Francis was super helpful. We bought a Beauty Rest 1.0 a few years ago and wanted the same one. They don’t make that one anymore. Francis explained the history of all the Beauty rest models vs the newest one which made it easy to determine which one to get. Thank you! The delivery was also fast! Very happy overall with all the people at the company that we encountered!

Working with Francis was pleasant experience. He is not a high pressure salesman. Our intention was just to start looking for a new mattress, we left with a comfortable bed with an adjustable deluxe base. Great deal! First time with no buyers remorse! We can’t wait for delivery!

From the professional, no pressure, friendly, & knowledgeable in store customer service (Steve), to the delivery & setup crew (Ramon & Walter), I could not be more pleased.Steve answered all my questions & provided pros/cons based on my needs. I purchased at Mattress Firm on my 2nd visit because Steve was so helpful.Ramon & Walter were likewise great upon delivery & setup. Ramon went through all the buttons on the adjustable base remote, making sure it worked properly, and explaining it to me at the same time. He also provided some tips on the mattress, and how to wash the mattress protector.I recommend visiting Mattress Firm first. That way if you still want to look around, you have a high bar to measure others against. Youll be back.Now all I have to do is enjoy the free trial period to make sure this mattress is the right one.

I ordered my daughter an avocado mattress. The delivery date had an eta of 2-3 days. Instead of receiving the mattress I received an email and text asking me to upload my drivers license on a 3rd party site because I was flagged as fraud. Customer service couldnt tell me why I was flagged as fraud. Monique sent me a notification informing me that I was flagged as fraud with no way to contact her directly. With all the hacking going on, I am not comfortable uploading my drivers license on any site. When I contacted customer service for guidance and resolution I was told only Monique could assist me but I could not talk to her directly. I was informed I would be contacted within 48 hours with some direction. No return call. I called customer service again after waiting 4 days for a return calll(2 weeks after my order). Again, no way to speak to Monique directly! Customer service agent contacted me and apologized after Monique informed her without me uploading my personal information my order would not be shipped.These policies are pretty new. The absolute worse customer service from Monique that I ever encountered! Ridiculous policy! My card was charged and nothing was shipped. The person denying the transaction is to important to speak with me. I am excited to give my money to a competitor. I will be sure to tell everyone I know to not waste their time attempting to make a purchase with Avocado.

I had a wonderful experience yesterday at Mattress Firm in Costa Mesa. Kevin was very helpful as soon as i entered the store and told him I was looking for a queen mattress. i was able to pick out one almost immediately. To top it off, he then showed me a frame with a remote control that enables you to contour your mattress. My fiancé and I both have back issues and had been shopping around for a mattress for a few weeks. We stumbled across mattress firm after looking at another nearby store and decided to quickly stop in to see what their inventory included. We were immediately greeted by Steven and he quickly took away the anxiety and frustration we had been feeling spending hours testing and shopping. Steven is a sleep expert, so he not only knows the ins-and-outs of every mattress, but he really takes the time to understand your needs to try and match you with the best mattress. Instead of going to some of the most expensive options to start, he provided us with several affordable choices. He spent over an hour with us and never once made us feel pressured to purchase a bed from him. We ended up leaving to “sleep on it” and knew before we got home that we wanted to buy our mattress from Steven. We went back first thing next morning and purchased a new Tempur-pedic. We will be referring our friends and family to this store any time they need a new mattress. Steven is a real asset to the company and was a pleasure to work with.

Stephen was a wonderful, patient and kind advisor. We had to buy a Matress for our elderly mother and it was very difficult. But we never felt the sales pressure, it was like having a very knowledgeable friend to accompany you in the purchase of the mattress and the friend was looking for your best interest, he was trying to make the deal as good as it can be for you. I would strongly recommend him to my friends. If I ever need another mattress, I will come back to him. This company also guarantees the price for 3 or 4 months (I think?) if it goes down they will refund you the difference. Also you have a few months to exchange or return. So you have peace of mind in the purchase.definitely 5 stars!

Frazier was the sales person who helped me and my girlfriend find our new bed! He was very informative and helpful the first time we came in sharing with us the knowledge we needed to make a decision. He went above and beyond to help me selecting the best mattresses and base systems that fit for me .I came to Mattress Firm in Huntington Beach on Thursday. Selected the items to fit my basic needs. I then called Steve to upgrade the set on Friday. Steve was very patient and he took care of the change for me over the phone. Pricing and quoting were very transparent. I had problems with taking apart the old furniture to fit the new bed systems. He helped to resolve the issues before his delivery team came. He helped to get my room ready for the delivery. We recently bought a mattress and adjustable frame. Steve was really helpful and very friendly. We are overall very disappointed with our purchase. The mattress is very firm. The sheets were horrible, we threw them away. They didnt have the headboard we wanted. Steve recommended we buy the hardware for a headboard but the delivery guys talked us out of installing. They make returns difficult with all the extra fees so well keep it. Were hoping over time the mattress will soften. Well be investing in a mattress topper with hopes thatll help.

