Today, my self-care led me to the Massage Revolution. My wife referred me to the Revolution. The atmosphere is modern zen. They have self-care products for pain management that you can purchase. Rachel, my neuromuscular massage therapist, hands are knowledgeable. She found every pain point and removed them. For me, it’s all about vibration; Rachel is a healer. She uses her knowledge and gift in a very unique to YOU way. I highly recommend Rachel and the Message Revolution. When you visit, tell Them Omar Muhammad sent you.

I regularly see Jeff for neuromuscular massage. It has helped a lot with my chronic neck and shoulder pain. The people at the front desk are always really nice, and I have never had a problem with billing or insurance or anything like that.This office has a good balance of practical massage therapy and optional additional alternative therapies. But they never try to push their additional services too hard, and I appreciate that.

Had an all around sub-par experience at Massage Revolutiontoday. Arrived at 2:50 for my 3:00 appointment and wasn’t acknowledged until 3:02 pm at which time I was informed that I was at the incorrect suite (they have two within the complex). Walked downstairs to the other suite and had to wait until 3:20 to be roomed. My masseuse was very communicative and kind but unfortunately massaged mostly with his elbow and massaged over nerves/arteries which was uncomfortable. Front desk staff at second suite was very nice and is why I’m giving 3-stars, she gave me a 50% off coupon to use for my next massage. Hoping this time was a fluke.

I like that there are a variety of practicing therapists with different strengths and techniques. I have enjoyed both Moon and Vivianas techniques the most. I enjoy how the therapists ask what is concerning the customer, and they attend to that area afterward.It also helps that the facility is always clean and well-maintained, and the front receptionists are always welcoming and friendly.

This place is excellent. I enjoyed it very much. Everyone is pleasant from the receptionist to the massage therapist who was very knowledgeable on his skill (as expected right). Right, but I get massages pretty often and have NEVER had a break down and suggestions like I did with Greg. I highly appreciate the extra care instructions as far as how often I should come, what hell target next time, and what he targeted the day of the visit. The place is clean and esthetically pleasing. Bonus they have a really cool book on the table thats very informative. Overall, this is a nice place and I left out of there floating from my massage. I felt so much better.

UPD: They actually called, apologized and offered another try with a different therapist, and I decided to give it another try. I’m very glad I did. This was a truly pleasant experience, a totally different story. I have changed the rating I gave originally because of the way Massage Revolution handled the situation and provided a much better quality experience. Thank you——This was the worst massage I have ever had! The lady was applying some pressure over the sheet for a whole 10min. And when I politely asked if the actual massage would begin, the lady started just rubbing some unpleasant oil on my body parts. No massage at all. It was as if I was just rubbing some lotion in myself. And! She was wearing rubber gloves the whole time! Without even notifying me. It didn’t feel pleasant at all, my neck feels itchy and irritated now. Totally a terrible experience. And it lasted only 45min instead of an hour. Definitely will not recommend to anyone!

The massage was just the person rubbing oil over my body while splashing on the sheets. While doing my neck her nails were felt. I had oil all over me and had to go straight home and shower. No pain relief was given very disappointed in my experience. I even shared with the receptionist how she could see the oil on me even after attempting to use the sheet to wipe some off.

Terrible customer service. My groupon for a $39 massage had expired 2 weeks before I tried to book the massage. The current groupon cost for the massage is $30. But, they would not honor the groupon and extend the date. Instead, she told me I could use the $39 towards the full cost of the massage ($129). LOL.

My first massage at Massage Revolution was the best massage (therapy) I’ve ever experienced. The Neuromuscular Massage I had was a breakthrough for me. It helped get rid of most of my discomfort and pain. It’s been 6 days and my lower back is still pain free. I will absolutely go back and refer anyone who wants pain relief as well as a relaxing massage. Thank you for being available and helping me.

