Updated Review1/20/24Sold my set up and went back to Matrix to get a hopper. Joey gave a great price again. Best shop around and best pricing!Original Review:Huge shout out to Matrix Gear U.S.A.They had some great black Friday specials.Joey was very helpful and gave me a great deal on a new R2 hopper and Used Luxe TM40.They are located in Wildomar, Ca. If you are in Socal, go check out there shop or visit go online. They have a huge selection of Used Paintball Markers and are priced to the current market.Very Friendly and informative shop.Highly Recommend!

I went back again to pick up a new pod pack (KMP) and Collin helped me with learning the pack (they shipped with the straps backwards so it was a bit awkward, but we figured it out!) And also walked out with a new trigger for my marker and new barrel back! Collin even installed the trigger and was an amazing source of information! Thank you guys for continuing to take care of your paintball community here!

Awesome store. Bought a mask for my kid and the guy behind the counter helped us fill my kids plate carrier with some foam. Will be heading back tomorrow to get another mask. Very helpful and friendly staff. Wide variety of paintball and airsoft equipment.

Today was my first time going here. I brought in my mini gs for repairs.I was expecting to pay a pretty penny for repairs and parts. The gentleman fixed it in a few minutes and didn’t charge me anything. Extremely happy and will go back.

Best experience EVER at Matrix Gear in Wildomar the other day. I came there with an issue with my brand new PCP air rifle that I actually purchased online with someone else. Paul and his Team are great, friendly, very helpful, and knowledgeable with PCP air guns, Air Systems, in addition to Air Soft guns, Paintball guns, and has every accessory that you could need or want. Paul and crew spent over two hours with me to help me figure out an issue with my after market PCP air regulator. Looking at and working with my parts, going online to get more information, and even calling Florida to talk to another expert. Amazing customer service here! Paul even filled my air bottle for free too, seriously? Great people and a great place. I highly recommend a visit here.

The absolute best place to buy from. Paul and joey always work with the players and support us. they have actual knowledge and feedback of all paintball gear and items, and support their sponsored teams during events. i had a goggle failure at championship event this weekend, i ran to their booth and they just handed me a different sent of goggles and told me to get back on the field. how awesome is that. thank you paul and joey for actually being there and supporting players at wcppl.

Went to matrix to purchase a new gun and ended up buying two slightly used guns both were rated at 9 and 9.5 on condition. the customer service I got from Paul was the best customer service from any paintball store I have dealt with. Helped me fix my order to make sure it was insured by route and even took the time to talk to me about my order and got it out same day for me. I will be doing all my shopping for paintball needs here from now on !!!!!

Everyone I met in my visit loves paintball, and it really shows.Paul (the shop owner) was willing to help me troubleshoot my 10 year old paintball gun, that he didnt sell me, for over 2 hours.Unless I ever move out of Southern California. Im only going to Matrix Gear for anything paintball related.

I absolutely love working with Matrix Gear Paintball. This is the 3rd time I have traded and bought items from them and their customer service is top notch, knowledgeable, and works with you much better than many online paintball retailers. There is a reason I will continue to do business with them because they make the process very easy and have cheaper prices on markers and other paintball accessories than most places.

I went in to fill up 2,CO2 tanks and the guy ended up filling up the tanks halfway I don’t know if The guy was in a bad mood or what I drove from a long distance just to get the tanks filled up and get some paint balls but when I noticed that he filled them up halfway I just got my tanks and left the shop. I never had an issue with the shop there was a few people he was having a Conversation with I don’t know if I disturbed him or what but that’s very unprofessional.

Very disappointed I drove 1:15 to get paint after I called the shop for a particular paint and the employee said they had 60Cases I arrive it’s been sold to a team . Would not recommend this shop for anyone that lives out of the area they are willing to loose customers. This happened 11:53am Friday February 3 2023

Just got major help from MATRIXGEAR, didnt buy anything but got some help on figuring out an Issue for two of my TM40s which turned out to not even be an Issue but instead ignorance on my behalf. After a facetime with Paul he told me I had been using the wrong allen key to chrono the velocity, and instead of the the 5/16 I had been using it was actually the 5/32. Big Thanks to MATRIXGEAR for the help.
