Discounted Matel product at a great price! We started to come a couple weeks ago and have been making it a new family thing! We love seeing our two year old walk around picking up toys. We also snagged some baby accessories; basinet, activity mat, and a feeding chair for our soon to be.Recommend coming here if youre local and start a new family tradition as well!

Dont purchase from the Mattel Creations website unless you dont care about receiving your items it good condition. Worst packaging Ive ever seen, especially from a company this size. I am a huge diecast collector and 75% of the time, the product arrives damaged because they cant pack the items properly. Oversized box, items just loose and rolling around, almost no packing material. Customer service apologizes but does nothing. Its embarrassing

Great product selection at a discounted price! They even have some Comicon product if you get lucky! Also, their HotWheels selection is incredible. If you are close by you must check it out! The employees are super friendly and helpful!

Ive been shopping here for over 20 years. They closed it for a period but it is back open. Great deals on toys and stuff for newborn and children. Everything 50% went to Walmart afterwards to check prices and saved a lot. Big ticket items are the best deals. Got bassinet for daughter. Barbies and little cars dinosaurs so much stiff.

Love the Mattel store. Great bargains and if you dont mind a dented box here and there (I dont) then fantastic bargains on the green tag items. Cashiers are really sweet and super friendly. store is clean and neat. Perfect place to go for gifts for a childs Birthday (or me), Baby showers(or me) and of course Christmas (for me)!!!

Good place to go really good discounts.. every time I go in to the store I always try to give myself a budget of course that doesnt work.. I try not to take my kids... of course that doesnt work... I never walk out spending less than 150 but the items are all intact dont let the rip boxes discourage you Ive looked up the prices online your still getting a better deal..

Work there for one day as a forklift operator clamp. Fast paced environment shrink wrapping and putting away and picking boxes of Mattel toys without pallet. Get ready to sweat and be depressed for 19.00 hr.

When all the American Girl Dolls are being purchased by one employee. No wonder they say they never have any, only Willie Wishers. I thought there was something off about that. He was helping bag them like he was stealing them, all paranoid looking around even the cashiers. The cashier that rung us up said he workers here and bought all of them. Umm yeah because they werent on the floor. Sorry to see this place close but happy since all these corupt employees wont get to resale anything. I just wanted one for my daughter and was told no.

Been in love with hot wheels since I was a little kid. Still have my VW Bug and Taildragger collection and a few various loose ones, started building custom hot wheels and these are the last 2 I did. Gasser was built for nationals in Charlotte NC and Gasser Dairy Delivery is a 1 of 1 built for another collector.

Went in yesterday around 11:30am, the employees were super friendly and really helpful. The merchandise were on pallets but its no problem since I know they are working on getting their shelves back up and getting everything back how it used to be. Will be coming back again.

First off, I love the mattel brand! From barbies to hotwheels to monster jam. I collect and my son loves playing with mattel toys. That being said, when this store closed its doors from its store front, I was extremely disappointed. I made the drive to El Segundo when I could, but it wasnt the same. When it was announced that the sb location was opening back up, I was so thrilled. The staff is amazing! Debbie and her team make it extremely welcoming for my son, who is on the spectrum. They have created an environment in which he isnt over stimulated and has blossomed into his lil self. I cant speak enough positive things about her team. He enjoys going every other week, even if its just for 2 hotwheel cars, he is beyond happy because he gets to see his favorite people. I am thankful for all the ladies at this location that make my lil guy shine every time he visits. Thank you so much!

This location is awesome! The customer service is great, fun toys, and has clean indoor restrooms. I was a regular for years at the Pomona location and it had portable restrooms for their customers!!!! Gross!!!! I never used them and when my kiddos had to go potty while shopping, we had to venture over to Jack in the Box across the street.

