Garry was the gentleman that helped me find the right mattress. My experience was great! He really took the time to not only get to know me and my sleep habits but make sure I find what is going to provide me with the best sleep! He asked me a bunch of questions for this mattress test, took me around the store and had me try it out to make sure I buy the right one. In the end, I found the mattress that best fits my lifestyle and need. So definitely recommend! Go and find Mr. Garry because he provides 10/10 customer service!

What a good experience we had selecting our mattress.Salesman Joe was terrific. He is very knowledgeable and we felt no pressure. We had a number of choices. I felt like Goldie Locks trying out the beds one was too hard, one was too soft, a few weren’t in our price range, then we hit ‘the one’ 😀.The delivery and set up were great too. Alex explained everything to us; he was very nice.We love our new queen mattress with electric base. We made friends with it right away.. no break in period.We highly recommend Mattress Firm Menifee.

I went to a few different places before I stopped by Mattress Firm. Garry greeted us and it was down hill from there. He was attentive and listened to our matress needs. Needless to say, he quickly found us THE ONE. My intention was to upgrade my sons room, but the deal he gave us was too good to pass up.. so we upgraded my daughters room as well. So would have given 5 Stars but the delivery team came in and out of the house multiple times without wearing booties and then on the last trip out of the house they stopped put on booties, took a picture of the booties and then removed them. I was helped by Gary who took his time to make sure that I found a mattress not only within my comfort level but also within my price range. Not once did I get the impression that he was there to make money off of me. The entirety of the time it seemed as though he had my best interest in mind. Dan was very knowledgeable and patient with us. He even didn’t mind that we wanted to leave the store and think about our purchase. Walked into our local Mattress Firm on a Monday afternoon not sure where to start on our new bed buying journey. Associate Dan was quick to greet us and started asking all kinds of questions about our likes/dislikes, habits, even job descriptions to get a feel for what kind of bed would best suit our needs. He was extremely knowledgeable and was more than patient with us laying on everything in the store, some more than once hahaha . We made our decision and off we went, with delivery set for the next day. Mattress came in time with very polite young men delivering it. Fast forward three days, we realized we had gotten what seemed to be a defective mattress. I called Dan and explained what was wrong and he immediately put in for an exchange and prompt delivery of a new one. Glad to say the second one is perfect! We’ve been on it for a week now and so far couldn’t be happier! Definitely recommend this store for its excellent quality of customer service and attention to detail. It was refreshing to see that old school level of service still out in the world!

Sam made replacing our mattress quick and painless. He gave us a great deal and even scheduled the delivery for the very next day. The delivery hasn’t happened yet, but I’ll update this review once that’s complete. *edit* delivery was smooth. The delivery guys not only brought our new bed to our room and set it up, they moved our old bed to our guest room.I can honestly say choosing to go to this Mattress Firm location to get our new bed was the best decision we could have made. Everything was smooth and we got a great deal. As soon as I got home from work I laid on our new bed and almost fell asleep instantly. I had gone into the store approximately a month or so prior to my purchase, Francisco assisted me then, and when I returned, he immediately remembered me. Great customer service. Originally purchased a Serta mattress online 7/21 but in April of 2022 the mattress developed some structural problems so we called them, filled a warranty claim and they promptly gave us 100% credit of the original sales price with no delivery fee. I went to our local Menifee store today and they are delivering a new mattress tomorrow. They also let us upgrade to a different mattress and gave us the current sale price so we just paid the difference. We couldnt be happier.

I am not sure if I posted this the first time as it disappeared so I want to try it again. The service was impeccable, and there was no pressure to make a purchase. The salesman Dan was kind enough to measure the boxspring with the mattress and the height of the adjustable base with the mattress, because I wasn’t sure if it was going to be a problem with the bed that I have. It was only a 2 inch difference and Dan was kind of let me know that was a decision that I’d have to make on my end. I went with the adjustable base. Now to some of you that may not be a big deal, but here’s what it is to me. The adjustable base was free, where as the box spring was not. Dan could have easily tried to talk me into getting the box spring, but he didn’t and that is what a good salesperson does. I will be definitely be using them for my next mattress purchase!

Husband and I went in to just check out the options to start figuring out what type of mattress we might want in the near future, was honestly planning to figure out what style then buy something close to that and cheap online. The manager helped us on the floor and we felt 0 pressure to purchase and he answered all our questions, which is always nice. We tested at least 10 different beds and quickly found our favorite. The manager let us know pricing and payment options and told us the varias options to purchase and return. We left and within 4 hours knew that we had to go back and make the purchase. We went back the next day and are happy we did! Not only did we get exactly what we wanted but got $300 off with the varies discounts. Great service, zero pressure atmosphere, highly recommend checking out Matress Firm if you are even considering a new bed. Also want to mention both days we went the store we did not have to wait for service, everyone followed social distancing and had their masks on and it was a simple process. We chose to have the matress and base delivered and assembled and our new dream bed is being delivered tomorrow and we already know what time to expect them!Definitely worth your time to check out. They also have a lot of sales/ clearance items on their website if you are not hooked on a particular mattress you could easily save hundreds

My husband has been wanting a new mattress for awhile. So we went to Mattress Firm today. Just purchase a mattress, had a great experience. Our salesman was Joe, he was very knowledgeable and no pressure to buy. Joe was very patient with us, and I didn’t feel rushed to make a decision.

Friendly, experienced sleep expert, Dan, took all the time we needed to make our mattress an pillow choices. We were able to lay on the beds & pillows which we had individual sanitary cloths to lay over the pillows. We bought the Temper-pedic cooling mattress with massage vibration, elevation adjustments, zero gravity affect for taking pressure off spine etc. Excellent guarantee and return policy. Cant wait to sleep on it.