Pretty disappointing that a valentines day couples reservation was shifted around twice over a 3 day period, ultimately rescheduled to the morning of the 15th instead.Yesterday we got a call about my therapist not being scheduled to come in for work. Our reservation was made well in advance of this date. Why did it take this long for this to be known? Pretty terrible logistics going on here.Im rescheduled to a different therapist 30 minutes later than my original appointment for the 14th, but then I get a call today saying that therapist is sick.My wife was called by Massage Revolutions to reschedule to an evening appointment for both of us, after which my wife said she needed to make a quick call and make sure our child care could extend to that time. Not even 5 minutes after calling and confirming with our child care, we called Massage Revolutions and those evening times are gone.Pretty slim chance that we are going to give this business another chance. Im sure this date is quite busy, but it cant possibly be so busy that an employees attendance today was overlooked in the first place, especially when the reservation was made 1-2 weeks in advance.

I have tried many different massage places in the area, and Massage Revolution is by far my very favorite! I particularly enjoy the neuromuscular massage for relieving the pain and stiffness, but the other forms are great too. Try it, you will not be disappointed.

Such a waste of time and money… I was disappointed- my therapist was checking his phone during the session. I wasn’t even relaxed. He was lazy and didn’t do massage at all. To compare with Chinese or Thai massage places it’s wasting of time.will never come back.

Love this place! These guys are the real deal. This is not a spa, though you can get a relaxing massage, they care focused on health, pain and healing. Very nuturing place to have a monthly massage by using there monthly membership plan to save additional money! Very reasonable! Today I tried a laser treatment for pain totally for free for an $85 full appointment!!! Theyre the best! Highly highly recommended!! 👍🏻

Julie at Massage Revolution has literally changed my life!It’s called neuromuscular massage and she knows how to do it well. I came to MR for a regular massage from a GC I got. But left pain free and able to stay pain free for a couple of weeks.I’ve always wanted relief from a massage which I’ve experienced but not like this. Julie explained to me what the difference is between a regular therapist and a neuromuscular one. Clearly it works.I just went for the second time after 3 weeks to get a follow up.Hoping this one will last just as long if not longer.I’ve tried acupuncture, massages of all kinds, icing, creams….nothing has given me long term pain relief like Julie’s massage.FYI, the facility and Julie are super chill and relaxing. But the massage does hit some pressure points on your muscles. Trust the process, it will be worth it.I do lots of gardening, house work, and lots of walking. Before I would struggle at night and in the mornings. Now, I can get my work done and still feel great at night and in the mornings. Yay! Thanks Julie and MR for helping me.

My session with Melissa was terrible. I honestly felt like leaving in middle of the massage. I booked for a full body massage for relaxation and specifically mentioned that I will like a few minutes of head massage too if possible because I was having a bad headache that day. Forget about head massage she didnot even touch my arms for a massage and just kept attacking my right shoulder (literally for about ~30 minutes on one shoulder) because she felt it was stiff.I felt like stopping at one point to tell her that even if my shoulder is stiff she cannot fix it in 1 session. I went in with headache and came out with head ache + a sore shoulder. And the whole time she kept playing such terrible music in her phone and the music kept getting interrupted with promotional adds that she kept addressing that the whole time.It was such a waste of money!My friend went with me for a massage. Her session with Stepanka went good though. She had a relaxing time. She was on her periods and Stepanka made sure she was not uncomfortable but relaxed.My personal experience was terrible so I am not going to recommend them to anybody.

I had my first ever massage here and also had the laser treatment for the first time on the same day, one after the other. The laser treatment was great, I currently have pain in my knees and was told all about what the laser did and how it would benefit me. I’m currently in the process of testing to be a police officer and a physical test is required. So having this relief it’s reassuring. Cody was very nice and very informative. I then had the neuromuscular massage with Justin and he again was also very polite and nice as well. After explaining my pains and focus areas, he quickly pointed out my posture and he did great. All the receptionist were very welcoming, they quickly checked me in and everything went smoothly. They gave information about plans and other offers they had available, which is very helpful with future considerations. I was given homework by both Cody and Justin to help with the process after, so again a great visit with the two therapist. I’ll be sure to book with them again. Great location, very clean, great staff, and great customer service. 15/10!

The process was smooth and easy. Receptionist was great very helpful. My only problem was that my massage therapist didnt really pay attention to my concern areas nor my comments. I have a serious sore area on my left arm I had to ask her 3 times not to grab. All in all Id tryout another therapist in the future

I had Tino for a deep tissue massage and he was fantastic! You could tell hes passionate about what he does. He spent a lot of time and effort on rubbing the knots out in my shoulders. He lets you know everything hes doing and continually asks for feedback on pressure. My shoulders were so relaxed leaving. Front desk was informative and easy to schedule with. Facilities were clean as well.

