Well, the level of customer service is just TOP-NOTCH!!! We recently perchance and remodeled our first house in Santa Monica. The process of remodeling was very stressful and over budget. 10 days before move in, we called Master Blinds.Sheila answered the phone and she was was super nice and knowledgeable and booked us for 2 days later.Leo arrived on time and let me tell you, he was the nicest guy we worked with along our remodeling. We told him our budget, he showed us our options and his recommendation was great and exactly what we were looking for.The highlight of all he kept us under budget!He asked when is the moving day and we told him within a week, he ask if we need temporary shades (we said no) and told us he dont promise anything but he will do his best for the order to be installed in the morning of the moving day.2 days after we receive a call from Bella to let us know the order will be ready and they will arrive to install the shades at 8am on our moving date.Moving day arrived, we received a call from Leo to let us know they are on their way and will be there in 30 mins.Leo and the installation team arrived and installed my house in 3 hours. An hour later, the movers came.10 stars experience!!!Big thank you to the entire Master Blinds team. You do it right, and I am not surprised at all by your high rating on Yelp.

I researched several different automated shade brands and received quotes from a few companies, and David impressed me with his expertise and flexibility to work within my budget. Because the shades would not be ready by the time I moved into my house, David installed temporary shades (including blackout shades for the bedrooms), and he was so flexible in working with me to schedule the installation once the shades were ready. During installation, David made sure I fully understood how to operate and charge the shades, and he and his crew did a great job installing, including into a quartz backsplash, and they took care to clean as they went (they even brought their own Clorox wipes!). Id definitely work with David again!

I had Master Blinds do plantation shutters in my house in Valley Village and David did such a great job. We are very happy with how they turned out and make our house look so beautiful. Where do I start… My husband and I have moved quite a few times over the years and have used different shade companies, all of which resulted in terrible experiences and unhappy, low quality results.After our friend told us about Master Blinds, we decided to give it a try. From the first phone call, David was extremely professional and responsive. He set up a first meeting at our house, during which he came extremely prepared with different samples and options, all of which seemed like high quality. David was extremely knowledgeable and made us feel at ease from the beginning. Unlike previous shade companies we worked with in the past, not once did he act pushy. After explaining to us the different routes we could go, he created multiple in-depth estimates for us, and told us to take the time we needed to make a decision. Considering we had just moved and a lot was going on, weeks went by before my husband and I were able to talk things over. It was pleasantly refreshing that David respected that we needed time and that we were not harassed with daily phone calls like previous companies we had worked with. Once we were ready to proceed, we met with David at his office so he could show us more samples; his staff was as professional as he was, and the whole process went as smooth as it could possibly go. We decided to go with a mix of motorized shades, curtains, and regular shades. It took less than 2 months before the installation day, and everything came out better than expected! 10 STARS. I cannot recommend them enough! Other companies included packaging/handling, taxes, installation costs that add up plus turnaround was crazy long like 5-7 weeks (which apparently is normal nowadays). Danielle came for initial measurements, David got final measurements then I had my shades installed 10 DAYS LATER. He was thorough and easy to discuss options with and installation day was a breeze. No extra costs, installation was all included in the price. Love working with professionals who are confident in what they do with no snags or excuses. Process from consultation to installation was seamless. Most importantly, my shades look DOPE, exactly the modern sleek look that I wanted. Im using them for another residential unit plus my shops patio area. Thank you Danielle, David, and team!

When I decided that I wanted to replace the venetian blinds in my place with curtains, I knew it would be a considerable expense. So I decided to not mess around. I went to 8 different places and got bids from 7 of them. Master Blinds gave me the most and they also charged the least. Full disclosure, Theirs became the least when they called back with a Black Friday special of 15% off.Master Blinds gave me “more” because I hoped to get Lutron motorization. Everything I read said that Lutron is the most quiet and I’m already in their ecosystem. However the other places that offered Lutron - the bids were insanely high. Even when they downgraded to Somfy or Rollease, the other bids were now in range with the others, but still a little more than Master Blinds.Also, Master Blinds is accommodating. Several places don’t do valances or cornices. One place said that if I was using Lutron tracks, the curtains had to be pinch pleat. Master Blinds was able to give me ripplefold. That same place also said that if you want dual drapes of a sheer and a blackout, they both have to be motorized. Master Blinds was able to make the sheer manual. Another place screwed up the measurements and didnt account for the stacks. And one place had the most paltry selection of fabrics imaginable. Master Blinds is the best place in town.My windows are beautiful and I am happy. They know their stuff. They do good work.

First of all when I ordered the blinds, there was a long delay.Second, when I look out of my blinds at night three huge light fixtures shine in.The company should have told me about this.I texted Adi and she texted to see what I would like to do.I said install a blackout shade to the existing blinds. 10 STARS! I put off getting much needed blinds for my house for years. After a few failed attempts I called Master Blinds. I was reluctant to go with a company I didn’t know but when Danielle arrived I instantly knew she was the real deal. She struck me as a very honest, thorough and helpful person. She was very easy to work with throughout the whole process. The entire team at Master Blinds from Danielle, to Bella the GM, and the techs who installed the blinds were all top notch! I love my blinds and highly recommend!

