Joseph was subbing at the Pico store today and I walked in and out within 2 hours with new mattress, frame, and protector for my move to Wisconsin. Very knowledgeable and helpful/friendly. I highly recommend it.

This location Oceangate is amazing. I worked with William and Joseph. They blew my mind with their service and products. I had a fear of buying our new mattress but my wife and I loved our experience so much that we are referring all our friends and family to go here. Came in to the store and was helped out by associate Joseph and I told him I needed a box spring or something thin to put under my bed. I had a bad experience at Ashleys and to come over here after there I felt helped and also Joseph looked out for me on the price. Great positive attitude from both Joseph and Bertha when I came to pick up the box spring for my full size bed. They both helped me put it on the rack of my car and even still leaving offered me a bottle of water. Thank you guys! Now I know to to come to Mattress firm for anything related to my bed or box spring. They even have good prices on headboards!

Joseph was a great informative employee today. We were greeted upon arrival and shown various selections of mattresses with so much ease. We highly appreciate a friendly yet knowledgeable employee so that way we are able to pick and choose which mattress suits us best. I came in truly unsure of what I wanted but after them going out their way from pulling mattresses from the back just for me to try out to sharing laughs about the super bowl I felt at home and completely comfortable with my purchase. Had a great experience today selecting my new mattress. Joseph was my salesperson and he was a joy to work with. I tried several mattresses in the store he thought could work based on what I was looking for. I settled on one of a reputable brand and good price, along with a mattress protector. He answered all the questions I had, including some I had about mattresses in general. I also met William, his manager, who was very nice and expressed appreciation for my purchase, mentioning it was one of their more popular products.This particular location is conveniently located near the 405 freeway surrounded by a lot of other businesses so you can multitask your shopping/errands. I highly recommend you stop by to see them when youre looking for a new mattress. They will help you find something suitable for your needs and budget, and offer a number of well known brands and styles. They seem to be able to arrange quick deliveries, you can arrange to have your old mattress taken away, and they have policies in place to assist if you have a warranty issue or find you need to exchange your purchase.
