Last week the smart hub on my TV stopped working, leaving me with no access to Netflix, Prime, Pandora, etc., while sheltering in place. I had no idea if my TV was worth repairing or if I needed to purchase a new one. Since most stores were closed and/or not answering their telephones due to the shelter in place issue, I was unable to go into a store to compare models and/or talk to an employee. Luckily, I telephones Master Techs in Vallejo and spoke with an employee named John, who was extremely helpful. After determining that my TV was not worth fixing, John went online with me to look for a suitable replacement, and told me he would come to my home, taking appropriate safety precautions, when the TV arrived. Well, I got the TV the next day and John came the same day to connect everything for me.I received excellent service from John and really appreciated it!

These people were great! They did everything to make me happy by going above and beyond. I dropped my laptop off and within 2 days they called to tell me it was ready. I didn’t listen to them and asked to have my computer rechecked when I experienced problems they told me I would have. They could have said “we told you what the issue was” but instead they met me after hours to take the computer back and rechecked everything free of charge. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Integrity and professionalism. To me, these are the words that best describe the technicians at Master Techs. They handle their customers needs with professionalism and great care. Ive encountered many businesses who look for ways to charge their customers extra for additional service they dont need. That is not the case at Master Techs. They are reliable and trustworthy. I highly recommend Master Techs to anyone experiencing computer troubles and anyone looking for reliable and honest computer services.

Customer service was great and friendly. I was give my refund back since the parts was unable to be found in order to proceed to fix my JBL bluetooth speaker. Thank you very for your service.

Karl was amazing, on time and charismatic! Karl Helped me fix my pc that I thought was beyond repairable and managed to salvage more than I thought possible, while also taking the time to educate me more on the problems.I highly recommend 🙌🏾✨👑

Called to get an estimate on a screen repair for a laptop. The employee who answered the call hung up on me after hearing the problem! Tried calling back, phone rang, but no one answered. Real great service.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!SAVED OUR FILES/DATA LOST DURING POWER OUTAGE, POSSIBLE HARD DRIVE CORRUPTED/FAILURE.. EMERGENCY CALLED IN AND THEY RECOVERED EVERYTHING BACK TO NORMAL WITHIN UNDER 24HRS. Try to set an appointment for TV repair. They flaked. Then they say they dont repair TVs anymore.
