I came into the store looking for a new mattress, I had no idea what I was looking for and no knowledge of mattresses. Sleep expert Ken greeted me right away and made me feel comfortable. He automatically asked me what i was looking for and was able to find matches and test them out! I felt very comfortable in the store and not pressured to buy anything i didn’t love. I’m so thankful for my experience and can’t wait for my bed to be delivered! I 100% recommend this store and would recommend everyone to see Ken.

Ken was both friendly and professional. His product knowledge was excellent, he went through all the types/brands of mattresses and the pros and cons of each. Honestly, I was going to order another out of the box, memory foam mattress from Amazon. We had went to a couple other places and stopped in here with the intention of NOT buying… but then we met Rick, he was absolutely rad and personable. Answered all of our questions, gave us as many helpful pointers as possible, to find what was right for us, WITHOUT the feeling of us being pressured to buy. Not just another mattress store.On our grandsons recommendation, we visited Mattress Firm so we could test out various types of mattresses and get an idea of what you get for the money.We were greeted by Riley who didnt waste our time and directed us to a mid-range mattress, probably like one we had years ago. He carefully described the pros and cons, then led us to the next higher price models. We both noticed the differences right away and learned why this one felt so different from the first. Then came the mattress we ended up with. Top of the line and oh so comfy. There were so many reasons for buying this bed, that we did.Riley was friendly, direct, non-judgemental, and informative. We soaked up everything he said and knew that we were making the right decision. What an unexpected, yet welcome pleasure! Our grandson was right. Riley is a great salesman and an asset to MF.

Walked in without an appointment, knowing ahead of time my wife and I desired the “Nectar”, queen sized mattress down to the model.An employee named Mariah nevertheless showed and explained the composition and styles of several other mattresses just in case we changed our minds after laying down on the Nectar brand.Not pushy, very knowledgeable, explained the key differences of each style and size, what type of body and sleep style it complimented the most—even put up with our toddler careening around the store with aplomb.Glided through the purchase like it was nothing, saved a ton being the President’s day sale, and got free next day delivery.Matters Firm in San Marcos, CA is the place for high end beds and higher end service.

My old bedframe broke last night. So I knew I needed to get a new bedframe and I didn’t really need anything fancy. I checked reviews and solve that mattress. Firm had the best reviews and so I went on their website, found the frame that I wanted, And contacted the store. Ken, the manager of both the San Marcos and Vista store was fantastic in helping me! I didn’t even have to leave my house and that’s good since it’s raining today. They didn’t have the frame at the San Marcos Store but he said they had it at the vista store. He sent me a payment link by text. I paid for the frame and this afternoon. My daughter and granddaughter are going to pick it up and assemble it. Probably the easiest purchase I’ve had in my life!

So excited about the bed I bought today. Everyone at the store was so knowledgeable and helpful. They were very busy and any salesperson who was free would answer questions and make suggestions if your salesman was helping another customer. Ken, the manager was so helpful, hardworking and offered me a great deal. Customer service was the best. I was there 3 hours: because choosing the right bed isn’t easy and you want to get the right fit for you. You get 4 months to try it out and if you’re unhappy can exchange it for another model if you need to. I’m confident I made the right choice and can’t wait to get my new bed!! I had an overall wonderful experience with my purchase. I was warmly greeted by Ken and his assistant (wish I could remember her name). They walked me through several mattress options and were overall very knowledgeable and helpful in helping determine which mattress options would be best for the best price. I was in and out within an hour and my delivery showed up two short days later. The delivery drivers were kind and quick and even went the extra step of unpacking and placing my mattresses free of charge. What I like about mattress firm is there is no wheeling and dealing but there are discounts already. When you walk in no matter what season it is and they make it very simple and black-and-white.I’ll give an example I walked in to another furniture place that also sold beds and there were so many discounts half of them I had to send in one was returned after delivery and I totally forgot how much the bed was. At the end of it they were only $10 cheaper than mattress firm, but I had to go through this whole rigmarole.The sales person and mattress firm was knowledgeable asked us a few questions we tried the bed and it was delivered.