I purchased a mattress on 1/8/22 from Steve. He was very professional and knowledgeable on mattresses. I really liked that I was able to receive the mattress the next day. He also explained the price match guarantee within 120 days of purchase. The next day I located the mattress I purchased on a different site for a lower amount. I called the store & spoke w/ someone else. I forgot to write his name down but I think it was Clay. I explained to Clay about seeing it for a lower price. Clay searched the website and informed me he would follow up with his supervisor to make sure it was the same item. Clay called back & informed me that they were able to price match and I would receive $200 plus taxes credited back to my form of payment. Both of these gentlemen were great & I would recommend getting your next mattress from here.

From the time we walked into showroom trying to figure out what type of mattress and box spring to buy until the new items were delivered (white glove service) to our home was 2 days which is amazing !! I will recommend the salesperson Carl, to all I know. He has a wealth of information, not just mattresses but how sleep or lack there of, effects the body. Plus the 2 men who delivered, assembled new bed and removed old bed were fantastic. There arrived exactly the time they stated, were polite, respectful and knowledgeable on how an adjustable bed frame could fit within an existing steel bed frame..Each night we have had a great nights sleep and waking up with no kinks in the body which we had with our old bed. We stopped in an hour before closing on a Sunday evening. Carl, the Salesman, greeted us while assisting another customer. He was pleasant to work with and truly listened to our needs. He took the time to help us narrow down the type of mattress we already had in mind. I had already purchased a mattress days before from a department store that I was returning. Its important that a salesperson listens to your needs and not what they think may suit you. We were very pleased with Carls expertise on mattresses, his patience and time he gave us. We had gone to 2 other stores prior to walking into this Mattress Firm location. We were the only ones in the store and maybe that attributed to the amazing customer service we received by Carl but nonetheless it exceeded our expectations. He spent the time to teach us about what it is we needed to get quality sleep. He asked us about the problems we had and took that into consideration when recommending what mattress suited us. We really liked the fact that he wasn’t pushing towards more expensive options and was making sure whatever our decision was...ultimately relied on what we felt most comfortable in. We’ve heard different sales pitches before but like I said, it didn’t even feel like he was selling us a mattress, more like a friendly conversation where his recommendations were supported by the knowledge he had to back it up.We’re extremely satisfied with the service we received and we haven’t even gotten the mattress yet.

My wife and I were in search of a new mattress and spent a lot of time searching online, reading reviews, and watching Youtube to determine what mattress would meet our needs. Most of the places we saw offered a in home trial with free returns, but I didnt want to deal with the hassle of returning the mattress if it didnt meet our needs. I think we tried out 5 or so beds before narrowing it down to 2, and then 1 that stood out the most. We were able to get delivery the next day which was great. They provided tracking and updated time frame of when to expect the delivery. They arrived early within the window, set up everything and removed our old mattress and box spring. Weve had our first night on the mattress last night and it was great, I expect it to get even more comfortable once we break it in more. Great service. My wife and I walked in around 7pm about a week ago on Monday. Steven was kind enough to help us and he was extremely knowledgeable. We tried a couple mattresses within our price range and within 20 min we were out the door. He didnt try to upsell or push us past our price range. Certainly when going to public and to a business during Covid can present limitations but not by Donna. When it came to the process of getting closer for me to check out Donna introduced me to Alex. She let me know that together her and Alex would be checking me out. It started to get busy but I never felt like I was left waiting. The communication was clear and I appreciate that. I love Alex didn’t just take over where Donna left off. He walked her through the process and I will always support a business who cares deeply for their employees. It didn’t stop there though. This morning I called the branch because I ordered something that my husband didn’t agree with and the manager Carl took care of the entire situation. What was my emergency Carl just handled and not only did he say he was going to make it right. He called me back telling me when the credit would hit my account and if I needed anything else to go back in there. When you’re thinking of spending money on a new bed this isn’t your “let me hustle your money store” I saved $1400 by be specific about my needs. I highly recommend this location.

Visited today during memorial day weekend. This is usually a very busy time for mattress stores. Our consultant was Alexander Ojeda and he was extremely helpful. He walked us through every part of the selection process, including pillows, and accessories. We took a bit of time trying different mattress and then retrying them. The service team were super patient while we weighed all of the options to fine the base, pillow, and mattress that best fit our needs. Check out was made super easy as Mr.Ojeda handled most of the paperwork but clearly reviewed everything with us along the way. 100% satisfied with our experience and would recommend to anyone looking to upgrade their sleep.

Well essentially, I have been basically sleeping on a rock for the last 6 months and yesterday I finally finally had enough of it to research mattresses. After an entire day of comparing pricing and local businesses I stumbled across Mattress Firm in HB. I called in to ask about a promotion they had online and whether or not they would be able to match it in store the guy over the phone which was Cliff told me “Yeah, come on in and we’ll get you set up”. After work I headed on over and was instantly greeted by Cliff to remembered exactly the type and size of the mattress I was looking for and pulled out a demo I could try. As soon as head hit pillow I was sold. And after a really informative conversation with Cliff about other brands and firm types decided which mattress to get. Cliff made the whole experience from beginning to end about me the customer and was extremely knowledgeable regarding the product as a whole. 10/10 guys or in this case (5/5) I really appreciate the assist!
