Ive been going to Massage Envy for the past two years, and Alyssa has been absolutely incredible. As someone who is sensitive to pressure, I appreciate Alyssas skill in applying light to medium pressure. Shes super friendly and sweet. The facilities are clean, and the receptionists are always friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend getting the monthly membership for $75 a month. So worth it !

From the moment I entered I was happily acknowledged and received to check into my appointment. Everything was nice and clean and aesthetically pleasing. Juliana was great! She asked about any concerns and or focus areas and incorporated into the full body massage. I tend to be really tight and she def worked on needed area. Not to mention she was just a pleasure and 60 minutes was just not enough! I always recommend this place and will continue to do so! They also weren’t pushy with additional sales or membership. Highly recommended and I’ll be back! 😊

I love this place! Its clean and cozy. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. I go to Heather for my massage. She is friendly, she makes me feel comfortable, she does the perfect amount of small talk without shattering the quiet & relaxing atmosphere, and she always listens to my concerns. I even recommended this location to my friend who said she was having trouble finding the right masseuse at a different location. She said the atmosphere and the masseuse here were much better. I 100% recommend this location.

Hi. I am a monthly member. My last 2 visits have felt subpar compared to my usual experience here. I have been picked up about 5 minutes after my start time both visits. Last visit, it felt like the masseuse was running out of time and rushed the front-of-body section. This visit, the masseuse did not turn me at all in my 60-min full body time. I am left confused if the location has a usual protocol followed for a full body massage or it is left up to the masseuse.

First time going to Massage Envy and it was a pleasant experience from the get go. Very attentive and helpful at the front desk upon entering. Waiting area was a very relaxing atmosphere as I waiting to be called. Rooms are private and clean. Marie was very professional asked questions about any concerns I had. She was very thorough in telling me what to expect. An hour went by and I felt I wanted more. So relaxing!! Definitely would recommend to come experience their services!

I booked with Heather and unfortunately it was my worst experience here :( I hate to think it was because I tipped before (I thought I’d have the same service I always have here) or maybe it was because I was the last appointment of the night. It was not relaxing, the massage was all over the place and even spent a couple minutes massaging my wrists? At the end of it all she just said okay we’re done and left the pillow underneath my knees which no one has ever done. I used to book with Marie but I don’t think she’s there anymore. Just disappointing to have wasted one of my sessions as a member here. The front desk was a pleasure as usual!

I saw Heather today and my muscles were so relaxed. She did an amazing job!New post 9/7/23Heather is so sweet! She takes her time to work through each troubled area. I was having a lot of soreness in my forearms, and she connected it to the tightness in my pecs. I never thought to tie the 2 together! (Must be from the rock climbing). Im so glad I returned to this location!Previous post...Georgette was amazing! When she worked on different areas, I love that she asked me whether the pressure was ok. Having that open communication lead to a truly feel-good massage that worked out all the knots.

I got the membership and have been going for over a year now. It took some trial and error to find a massage therapist I really like. Im happy to say Ive got my girl Heather that Ive been going to consistently for the last 6 months. Heather is great. She really gets into my muscles without me feeling like a punching bag after.I started going for deep tissue and have been able to scale back to a more gentle massage. I appreciate that Heather communicates on pressure and checks in with me during my massage.

Medicore experience compared to my typical location. Waitingroom was bright with a faux fireplace. The room I was in was partitioned. The masseuse didnt really lower the lights or her voice durning the massage so the atmosphere was not as relaxing as I anticipated. The massage itself went fine. No check in after the massage from the masseuse, just walk yourself to the front.

Friendly, and much needed massage, got the 60 min whole body. In reality since it was my first time, it was 50 min cause they use first and last 5 min for consultion. Easy check in and my provider Jessica was so nice and was able to massage my stress out of my shoulders and neck. Definitely recommend getting the ice /hot cream add on. Smells great and I feel that relaxed my muscles even more. Walked out of theyre relaxed and less stressed.

I went with my Prima to celebrate her birthday and get some massages! Enrique was my massage therapist/specialist. He was patient, listened to what I area i wanted to focus on during my session, and adjusted his technique when in discomfort. I immediately felt tension release and had a decrease in discomfort to my problem areas after this session! I would recommend Enrique to anyone liking to to take a session for their first time or returning clients! I also appreciated staff who would give you recommendations after your session.

Schedule an appointment at 3 PM on their online website. Showed up 10 minutes before my appointment to find out they had not scheduled me and they do not have access to online appointments. Lost time from work, and no consideration. Unfortunately, I will not be going back to this location. They lack organizational skills to run a business. Not to mention I called multiple times to schedule an appointment over the phone and no one answer… probably losing out on tons of business, I would definitely not recommend this location.

The massage was medium to firm and she got straight to my tight muscles. Some areas hurt more then others and she eased up on the pressure. I only wish I had 90 minutes with her instead of 60. Her style was quick and straight to the point. I am definitely looking forward to getting another massage by her. Jazmin was knowledgeable about skincare and always let me know what each step was during my facial. Additionally, as someone who is disabled, Jazmin went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable- even allowing me to stay in my wheelchair that reclines while I had my facial. This made me feel much more relaxed as I didn’t need assistance to transfer and was able to feel comfortable. I enjoyed every moment of my treatment. I can’t wait to get another facial!

She really takes time to address any problem areas I come in with and makes sure I am comfortable. Shes the best masseuse! There were times during the massage that the therapist was either falling asleep or was on her phone because she would literally just stop massaging.Front desk. When checking out they harass you to buy a package and when you refuse they get a little attitude. Overall I wouldnt recommend or go back.

I was looking forward to my massage only to be extremly dissapointed. The check in and waiting area was just fine however the rest went downhill from there. Im pretty sure the massage therapist fell asleep several times while giving me a massage and she sat in her rolling chair the entire massage. I first noticed I could feel her pressure start getting lighter and lighter then a snoring noise and quick jerk. Then I noticed she would stop for 10 to 15 second then an abrupt jerk motion and she would start massaging again.. she spent way too much time on certain areas and not enough on others. Also my massage stopped 15 minutes before the actual 1.5 hour. Once she left the room and I got dressed she was no where in sight. I was expecting the normal asking how the massage was, water and walk out to the door. I do not recommend Susanna.

Please review every single form that you sign on your membership application with Massage Envy. My bad, I didnt read carefully. now they are charging my card $75 per month even I stopped going there and even I dont benefit from any service. I tried cancelling my membership. They have something called Freezing but no cancellation. The freezing time is a postponement of the billing. After the Freeze Time, you will have to pay the number of months you had your membership frozen. You cant cancel your membership. You have to fulfill a 12-months payment with or without services.

Have been here with my mom and husband on several occasions. This morning I called to make an appt. for 6pm and unfortunately due to my work schedule I am not able to make it. Have called before and cancelled and No One has ever charged me or told me they charge 50% of the service. I’ve been coming here a little over half a year now approximately twice a month. I have only seen 1 massage therapist and did a facial once. The massage therapist i typically go to is Isidro (i think that’s how you spell his name). When i first came in i listed all my concerns. I deal with muscular issues in my jaw and back. Every time i come he massages my jaw and back and i always feel 10x better at the end. Massages should be meant as a “spoiling myself” type of thing but as a self care. Not only does it feel great, my mood improves, my posture also improves and overall i’m having a better day because of it. I highly recommend booking at appointment with Isidro because he knows how to really knock out those problem areas. Will be coming here for as long as i can! Honestly the membership price is totally worth it too. I normally go 90 minutes 2 times a month and after the membership produce i only pay $25 extra. Not bad at all! Any way i’m rambling!
