greeted me and was super attentive and helpful in helping me find a pillow that worked for me. I have a smaller frame so the typical pillows always give me neck and back pain. June really allowed me to take my time and I didn’t feel rushed at all. June even asked what kind of mattress I had (they happened to have it) and suggested that I try the pillows on the specific mattress. I had recently ordered a mattress from another store, and last minute was told that it wasnt going to arrive - thus leaving me without a mattress to sleep on and no way to get one the day I was notified. BUT LUCKILY, as I was driving down Hawthorne, I ran across this store and decided to go in and see if I could possibly get a mattress fast. David had amazing customer service, and really took the time to help me pick a mattress that was best for me. And due to my circumstance, he worked hard to get me the quickest delivery he could provide. (I ordered on a Saturday night and received the new mattress by Monday morning!) You can really tell this business cares about its customers and what they are selling! And this was overall such a great experience for me, considering how upsetting my day was initially going, and with this being my first time purchasing a mattress.

Francis was amazing with helping us determine which bed and frame were best for us. Ordered on Friday and delivery was set for Saturday. Minor hiccups with the delivery but both Zama and Mike at the store stepped in with the warehouse and made sure we received the mattress that day. We just bought a home and wanted to upgrade our Queen mattress to a King. Karl was extremely knowledgeable and made the mattress buying process very easy. We were on a time crunch, and he got us in and out in under an hour. We went in with an idea of what we wanted (price wise) and we were offered such a good deal we ended up going home with so much more than we had planned and we are lovin it! The mattress was delivered next day, which happened to be the day before we moved into our home (absolutely perfect!). I would highly recommend Mattress Firm to anyone in search of a new mattress! Best investment I have purchased so far and its all thanks to Azita! My family and I were in search of a mattress to help with our lingering back problems.
