Luciano, the technician at e b, after spending time diagnosing the problem with my older laptop, suprised (and delighted ) me and suggested replacing it would be adviseable!Impressive! But they never disappoint.

Great place to fix your iPhone screen repair or MacBook repair.Brought in my iPhone 13 Pro Max and my sons iPhone 14 they fixed the cracked screen and battery repair in 30 minutes.My MacBook they fixed in 3 daysHighly recommend for any computer repair or phone repair.

Last week, my Samsung Galaxy Note 8 was not charging therefore I was recommended by a friend who joined me to go to this place called Mastermind repairs!I explained to Arsen the person who works there, that the charging cable pops out of the charging port. As soon as I showed him the cellphone, without testing it out first, he told me that the charging port needed to be changed and it would cost $75. I asked him why it was going to cost that much & he said he needed to open the phone and replace the charging port with a new one.After bargaining for the price, he told me if I pay him in cash he will do $5 discount. I agreed, he told me it will take 45min-1hour. My friend and I left the store to the parking area but I wasn’t feeling comfortable and had doubts about Arsens way of quoting the price without even checking the phone!After 10 min, I told my friend lets return & await inside the store.Upon entering the store we saw my phone was on the counter and charging! We asked Arsen if the phone was fixed? He said yes its done and that he replaced the charging port! My friend asked him where is the old one? Arsen didnt want to show us the old saying that he threw it!!!I knew Arsen was cheating us and I didnt want to embarrass my friend Jack. I paid the $70 cash and left the store, my friend kept on apologizing for recommending this place to me and told me he didnt know that Arsen was a crook!After double checking and explaining the case to professionals, they told me that the charging port needed ONLY cleaning! They also told me that replacing a port definitely takes more than 10 minutes…To conclude Arsen cheated us! My friend and I definitely DO NOT recommend this store as they are cheaters and not at all trustworthy!

I called into the shop for an estimate for time needed to get my phone in and out and price. The repair was done in that time and the price was exactly as promised, except that Alex, the owner, provided some meticulous additional assistance without asking for anything further. It was service with a smile and I highly recommend using their services. I am a business owner and its a pleasure to be dealt with in the same manner that I try to provide to my customers. All good!

Great place, with great prices. My laptop was running slow because of a virus and Alex explained to me that the best way to fix the issue was to back up the data and factory reset it. He also took the time to run a scan on the backed up data to make sure it was clean before putting it back, all for the price most places would charge for only one of the services.

Great service! This place charged me 1/4 of the price Apple is charging. They had my phone ready within 30 minutes and gave me a free screen protector. Would defiantly recommend. :)

I went there and the technician went out of his way to help me with my phone. He was about to charge me only for the battery not even for the adjustments to the phone and replacement battery but then, he suddenly said you know what I am not going to charge you for the battery, Merry Christmas. I was stunned by his generosity for the holidays🎅He made my day! Honestly he had great customer service since I walked in. Great establishment! I definitely recommend them.👍

Can’t recommend this shop enough. I took my computer to ‘youbreakifix’ and they took two weeks before they told me that it couldn’t be repaired. So I drove 60 miles to La Crescenta, where I used to live, and within one day Alex had diagnosed the problem, The replacement part had to be ordered from Florida and in one week my MacBook Air was alive and well again. Excellent work!!!

This is the best electronic device repair shop... They charge a third that other places do. Always helpful and friendly with quick screen repair. Had them redo my busted ipad screens more than once. Today the screen went black and they walked me through a reset over the phone for free. Fixed it! We love these guys!

I went in to replace the screen on my laptop, was told that it would take a few hours to do after the screen came in which would take about a week. I was told that I would get a call when it came in. Two weeks went by Ive heard nothing. I called and left a message. No returned call. I then went in to find out what was happening. I was told the screen was on back order and should be in soon and that I would get a call when it came in. A few more weeks went by nothing. I stopped in again, and was told the same thing. It was been months now and I still have a busted laptop. I think its time to find another place to get the job done. They seemed friendly and knowledgable but I need my laptop operational, and communication!

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. brought in my iPad that had a completely destroyed screen. Charged me 220 for an 180 repair, called them and tried to negotiate exactly ONE week after telling them I couldn’t pick it up and that I would pick it up in another two weeks as I was going through some troubles and Alex started arguing and belittling me, asking me “why would you even bring it in if you didn’t have money???” Kept pointing out that he’s out 180 commission when he charged me over that price. Very rude the whole phone call and was fighting an 18 YEAR OLD

Unfortunately my phone has been spazzing out for weeks because they didn’t use an iPhone screen and used another brand I guess, and it had been such a problem and I felt too bad to take it back cause the guy was so nice, but I can’t properly recommend this shop. The service is fast and it is low cost tho

My laptop caught a virus and needed to get it back working normal asap. Called Alex and he took carenof cleaning my computer. So glad I found him and my laptop is back to normal and Alex was kind enough to install an anti-virus program for free! Highly recommended, thank you !

I asked this guy to do a clean reinstall of my windows system. I had windows 7 on my laptop. When I got it back, he had reinstalled windows vista. Additionally, the windows vista was not even updated. Additionally, I asked him to get a new replacement keyboard for my surface 2, and the keyboard he ended up providing was different from the original keyboard. I refused the keyboard, took my laptop home,and did not use it for a couple weeks, and so did not note the Vista problem. Im certainly NOT letting him touch my computer again. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!
