Shawn at the Duarte, CA store was the perfect, gentleman salesman! He took us through his store, showing us all prices for the beds, the frames, mattress covers and sheets. There was no rushing and his ability to explain all items was phenomenal! As retirees and seniors, this may be the last bed we’ll buy. But just in case, we have our Mattress Firm store nearby and someone as nice as Sean to help us out! Way to go, Shawn! I would recommend Mattress Firm to anyone who asks! Thank you Shawn!

Shawn was so knowledgeable and made buying a mattress truly an enjoyable experience. I have been hesitant to pull the trigger on a good quality mattress but after talking it out with Shawn, I was excited to finally say yes to good quality sleep. He helped me understand and break down the qualities I truly wanted in my mattress and ultimately, I’m glad I came to this store and was able to feel comfortable enough to make sure an important purchase. I 100% recommend coming to this store and asking for Shawn, you won’t regret it!

It was a really good experience shopping for the perfect mattress at a reasonable price at the Mattress Firm store in Duarte. My wife and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Shawn. He is very pleasant and knows the products really well. He was very professional, warm, and friendly. My wife and I were actually on our way to a Sleep Number store when we just happened to pass by the Mattress Firm store in Duarte and decided to stop in. We wanted to check it out and gather some information in order to have something to compare with at the Sleep Number store. We intended to be there for only 20 minutes but after an hour of examining different types of mattresses and pillows and asking a ton of questions, my wife and I knew that we had found exactly what we were looking for. Unfortunately, it was going to cost more than our budget. But, rather than walking away disappointed, we were able to apply for financing in order to take advantage of the 24 months with 0% interest promotional via Synchrony credit card. Within minutes of applying, we were approved and were blessed enough to be able to purchase an iSeries 2.0 Hybrid 1000 12” Medium mattress with a Signature Adjustable Base, a couple of Purple pillows, and a Cooling Knit Mattress Protector. A huge thank you to Shawn for informing, guiding, and reassuring us at every step of the way. We are two very satisfied customers who simply can’t wait to get some much needed sleep on our new hybrid mattress and Purple pillows.

My fiance and I bought our first new mattress here and had a great experience. Shawn was extremely helpful, professional, and transparent. We were able to take advantage of some of the sales and bought a mattress that was in our budget and met all of our needs. They had a great selection and Shaun was able to address all of our questions and concerns. We recommend checking out this location if you are in need of a new mattress!!

I just wanted to let folks know that we had a great experience with Mattress Firm in Monrovia. John McCain (yes that’s his name,) helped us find and purchase a great mattress at a great discount. He listened to us and was very helpful and friendly.We got our mattress the next day, and that process was also efficient and easy.We had a good sound sleep on our new Sealy. ❤️

I recently purchased a certified floor model adjustable base for my elderly, disabled father. Shawn was great about helping me find a good option that worked with my father’s limited income. There was an issue with the remote and base when it was delivered. I immediately called the store and spoke with Yecenia, the store manager, since Shawn was not working that day. Yecenia immediately apologized and made arrangements to exchange the floor model we purchased for a brand new, nicer model for no extra charges. The new base arrived a few days later and it is a perfect fit for what we need. Both Yecenia and Shawn were genuinely committed to getting the right fit for my dad. I highly recommend this Mattress Firm store and these two individuals. They care about people and did the right thing to get my issue resolved. I would definitely use this business for my mattress needs in the future. Thank you!

Shaun is great! He helped me pick out a comfortable mattress that fit within my budget, and worked with me on some specific requests. Scheduled delivery for 3 days after I purchased, and everything arrived perfectly.

My wife and I had an amazing experience here with the help from Yecenia. She helped us through the process of buying our first new mattress as a married couple with a child on the way has been so helpful. I will only be coming back here whenever we need mattress in the future.
