It was such a great experience shopping at mattress firm in auburn, thanks to my sales associate Keri!She showed me all mattresses within my specs, not just the most expensive ones (as i recently had happen to me with a different business, not cool). She was very patient with me trying all beds out, she kept my 4 yr old at bay for me so i could focus🤣, and went above and beyond to get me adjustable base i needed by thinking a bit outside the box. Also very knowledgeable on all deals and warranties related.After having shopped around this month for a new king bed and base, i can say with confidence that the people and products at Mattress Firm are wonderful, im so excited to get my new bed!!!!!!!!

Loved our experience here.My husband didnt want to go because he said it would take up to four hours to pick a mattress. We went in for Presidents’ Day, we knew what we wanted but still wanted to check what else they had. Brianna was beyond helpful and patient with us while we took our time testing out the beds. My 3 girls made themselves at home 🙈 She and all the other employees never made me feel uncomfortable that they were there grabbing all the remotes for the different beds and testing out all the things for EACH bed 😂 Brianna helped us make our decision and even helped us with our youngest who’s 3 with her newest bed. We literally can’t thank her enough for all the discounts and extra stuff that got included into the sale. Thank you again Brianna for your above and beyond customer service. Our bed arrives this coming Thursday and we’re beyond excited about it. We purchased a Tempur-Pedic, an adjustable bed frame and a twin size mattress. 😊 Definitely recommend this store and Brianna!

While we were there a very sketchy man entered, didn’t engage when Brianna greeted him, appeared to size up the situation (3 women against him) and left. I’d hate to think what might have happened had she been alone.

I had a great experience today with Brianna. She was extremely thorough, helpful in explaining how the process worked, listened to all my concerns and did not pressure me into making a decision. I spent a full two hours and was very satisfied with my decision. Key factors were the 120 day exchange and if ultimately an exchange didnt work out I would not be out more than $400 on a $5400 mattress. The warranty by tempur pedic was also a factor. The turn around time for the mattress is 2 days which is incredible. I cant wait!

I went in today needing a new mattress. Mine got destroyed from a roof leak over the last week and I was in desperate need. The girl who helped me was AMAZING! I feel terrible that I don’t remember her name. She was unbelievably kind and caring and made it such a personal experience. The sales person was very service oriented with the intent of giving us what we want and at the price we stipulated. She was very knowledgeable and made our experience extremely enjoyable. I never thought buying a mattress could be so but she made it so!The initial delivery was on time and the delivery people were very professional. My partner and I went in to browse for a new mattress. They had plenty of choices to chose from. We ended up finding the perfect mattress for us both AND got it on clearance! Since it was returned and barely used at all it got marked down for sanitation purposes. They are also having specials right now for labor day so its a good time to go in! We were able to do their financing for 3 years which is amazing. Now we dont have to stress about other immediate bills! The mattress firm employee Mike was wonderful. Left store to decide which mattress I’d order. A week pasted she contacted me to see if I’d had time to decide, yes I had. Macy called me saying order was received & that a new Sale had started with a significant price cut (YES way to go Macy) and I also could receive for free a mattress pad, sheet set. I agreed to accept both free items. She gave me a delivery date for about a month later. It was a great experience!,Delivery day came the fellas were very good. Hauled away my old mattress and set up the new bed frame, which fit right inside my old frame and vintage wooden headboard & footboard. That was great. When I asked them to take the new mattress off so I could install a Vintage Battenberg Lace bedskirt, which my Great-Great Aunt had made back in 1925 or so. The fellas had no problem and even helped me straighten the badskirt perfectly. Both men were Courteous and wanted to make sure I was happy with everything before they departed.

In the past 2 weeks we have been to this Mattress Firm 3-4 times once to purchase a new mattress and box spring for our guest bedroom the other three times were because we were going through a warranty process for our Cal King mattress that got damaged in a move (Not Mattress Firm Related). By the forth visit I would have been frustrated with the same customers coming in and testing out all the beds, knowing I as a sales person was not even going to make commission because of the warranty situation. Best customer service, I came in with 100 questions and asked to try every bed more than once. I brought my wife and 3 kids inside the store and they acted crazy but Nolan and Justin did everything they could to help me choose my bed and entertain the family. We were greeted by Mike Sommer when we came in. We never felt pressured he took the time necessary for my husband and I to find a bed that worked for both of us. Mike was very professional and accommodating. The delivery date was fast and when we had a question Mike responded quickly. Mike will be receiving all of our business in the future. Everyone I ended up speaking with and meeting at this store was friendly and awesome. Keri and Theresa greeted me and showed me around the store and I spoke with Nolan once over the phone regarding a few questions about my order. What really stood out to me is how well they all worked as a team and had each other backs. They even gave each other nods during the entire process. Ive worked in sales and this is a rare experience to see the team building each other up instead of competing so hard internally and trying to find a way to pull sales from one another.I stopped in while visiting from out of town just to get a feel for a Purple mattress and ended up buying one through Mattress Firm instead of ordering one directly with Purple online. If you stop in to visit this team in Auburn or Rocklin (apparently these employees work at both locations) you’ll probably see why.
