Hannah and Clarence are amazing!!! I experienced sciatica/back pain and with the pro smart adjustable bases lumbar support. My pain has gone away. The breeze mattress has helped immensely with my menopausal night sweats. My husband is snoring less with the head lift. Thank you for the pleasant and easy experience. Clarence was the first smile I saw when I walked in. He is extremely knowledgeable about his products. He listened carefully to my needs and we finally came to a decision. He didn’t rush me and we chose what will hopefully be the best mattress for my needs. He didn’t try to SELL me a mattress. He guided me into the best choice. After a few months with the new mattress I purchased I can confidently say Clarence is a very knowledgeable professional. When I came in we were greeted by him and immediately offered to help and find a mattress that fit my needs. I was looking for something to help with my lower back pain. He offered various options at different price points and offered finance options as well. He made it all a very easy and smooth process, and since I’ve had the new mattress my back pain has eased and sleep quality has definitely improved. Definitely recommend paying him a visit for any of your mattress needs.

I needed to file a claim on a warranty I purchased for my Tempur-Pedic mattress and adjustable base from Mattress Firm. I was mis-directed numerous times, until I met Store Manager Kevin at the Mattress Firm in Beaumont, CA. Kevin truly understands the importance of good customer service. He listened to my concerns. He made copies of my paperwork. He worked with his district manager and home office to ensure his customer was taken care of. Kevin called me two days later. He let me know my claim had been approved and wanted to know what day they could deliver my new mattress and bed frame. This was a Thursday afternoon in which he called. I had my new mattress and bed frame on Saturday. I was also pleasantly surprised when the delivery team called and let me know they could show up 2 hours earlier than scheduled if that time worked for me. It did. The delivery team was fantastic also. Albert and Rigo called me to see if I wanted an earlier delivery. I gladly accepted. They were professional. They hustled. They were thorough. The mattress product is fine. The customer service at this location needs improvement . On our first day, we completed a sleep survey; when it arrived it had no real content. The purchase rep, Hannah, misspelled out name; we asked her to correct it and she did not. We scheduled the mattress delivery 3 weeks out because we would be out of town and asked Hannah to delay the accessory delivery; we called to ask Kevin the same on the next day. Both assured us the delivery would be timed; it was not.

He then showed us all the beds that might work and told us the technology and details behind each mattress while we tried them out. We have bought 4 mattresses from this location, and todays visit was shocking.They warehouse all their stock at a location in Colton, and if you want to purchase anything, add on another 90 dollars for delivery.I dont nickel and dime my customers, and I honestly feel that Mattress Firm is deceptive in their pricing. You cant walk out the door with even a boxed mattress, everything, and I mean everything excelp pillows and odds and ends is stored elsewhere.Its a shame that their prices have jumped up so much and that they have to resort to sneaky practices like this.Just be honest and upfront with the complete price and accommodate the client.Im disappointed. 4 stars for selection and friendly staff.

Went in to this store in Banning today with my wife, not intending to purchase a mattress. I intended to test some mattresses to get an idea of the type that I would purchase elsewhere. I expected the price range to be far outside of what I was willing to pay. Andrew did not try to pressure us in to buying anything, which I really appreciate. The pushy, over-ambitious, salesman thing tends to irritate me. In fact, we let him know almost immediately, that we did not intend to purchase a mattress. He was more than willing to simply share his extensive knowledge on sleep science and every product in the store. I am a meticulous shopper and I like to get as much information as I can before I make a big purchase. I am not the easiest customer to deal with as I will often go back and forth, testing this and that, multiple times before I make a decision. Andrew was very patient, knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. Between giving us information on the various mattresses and platform options, and figuring out what sort of sleep issues we were having, I began to lean towards making a purchase. After learning the great financing options combined with fair prices and great promotional deals, the decision was made. I ended up going with an inner-spring/memory foam hybrid and an adjustable base. I am very happy with my purchase and I couldn’t ask for a better purchasing experience. I had an excellent overall experience at Mattress Firm showroom in Banning, CA. Very knowledgeable specialist there that answered all my questions and concerns about the mattresses and warranty. They really let you relax and test out every mattress for as long as necessary. Felt really welcomed and at home. Not pushy or short at all. Patient and thorough, they go thru the process of purchasing a mattress from start to finish. I was recommended by family to come here and I would definitely recommend someone else to buy from this location. If you’re on the fence of what to buy they will help you decide and compare mattresses with you. They address every concern that you may have to the T.Customer service online with warranty claims is also very helpful. Email communication is best. As long as you’re within the guidelines and standards of the manufacture you should be fine. Pay for the inspection is best.A little side note:Choose the right size for your body la height. That guy did an amazing job, went back and forth between the customers giving each one his undivided attention, answering any and all questions with extreme knowledge, and providing proper recommendations. I went in last year looking to replace my worn out 15 yr mattress. The store manager was amazing showing me mattresses that fit my budget. It was delivered a couple days later. Loved it felt great and I slept well. Well I had an issue with it not so much as firmness or what not. It a stitching came out and the warranty center took care of it. Today I went in and because they didn’t sell my model anymore, I was upgraded for free, delivery was included and the quickness of how it was handled was awesome. Great staff and very prompt. I only needed a bed foundation so I wasnt sure how willingly they would be to help me. I expected some push back and attempts to sell me more than I wanted. However, during my phone call, I was pleasantly surprised. Kevin was very helpful and easy to work with. Then our mattress was discontinued and our mattress was never ordered so I was told they dont have anymore of my mattress anymore and I had to pick another one or get a refund. In the end I recieved a refund and was never given the acknowledgment that it was their fault and they were going to given me any kind of deal for the inconvenience.
