I am very happy with Master’s Window Cleaning the gutters on my house. Had an appointment at 11am to 1 pm but he showed up 2.5 hrs early which a plus. Martin the technician was very thorough on scraping the buildup debris, blow the gutters down and hose all the gutters. House is a two story and had it done fast and most importantly done right. After the gutters were cleaned, he also clean up on the concrete walkways. I will highly recommend this outfit to all that wants gutter cleaning. Martin also mentioned the condition of the roof tiles and gutters and recommendations on cleaning intervals. I am a very satisfied customer with this company.

The window washer from Masters Window and Gutter cleaning service did a great job. He arrived at the scheduled time and washed all our windows and screens impeccably. He was careful with the windows I pointed out to him that had a tinted film on them. He worked around our outside plants without damaging any of them with his ladder.Very impressed with how clean all the windows are, and we have 45 of them with 3 sliding doors.

We had Master’s Window Cleaning out to clean our windows today. We are very pleased with the service we got. If you want professionals that do good work look no further. From the initial outreach to get an estimate, to scheduling, and getting the work done its was done like a well oiled machine. Great communication through out. I cant be happier than I am with this company! Ive been using them for years. The owner, Brian, is easy to work with. The office staff is always friendly and accommodating. But the crew!!!!...ALWAYS cheerfully professional. They work quickly but thoroughly and do not leave until they and the customer are satisfied. Luke and Spencer responded today to do an outside house wash and clean windows inside and out. They just left and, as usual, I was extremely happy. Thanks, Brian, for hiring such wonderful people!

This is the second time we’ve used Master’s; the first time was a window washing, and this time for power washing our patio and driveway. Malachi and Laz were respectful and professional, and very friendly. We have never done a real power washing before and our patio always looked dirty and mossy - not anymore! The bricks look almost new and the concrete looks very clean again. Love it! We are very impressed with the overall service that Master’s provides, from making the initial appointments, the follow up and confirmation of appointments and costs, down to Danielle accommodating our schedule, and the quality of their staff in the field. We feel like we’ve found a “hidden” gem in Master’s! Highly recommend them!

Larrell came out and dealt with my gutters this morning on my 2 story house with a very steep roof. My gutters hadn’t been cleaned in years and he handled it like a pro. I am very happy with their service from the very beginning until the end. Appointments are easily made via phone. The technician Mr Chavez is punctual and professional. I appreciate how he went above and beyond that he even took photos of my roof slope bec our home insurance asked for it. Our gutters are now clean and unclogged! Yay! Cant say enough about how happy we are with this whole experience! Masters called right away to book an estimate which took place quickly and as scheduled. I had the estimate immediately and it was MUCH less expensive than a competitors quote. Estimate was on Friday and cleaning booked for Monday. Crew of 2 arrived on time and were exceedingly professional. My windows look brand new and our solar panels went from brown to blue. It was a pleasure to work with this company and well see them again next year! Highly recommend!!

The young man who did the work spent over three hours working very hard and nonstop to get it exactly as we hoped. The quote they offered for gutter cleaning was about $30 less than compared with another quote I received for the exact same job. I was really impressed with the customer service. The appointment was scheduled promptly, the employee arrived on time and did a superb job cleaning the gutters out. Wonderful company that provided great service. Very safety conscious. When Luke came by to complete the gutter cleaning on the original date, he assessed that the roof was too wet to safely complete the work. Updated review a year later and still giving Masters Window 5 stars. From their quick response time for an appointment all the way to their staff that answered emails and the tech that came for my gutters.Larrell not only texted me that they were on their way, but showed up with a smile and ready to get started. He was pleasant and spend quite a bit of time cleaning my gutters and blowing off my roof debris, which was a lot after the storm we had. He even was kind enough to gather the roof debris into a pile for me, which he did not have to do! He also helped with putting a spout back on the blew off during the storm. Another service he did not have to do.Thank you for having the kindest staff/service people. Customer service is something Masters Cleaning obviously prides themselves in and it shows

Masters Window & Gutter is by far the best companies out there. Period. Theyre flexible, friendly, and rarity these days, *transparent*. There is no guesswork whatsoever. Right from the start, Brian sent not only the proposal, but a copy of the business license, certificate of liability, and even a W9 photo. No B.S. here. Luke, their technician, was so easy to work with, and got the job done super fast. By the time he was done, its as if nothing had ever been wrong with my gutters in the first place. Not only that, but when I brought up possible weather damage to the roof, he took a photo and showed it to me. Probably not a part of the service, just him being a really good guy.Am I gushing? I loved that they sent me information about the technician before the appointment and I also got a text from him before he arrived. I thought Geo did a great job on my windows! I saw an ad for Masters Window Cleaning Service and decided to give them a try. Oh my gosh, what an amazing job! I did not imagine my windows could look so good! Rafael was the service technician sent to my job and he was just fantastic! I really liked that they took pictures of the gutters before and after. Last year we used a different company and found out when someone else was up on the roof soon after that they had done a shoddy job -- we had no way of knowing, with a two story house. Masters went above and beyond to make sure we knew what was happening.One of our gutters came loose before we scheduled the cleaning. Masters couldnt fix it, but was able to recommend someone who could.

I have never had my windows professionally cleaned. Ever. I realized this is probably something I should do. I did quite a bit of research to find a reliable company. Brian (the owner) was extremely responsive and very kind when I met him. They seemed well priced for a two story house. The job was done by Martin. He was quick and did a good job. My windows all look so much better. I did get a quote for pressure washing which seemed a bit high so I will do that myself. Overall, very satisfied with Masters. Will use them when I Need my hard water stains on my shower cleaned.

Overall a very good result. There were some small things that were missed, probably because the windows had not been cleaned in some time. I noticed them the next day when there was better light. The estimate was for cleaning our gutters and windows. Unfortunately they were booked about 3 weeks out, but the person doing to estimate was able to come out and quickly give me an idea of how much it would cost. The cost was pretty reasonable. The person who came out blew all the gunk out of our gutters and flushed them with water. They texted me pictures of all the gutters as they were working on them. After the gutters were all cleaned they blew off all the stuff from our patio and yard. The windows were cleaned very well. There were a couple windows that had hard water stains on them so didnt get completely cleaned, but we didnt buy the package that would cover that so Im fine there. They worked very quickly and did a great job. I highly recommend them and will be using them the next time we need service.

Arrived on time, did a nice job on the windows, tracks, screens and gutters. They did damage one of the contacts for the alarm system but agreed to pay for the minor repair.

Ive hired Masters Window & Gutter Cleaning to clean the seasons ash and dirt from the exterior of my windows and screens for at least four years now. Very courteous and thorough. Today is a windy day & neighbor’s tree leaves were falling as the tech cleaned. He fought through the climate’s conditions & still completed his job with exceptional results. I gave 4 stars only because there is always room for improvement, right? This man worked his petunias off cleaning our gutters which we shamelessly haven’t done regularly! I’m so grateful for his diligence and thorough work. It helped identify a potential roof problem too! People keep your gutters clean! I’m calling them back for window washing soon

We were very pleased with the two techs that came to wash our windows and screens. They wore shoe covers inside. Got right to work and were very pleasant and kind. They did an amazing job! So many compliments on our windows since they cleaned them. Absolutely schedule with them again!

Took my request very seriously and quickly and quoted a reasonable price. Came on schedule and finished the job in a timely manner inspite of rains. Also put me on their list for calling every year and scheduling the cleaning. Will surely recommend their services.