Today was my first appointment. I had an hour long NeuroMuscular massage. I went in with back spasms for the past ten days. My masseuse explained what the massage was to me and asked me where I would like her to focus. I wanted the massage to concentrate on my lower back and hips. She quickly identified my mid-back as the problem area and not my lower back. She definitely worked on my entire back but ended up spending a lot time in the identified mid back spots. The hour was intense but the time went by quickly. A couple of hours has now passed and I can confidently say my back feels much improved. I have a follow up appointment for next week and will absolutely make a third appointment. I have not had a lot of massages in my life. It took an injury for me to make the appointment. It exceeded all of my expectations and I couldnt recommend Massage Revolution higher.

The room was clean, nothing special, very basic and plain without any decor, but I didnt care... The office gal at front desk was very nice and on the ball. Plenty of free parking. The only thing that was off putting were the signs that said theyd appreciate a $25 tip. WOW, really? I paid $39 for the massage on Groupon so that seemed steep. I really wanted to tip $10 but felt guilted into leaving her $20, which I did... People should tip what they think is fair, because they want to, not because they were guilted into it.

Tino is a literal magician and I loved every minute of my experience, from walking through the door to getting into my car afterward. The location was easy to find, the staff members were all incredibly friendly, the office is clean and inviting, and the massage therapists... If theyre all like Tino, who both successfully loosened my stiff shoulder muscles (and my neck, which has been in so much pain for months that I couldnt continue my physical therapy) and lightened my heart with his witty banter, this place is the standard against which other practices should be looking to for just plain good business!If you need a massage therapist whos both strong and really good at listening, Tinos your guy. He was very communicative and as a result was far more effective in solving my pain than others have been in the past. He was quite skilled at figuring out exactly the right amount of pressure to apply and immediately lightened his pressure when I expressed that I had finally found my limit. First Class Performance! This morning I met a new Masseur, Justin, for first time because I messed up my calendar. The Massage Revolution gal who made the arrangement, (bad-me forgot her name), because the masseur whom I wasoriginally scheduled with, Steven, was all booked up. I shouldnt have been surprised, after all, Steven did wonders for my lower back and hip and no doubt, is in high demand. I showed Justin cell phone pics of x-rays of L3~L5 fused vertebra, gimbled L5~S1 disc and my recently installed hip joint, he knew what to do. I was not impressed with this place at all. After booking my first appointment I was on my way to the facility and I got a call from the receptionist saying that the therapist was going to be late and that my appointment would need to be moved. I didn’t mind this at all, I understand things happen. I rebooked for a later time and again when on my way to the facility the receptionist calls me and tells me she has to cancel my appointment because she double booked me at someone else’s appointment time. I was very annoyed by this because it was a complete waste of my time. The manager tried to remedy the situation by giving me a discount on my next attempted appointment. I took the offer and ended up getting a neuromuscular massage. I have had this type of massage in the past and always found it beneficial. My experience having this treatment at massage revolution was horrendous and probably one of the worst massages I’ve had to date. I give 2 stars solely because of the small effort from the manager.

They were able to check if they took my insurance before I got my first massage and my insurance was accepted at such a low cost to me that I can come every week :) LRyn, Kate, and Moon are some of my favs but I have always had a good massage here no matter which therapist Im with. They have multiple offices in one building so that was a little confusing at first but I learned youll always go to the first floor office unless they tell you otherwise. My favorite part of massage revolution is the neuromuscular massages, I have forward head posture and scoliosis and theyve helped the tension in my body dramatically. They are more like work then relaxation when I get a neuromuscular massage but body needs it and it makes a big difference. Dont hesitate! Go check it out for yourself :)

The only reason why I am giving Massage Revolution 2 stars is their complete lack of professional courtesy and abysmal communication from management. The masseuses are great, and they deserve five stars.I called four times over one month to follow up on the items the Nurse Practioner prescribed me, and each time, I was assured that a manager would call me. I never received a call, text, or email.I also was never contacted, like I was told I would be by management, for the multiple times that my appointment was rescheduled without contacting me. On two separate occasions, I did not find out that my appointment was rescheduled until I showed up to the appointment and the front desk informed me that my appointment was either moved to a different date/time or canceled outright. No call, text, or email noting the change in appointment scheduling. I was assured both times that a manager would contact me to provide compensation for the scheduling conflict, but none have contacted me to date.Go for the great massages but dont be surprised if an appointment is canceled or moved without your knowledge.

