I have been working with Masterplan for over 5 years now. Initially I just liked the idea of being able to help some of the worlds best Charities make a difference. After just a short time here I realized I could get so much more then that. Ive learned how to not only manage myself but how to lead others and help them achieve the most out of themselves. I love the team atmosphere and comaraderie. Everything trickles down from the top so its great to have an owner that genuinely cares about all of our success. I have gone from a small town kid from West Virginia to a business partner. Love this place!

This company is very unprofessional and a major disappointment. I would not trust anyone that works there with my nonprofit. Save yourself the trouble and stay far away. The employees are very untrustworthy and shady. Joe specifically does not know how to keep his employees in line.

Its an okay place to get a commission job. If you have the guts to promote and sell a nonprofit organization like the world wildlife fund and other for the starting pay of 29 dollars, go for it.
If you want to be a solicitor outside of supermarkets this is the job for you. Also if you only want to get paid $30 a day and waste gas. Interviews are not truthful about what the job really entails.

This company is absolutely amazing at taking care of the clients they work with BUT also taking care of their employees! I have never ran into another company that does this better than them!
Stay away from this place if you want to make a living wage. Commission. Door to door sales and canvasing outside walmarts.

I’ve been “rewarded” with more responsibilities at the same pay rate for outperforming my peers and job title in the past. This job inspires innovation and creativity, and rewards you tangibly for greatness.

I have never worked in an environment where we can positively push each other to be the best versions of ourselves, but here at Masterplan there is such a powerful sense of development and support like I have never experienced before.