Master blinds, specifically Nicole, was amazing to work with. They were very prompt at getting us an in-person, free estimate. Nicole is very professional and friendly. She is also very honest, and will ensure the job is complete with the very best quality. We had an issue with our windows being angled, due to construction, and they did their very best to ensure that our roller shades were straight. They were able to make each roller shade perfectly straight, even with our windows being very poorly angled with different depths. They have many options to choose from, and Nicole is great at getting to you towards the one that will fit your style. We have a large window that is very difficult to reach, so we opted for the motor. The motor is very quiet, and very convenient. We decided not to do a motor on the other three, but the chain looks very nice and it’s hooked to the wall for easy access with a minimal look. Another concern of mine was that the covers would look quite big, but they are indeed the perfect size and do not affect any light. Nicole is great at offering advice on what looks better in situations, and will make sure it looks amazing and just how you want it before she leaves your home. Master blinds was great at communication along the way, and we were always in the loop with the current situation and their approximate arrival times. I could not recommend the mark… And we will eventually be using them for our whole home! After many quotes and reviews, we definitely made the right decision with going with master blinds. Our installers Rafa and Bryant were great and accommodating to our preferences as well!

Was thinking about getting simple roller shades for my kitchen windows just so I have something to reduce the glare from the sun around noon time. They gave me an estimate on motorized roller shades, and a deal if I got another set for the living room, it was too good to pass on. And the shades have a nice quality too, much better than I expected tbh.

We had four windows done with roller shades from Master Blinds. Nicole walked us through every step from purchase to installation and was always there to give us ideas and tips on how to get the best look for our home. We had one window on a high ceiling installed with a motorized system, but there was a small issue with the motor provided to the installation team because the manufacturer changed the measurements. Nicole rush ordered a new shade for the installation and no extra charge and also rush ordered a shade for the fourth window that we decided to add on that day. They scheduled a second date and completed the job quickly. Our home has angled windows due to a construction quirk so the blinds were installed uneven at first, but the installation team (Rafa and Bryant) made changes several times to make sure we got the blinds as straight as possible. Nicole was there the whole time to make sure everything went smoothly and the team installed everything how we wanted it and cleaned up any shavings made by the screws. They worked quickly, made the effort to make sure we liked our purchase, and assured us that we can always call them if anything comes up. After the left we noticed that we needed an extra extension cord for the motor charger and Nicole immediately promised to bring it to us this week (even though we won’t need it for several months!). We would recommend Master Blinds not only for their great designs but also for the positive customer service experience we had.

We are very happy with the service and product we received from Master Blinds. This was our fist time ordering custom blinds and drapes, and the process seemed over-whelming at first. Our consultant, Adi, was very patient with us and helped us understand the complete ins and outs of the process as well as all of the options available to us. When the time came to place our order, she gave us a great price and was very communicative throughout the order and installation process. I fully endorse Master Blinds, and Adi in particular, for any blinds and drapery needs you may have. You will be in good hands.

Mater Blinds was phenomenal from initial sales with Nicole, to expert, detail oriented installation. We needed sun protection without view blockage, bedroom privacy and media room black out. Master Blindsmaterial met all those needs and the shades look fantastic. We are so pleased. The motorized shades are very quiet and programmable remotely. Nicole, our salesperson, is so knowledgeable and helpful. She returned my calls and emails promptly, which I appreciated, especially now when it is so difficult to get supplies. We are so grateful to have found Master Blinds. We tried a more DIY approach initially online but were quickly overwhelmed by the flurry of shade types, color and material options, installation, precise measurements etc etc. Danielle at Master Blinds was so helpful in our initial consultation and put me at ease. I met with several vendors and Master Blinds stood out by far. Prices were reasonable and fair and the quality was second to none. I cannot begin to explain how professional David and his team are. From the initial consultation to the finished product, they went above and beyond my expectations. I had been searching for someone to replace two bedroom curtains to motorized shades and I had called around 6 different places before I found David. His pricing is extremely competitive and I have worked with numerous Blind/Shading companies in the past and I can reassure you that his prices, service, and quality is better than the ShadeStore or any of his competitors. In a time like this, I know many would be concerned about COVID, but David and his team take the all the proper precautions seriously in order to allow for a safe job. They removed my curtains and installed the new ones within 1.5 hours. They also helped me program it to the hub so I can have access to smart home features such as the Somfy App and integration with Alexa.All in all, if you are in the market for this, I recommend saving your time and just calling David first, because I can stand by his punctuality, quality, and service.

We needed to replace our bedroom shades and kitchen blinds. Found Master Blinds on line. Nicole came out and measured for the new shades and blinds. She was very professional and helped us pick out the shades and blinds that would be best for us. It took a little over two weeks for them to be ready. We scheduled an appointment for installation. Nicole and Valdo were right on time. They did an excellent job of installing the shades and blinds. The company that made the slats for the kitchen blinds cut them an inch too long. Valdo was able to adjust the brackets so that the blinds were the right length. Nicole and Valdo were efficient and did a great job cleaning up and disposing of our old shades and blinds. We were very concerned about taking the proper steps necessary to safeguard ourselves during the pandemic. Both Nicole and Valdo wore masks, as we did. We stayed the necessary distance away from each other. Our experience with Master Blinds has been extremely positive and highly recommend them.

Absolutely incredible service. They were able to come out within a few days of our call, and Nicole was SO knowledgable and talked us through all of our options for a very large picture window. She also showed us where to find the information on some of our other nice blinds in the home that had broken, and encouraged us to contact that company regarding a warranty repair (instead of just upselling us on something new). Fantastic experience with them, theyll be the first people we call when we need more shades or blinds. I only wish more companies were like them!!

Our new Roman shades have a nice sheer fabric that diffuses sunlight and creates a very nice and warm ambiance when we fully close the shades all the way. Half open, the pleats have a nice presence and add to the décor. Beautiful design, and a nice rich feel. Turnaround time for the production was short too.