We had a great experience! This is my second time getting a bed from Mattress Firm. The sales associates are very knowledgeable and take time with you to compare the firmness and what you really need in a bed. This time Anissa introduced us to the Adjustable bed frame! I went in thinking it was going to be out of my price range. But the spring sale was going on and she got us set up and even had us fall in love with the fully adjustable bed frame! The delivery was very informative from the time schedule the day before, to day of delivery. I got a call stating when they were 20 minutes out and when they arrived. They set up quickly and took all trash with them. Very friendly. They had to lug the heavy bed frame up stairs and still had a positive mindset and friendly service. She explained the differences between all of the mattresses and what you get for the price. We couldn’t purchase during our visit because we were on escrow but I was finally able to purchase the mattress today and she was still able to give us the price from our first visit. Ken at Mattress Firm San Marcos, was not only professional and extremely knowledgeable, but he was a ton of fun to work with. It’s the holiday season and he’s also a full fledged Santa Claus in his spare time. The beard is real! I have edited my original review because our Salesperson Dustin gave us incorrect information. We asked him if the adjustable power base we purchased had the wall hugger option, he said he wasnt sure but it didnt matter because that was an old technology and no companies are doing that anymore, he also said he would be sending us an email with the information and stats and features. He never followed through and sent us anything, we also found out that there are several other companies making bases with the wall hugger features. We also were delivered the wrong item that was ordered by him. We told him we purchased a split California King Mattress from the Vista Mattress Firm store, and we needed to purchase a split California King adjustable base, he said that would be 2 twin xl adjustable bases . The twin xl bases arrived 3 weeks later and were 8 inches shorter than our Mattresss . Customer Service is making it right however we wont receive the correct bases until another month.Dustin seems like he is more interested in making a sale then providing correct and honest information. In the future I will be sure to leave a review after I have received the product.

I had the pleasure of visiting Mattress Firm in San Marcos CA. My Salesman Manny greeted me with a smile. He was very kind and polite and helped me choose the perfect mattress for my bad back. He took his time with me and showed me many mattresses until we found the perfect one. He then told me I’d be contacted by the Delivery Team via email and text message and how the delivery process worked. My delivery driver was awesome he was so nice and very careful bringing my new mattress in the house being careful not to knock down the pictures hanging in our hallway. He hauled off my old mattress and again was very careful in moving it. This Mattress firm location is great! I highly recommend Manny to anyone looking for a great mattress at good prices. We went to multiple stores during the week and on Sunday evening with half an hour before closing we found this Mattress Firm location and we wish we would have just started here!Amy made the whole experience amazing for our family!I would recommend this store to anyone I hear of looking for a new mattress. Our mattress was/is extremely old. More than 20 years and so are we. So we neded an update. It definetly was an event we were not looking forward too.We did not want to make a mistake in our selection. However, our sales consultant, Ken Johnson, was very informative and in giving advice on how to compare products that we chose to try out in the store. We are awaiting delivery but if our experience is an indication I doubt we will be disappointed in our selection.

I called Escondido and Vista and they both were very unfriendly and pretty much said sorry you’re out of luck delivery isn’t until Tuesday or Wednesday. However when I called Manny at San Marcos he had so many amazing ideas and offers. He offered lug which is a service that goes and picks up the mattress and box spring at the warehouse. He also offered delivery as soon as Monday, or a memory foam mattress in a box that I could take home in my SUV. His customer service skills are freaking phenomenal and he knows how to keep customers happy.

Marco is an amazing rep! My husband and I were in desperate need of a new mattress. Our back pain from our older pillow top was getting to be a problem. As soon as we walked in Marco assisted us. He was not pushy. He was not rude. He was not only showing us higher price tags. He genuinely took the time to talk to us and get to know more about why we wanted a new mattress. He has us test out so many before we were able to lock in on one. We ended up with the silver chill hybrid firm. And the base. And 2 purple pillows! All while not being pressured to buy any of them. I love that! And Marco was very easy to talk to and it made the whole experience very pleasant. Manny was also a breath of fresh air to talk to during the checkout process. We went to other mattress stores before this one and that was our first mistake. The two people that were working on 4/13 showed so much hospitality. They showed so much interest in what we needed (my husband and i just moved into town and needed a comfortable mattress) they gave us options and even asked what price range we were looking into buying. The staff here is 11/10 would give it 6 stars if it had 6 stars. Save yourself some gas from looking at other mattress stores and stop by here. They will take care of you from when you enter to when you leave. The lady that helped us was named Ms. Leahann Jones i forgot the gentleman’s name but he was also extremely helpful and cheerful.

Amazing, no pressure experience. Tom the Sleep Expert (and yes he is an expert) treated us like family and made us very comfortable. He asked us a few questions on how we sleep, and had us try a few different types of mattress (standard, hybrid, and memory foam). Purchased our sons mattress last year from another Mattress Firm and had a good experience so stopped in this one as we were in the area and had been looking to get a new mattress for ourselves. Entire process from walking in the door to walking out with a delivery scheduled for the next day was maybe 20 minutes tops. At no point did we feel pressure, it was just a seamless experience from gauging our comfort across various mattress types and firmness, determine what our real needs might be, and then showing us the mattress and frame configuration that worked best for us. Since we had financed previously with them, it was extremely fast and simple to add our new bed to the existing loan with same great 0% interest rate. Leahann was very helpful and informative the entire time and I feel very confident in shopping here next year when we need to replace our daughters bed.