Came today Saturday January 8th 2022 10:45 a.m., since I got an add on my IG saying the store is open again as of December 2021. I planned a day to come and check out the hot wheels and matchbox cars. When I pulled in I noticed no cars in the parking lot.... the doors were locked and signs stating due to COVID-19, however the online hours are not updated... Thanks for wasting my gas money mattle, I buy lots of products and own mattle stock, if you care, please contact me and send me a free case of matchbox cars...

The staff dont have a care in the world for expedited servicing. One dock dedicated for unloading at this ENTIRE warehouse, you have got to be kidding me. Theyre baaaaaaack! The Mattel store is open again! They do not have the stock or SHELVES that they did before, but they have started up operations again and more will be coming. On the tables around the walls, there are MANY BABY ITEMS like bassinets, walkers and I dont know what else because I dont have kids. LOL. Probably half the stuff there is for ages 3 or less. Get in and get shopping!

They had various toys at lower costs than youd find at a regular store. Some toys were older models (ie: toys from original Cars movie) and some toys were newer. They advertised tons of sales and promotions. The clearance aisle was amazing.

The cashier and the lady at the door were very helpful. But there was some lady that worked there walking in a group of people and every time they passed me she was staring. Never once did she asked me for help. Even when I got ready to purchase my merchandise she followed me to the register. Terrible experience.

Worst experience at a store ive ever had . The warehouse is huge but the store is tiny and definetly NOT worth the hour and a half drive from Van nuys .The store was small and way over priced on most toys that were damaged or old . i went for the Hot wheels and i figured theyd have a huge selection to choose from but that was not the case hardly anything to choose from, So do yourself a favor and go to Walmart instead of Mattel store if you want to but toys

I highly recommend if you work for a company around the area to have a form fill out by your human resource department and add you company to Mattels company list and you as an employees for the company you work for would get 30% off regular priced items.

Do not work here. No one speaks English. If you do speak English, you are treated unfairly. Female supervisors are very rude. You have to ask to use the restroom and are denied to use it. This is America. This place needs to be investigated for unfair treatment. Do not work here!!!!!

One Star because I drove from Glendale Ca to San Bernardino to find out that the Mattel Store has been Closed for the past 2 years according to an office employee who was there. According to Google Maps and the Mattel Store phone number the Store is in operation. (which is not true)The information on Google Maps needs to be changed.

I shop year round for Operation Christmas Child--A shoebox ministry through Samaritans Purse for children in need. Barbie, Ken, Hot Wheels, and Uno card games are some of the shoebox favorites. When I arrived at the Mattel Toy Store, I was warmly greeted by Esperanza Espie--She helped me get started on my shopping spree. She also told about the specials for the week and told me about the birthday club; I signed up my grandchildren...Cant wait to take them shopping during their birthday weeks!! Out on the store floor, I was again warmly greeted by Susan who assisted me in finding other potential items that would fit in shoeboxes. I made my way to the back of the store and found end cap shelves of green tag items discounted 50%!! I found Barbie and Ken dolls and other miscellaneous items galore; the boxes were squashed but it certainly doesnt matter to me as I need to remove the packaging to properly fit them in the shoeboxes anyway. Once I was ready to check out, Cynthia was very helpful and even watched the running total so I could stay within my budget. She stamped my frequent buyer cards...WooHoo!!! More savings!!! The frequent buyer card earns you a star for every $10 dollars you spend, the card has ten stars; once you fill up the card, you get $10 dollars off your next purchase...Another way to save!!! I would definitely recommend the Mattel Toy Store. Thanks to the staff there, I really felt special shopping there!!! Ill be back soon!!!

Took over 3 hours to load me.. Do not take a load from a broker from this warehouse to walmart DC in Edgerton K.S.. Broker will not inform you that once you arrive, it takes over 6 hrs to off load your truck.. Everything has to be off loaded by hand.. Once again, brokers lie or withhold info..

Very Friendly and helpful with all your needs. Even though this Mattels is extremely far from us, we prefer it because of the great Management team and Staff of course the Excellent Selection of Toys. We have done business with Mattels for 21 years, going on 22 years this Christmas!With Deenice the Manager 14-15 years.