I was told I could use my insurance to pay my normal rate (~$15) and then after the appointment I was told I couldnt use my insurance and was being charged $99. There arent many places that offer massage therapy as well as relaxing massages. After my car accident I had horrible back and neck pain for months. I was taking so many muscle relaxers, I was getting sick.The appointment process was very easy as was meeting with the nurse practitioner. All of my appointments have been with Maricela. I stumbled upon this place since it was the only massage place that is open because it’s medical office for massages. It’s more for physical therapy than a spa but they offer the same results. Relieves stress and pain. So far I already got to experience both the deep tissue and neuromuscular massages and they feel great. The latter focuses more on your needs and where the pains are but i think deep tissue as well. If it’s your first time, i would recommend deep tissue first then neuromuscular massage to see the difference. I like both. With my insurance, the fee doesn’t change so I would probably switch deep tissue and neuromuscular every other massages.Either way, the massages relaxes me and treat my back and neck pains. Recommend this place.

Shes helped me with some pretty sever muscle trauma from two bulging discs in my cervical spine as well as a labral tear in my shoulder.She attends to difficult spots with such patience and care that she can work out really deep knots without being rough with you. First let me say, I have extreme sciatica and back pain. Last night I went for the cranial sacral therapy, along with the Reflexology with Moon and it was amazing. She is absolutely amazing and highly-skilled. She is very strong and can apply strong pressure in a smooth and controlled manner. It is clear that she understands bodies very well. I am so happy that I was able to meet her. There are always at least four massage therapists that I prefer. Juanita is my current favorite. I was in such pain when I arrived. I cannot say anything negative about Massage Revolution. Anyone wanting pain relief at a place filled with experienced, professional people would be nuts not to go here. I have a permanent forward curving of my C-spine from an accident back in 92 and am in constant moderate to severe pain in my neck and shoulders. I sit at a desk all day and the pain is often unbearable. I used to go to the little hole-in-the-wall massage places where no one there are trained in any specific way just because it was cheap and I am poor. I took a chance with a Groupon code and went to Massage Revolution. The staff are very kind and helpful. The massage room was perfect. January worked on me for 1 hour, and although I thought skeptical at first, I must say I have been pain free for the first time in many, many years. She focused on what I said my issues were and did an outstanding job in taking great care of me, making sure the temperature of the bed, the lighting, and the music was optimal for me. I LOVE HER!!! She even massaged places I did not know were trouble spots until I felt the relief. AMAZING!!! To be pain free for the first time in years is mind-blowing.

I just had my first massage and it was incredibly! My massage therapist made me feel very comfortable and honestly 30 minutes was enough for me. I will most definitely come back for another one soon. The girls in the front desk are also friendly.

I booked a 50 minute massage with Nedra and it was terrible. Didnt even last 50 full minutes, and was barely a massage. Was just lotion being rubbed on me, and she made no effort to make me feel comfortable.

This place is the best.I regret not knowing about this massage center earlier in life. After many years going to different spas, I realized that it was a waste of money because sometimes I need to have a recovery after a “relaxing recovery treatment”.As I said, this is the spot to get your back pain and neck stresses released.

I have been going to Massage Revolution for about 5 years now and I usually make on average 2 appointments a week. They have helped me through 3 pregnancies and especially provided pain relief after working 12 hour shifts. Im so lucky that they accept my insurance because I would not be able to pay full price for massages this often. The massages here are better than fancy places because they actually help with pain. The owners are super friendly and the front office staff are really nice and helpful. Do yourself a favor and call them today!

