My neighbor used this group. Their employee RV is a bully and does not follow LA City and Condo Law. Our HOA personal had to have a heart to heart talk with RV to stop bothering home owners....

I have been living for the past 2 years at a gated apartment property right near the border of Santa Monica and West LA. What I can say is that every single time I have texted the landlord, I have received an answer back within 15 minutes MAX. This includes texting the property staff at 8pm on Friday and receiving a response almost immediately on account of a clogged sink. The landlord provides landscaping services and the property is power washed every month. Its by far the cleanest complex I have lived in through my time renting in Santa Monica. I cannot stress enough that the property staff is available all the time. This is refreshing from past landlords who were very slow to respond to my requests. I am specifically very happy that the apartment complex is fully gated and secure which makes me feel safe at night when I go to bed. Overall I would give the property management a 10 out of 10 and I am very happy I chose the right renting agency.

I lived at a Matilla Group building for three years and it was one of the best rental experiences Ive had. Immediately addressing any issue and periodically checking in, it was by far the best property management company I have dealt with.Pluses- helpful, considerate, caring professionals. Monthly rent paid thru online portal. Deposit checks returned in a timely matter. Great building maintenance.

I have used the Matilla Group for property management services for several years. They do an excellent job of screening tenants, maintaining the property, and following up and resolving any issues. After having extremely bad experiences with two other property management companies, I was very happy come across the Matilla Group. Highly recommended.

Easy, honest, kind and prompt service.Great to be able to pay rent online.Helpful with any questions I had.Felt super at home in my apartment.One night I locked myself out and Ray Valentine and crew came and helped me out at 10 PM. That was definitely a huge benefit.