Rather than getting what feels like a canned routine, her massage is personalized and focused. I’ve been coming to this location for many years now and I have always been met with great customer service, professional staff, and exceptional care. I suffer from migraines partially linked to tension in my upper back/neck and I really believe that coming here regularly has helped to alleviate that tension and reduce the number of migraines I have regularly to a more manageable number. I’ve seen so many great people here over the years and I strongly recommend it for anyone in pain who wants to deal with it in a more natural way and also just anyone who wants a great massage.

I’ve been suffering with back pain for years. I had to stop working out. Earlier this year I was introduced to Massage Revolution for Neuromascular massage by a friend of mine. It has been wonderful for me. I can go back to my regular exercises. Kerry is great and Cody is amazing. They loosen the tight knots thereby lessening the pain.Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Overall a great massage place.

The 1 start is for very poor and unprofessional communication.Yet again for third time, Massage Revolution canceled my appointment without contacting me in any way (phone, voice-mail, text or email).I had to call Massage Revolution to confirm my scheduled appointment and found out that it was canceled. They are always apologetic buy do NOT offer a solution to issue of very poor communication or any compensation for the inconvenience.I was told the Manager, Lindsay, is not in today, but will call me Monday when she gets into the office. Lets see if she actually calls...I wont hold my breath.

I like that you open late and 7 days a week. Usually it’s easy to make an appointment. The Staffs are friendly and helpful. It has been smooth with the insurance claims too. My recommendation for improvement is: it’ll be even better if you could provide hot towel for wiping the massage oil/gel after the massage, so I don’t feel greasy. This is common at all other massage studios. Thank you!

Amazing neuromuscular (60-minute) massage. Ana C did an amazing session relieving all the tension points and got rid of most of my back pain! Ive been coming to Massage Revolution for years and have had the best massages compared to any (high priced) spas. This is a no frills center, just a great massage. I have been through major spine surgery and this has helped my recovery immensely. I am lucky that my PT benefits cover my massages or I wouldnt be able to come so often. I like deep tissue massage and I have consistently found it here. My only criticism, is that they need a bigger facility. If you dont book your therapist at least a week or two in advance, its hard to get the therapist of your choice. I will remain a loyal fan!

So here is my issue, I am very picky with who I let touch me. Unfortunately, like many folks, my job causes a good deal of tension and repetitive motion injury. My neck and shoulders take the brunt of it. Thankfully, I have Laura and her wonderful healing touch to help with that. Laura is friendly and has a warm touch. She is a highly skilled masseuse. I have been going to Massage Revolution off and on for years. I always come back here. The facility is clean with plenty of parking. The rooms are well kept with a nice ambiance of soft lighting, music & clean sheets. I tend to run hot and the masseuse accommodates me by placing fan near me. Ive had issues with TMJ, sciatica and shoulder pain and I always find relief here. I find the prices very reasonable.

I am so amazed at the professionalism of all of the massage therapists here! They are all amazing in their talents. I had a bulging disc in my back and my Doc said surgery, I said ah no surgery, what else can I do? He said nothing will fix it. Well to prove him wrong. I am elated to say that my disc is back where it should be and I no longer have a frozen shoulder thanks to the wonderful talents of the neuromuscular therapists at Massage Revolution! :D

I love this place. I discovered it on Groupon. Never heard of a neuromuscular massage before but it said it was good for neck and back pain so I wanted to check it out. That was over 5 years ago. I have been going back off and on every since. If youre looking for relief, this is the place to go. They also offer the normal relaxation type of massage as well.I was in a car accident. I paid out of pocket for a month of massages because I love the place. I love the massage therapists there. They are very knowledgeable about how to address your concerns. I always leave there satisfied.

Laurie was absolutely amazing. I’ve only done spa type services/massages before. Here you get a spa experience with a clinical result. The approach to the massage was very focused on getting me healthy. Working on my posture and focusing on my problem areas (shoulder and knee). Laurie also showed me some preventive stretches I could do and was so informative when I had question about the myofascial aspects and the more technical aspects of the muscle groups

For over two decades, I have experienced chronic back issues with very little relief from treatments, pain block shots & even surgery. When a friend recommended Massage Revolution, I was skeptical & almost didn’t go but glad I did. The facility is immaculate, staff friendly & professional while I felt comfortable the entire time.
