Had my first session with Raymond and Im so impressed by his technique and experience . He was able to relieve and fix all my issues, frozen shoulder, tendonitis, sore glutes, omg I kept saying thank you over and over to him for helping me feel so much better . I came for the first time back in December to celebrate something. Not only that it was the most expensive massage I ever had, but Steve was arguably the worst masseuse I have ever had. I came here for relaxation, and the way he massaged me was through extremely fast presses, which actually hurt and stopped me from relaxing at all. I told him to change the pace and he didnt even know how to do it.I specifically told him that I wanted a normal back and leg massage so I could relax and enjoy, but he didnt listen and proceeded to make me do seriously uncomfortable stretching movements the whole time. One of the movements to lift my hands that he tried to make me do was extremely uncomfortable and I refused to which I feel that he didnt take it with respect or courtesy and he proceeded to seek validation from me by telling me you know whom I have worked with here before? athletes.I paid for 90 minutes and he ended that 15 minutes early, which even felt like a scam. This is a massage that cost around $130 so can we expect someone with zero knowledge to be called masseuse and steal our time?

First let me start with the positive. Alyssa the front desk agent was kind, genuinely concerned, and awesome. The ambiance in the waiting room, and inside of the therapy rooms were very pleasant and inviting.Now let me get into the details of this unfortunate visit. I arrived right on time and still had to wait 5-7 minutes for my therapist (Sydney) to come get me. She then semi passive aggressively greeted me as she walked me to the treatment room. She quickly asked me what she could do for me and what areas I would like for her to focus on, I had no problem with the efficiency of the approach to walk and talk, but I prefer to discuss my focus areas of concern in the privacy of my treatment room. I gave that a pass, because I figured that she was just trying to be efficient as I mentioned and get straight to work. Boy was I wrong. She had me get undressed and wait an additional 5 to 7 minutes for her to come back into the room to begin to focus on my areas of concern, which was my shoulder, neck, and arms. She hard rubbed (not masssged) those areas for an inordinate amount of time. I told her that I preferred firm pressure, which I never received. I don’t know what her definition of firm is, but it certainly wasn’t what I received.To make matters worse, she treated me while seated the entire time rolling around on this stool! The ENTIRE TIME SHE WAS SEATED. I could hardly focus because of the irritation that I felt in her approach, attitude, and I overall felt as if she was rushing to end the session because I was her last appointment of the day. I got the feeling from the energy she was putting out that she felt as if she was doing me a favor.Very very disappointed and definitely not what I’m used to receiving at the Chino Hills location, which I’ll be going back to in a heartbeat. In fact, I need to schedule an appointment to really get a massage tomorrow (Hopefully they have openings with one of my girls). Diamond Bar Massage Envy, I expect better because I lost literally 20 to 30 minutes of time that I paid for. Sydney ended the session 5 minutes early after she started the session over 10-13 minutes late (counting the time I spend in the waiting area). Oh, and after the session, she said she’d be outside the door to walk me up but was not there when I was finished getting dressed. Honestly, I didn’t mind her not being there because she probably knew that she did not provide the best in services at the time. Also she halfway asked me halfway through the session if I was ok. I felt her gloves during the session as well. I’m totally disappointed, and I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but in this case, I don’t want anyone to waste their time, energy or money only to have to rebook somewhere else to receive the treatment that they deserve and paid for. Learn from my mistake and don’t book an appointment with Sydney.My wife loves Mary from this location and she chooses this location because of her. I’m headed back to Maggie and Melissa at the Chino Hills location. Which is a shame because I live in Diamond Bar and it’s more convenient than the Chino Hills location. But in this case, I’m willing to sacrifice my convenience for the quality and capable care I receive from Maggie and Melissa.

Sydney is great. She is always very kind and compassionate. Sydney has been very Instrumental and getting my husband, and I relief from pain due to injuries for a car accident. In fact, my husband had to have a major surgery, and his surgeon mentioned that due to the fact that the scar tissue was loosened up and not adhering To his intestines, This made the surgery less dangerous than it already was. We certainly owe this to Sydney as she was the one working on my husband for the past year to get him in the position for surgery. We have our deepest gratitude towards her because she not only helped him and me, but the sympathy, empathy, and compassion she showed both of us during this very difficult time is not much appreciated, but shows to her character and work ethic. I recommend Sydney To anyone as she is the best.

Ivy is the go to for any type of massage. I always get a 90 minute massage. She genuinely cares about your well being and state of mind before and after each session. She tailors her massage to what would work best with how you are feeling. Yesterday I told her that work had my anxiety level at an all time high. My co-worker and I got massages with wonderful therapists Ivy & Mary at the Diamond Bar location. The experience was awesome, pleasurable and well needed. The establishment was clean and nicely decorated, the staff were courteous and professional. We both added the hot stones to our massage. This is something I think everyone should try at least once. We had an incredible time. Thank so much for providing us with superior service. We will be back to try the deep tissue.

When I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and the place felt nice and calm. My masseuse, Robyn helped me relax by kneading out some knots and also gave me helpful tips for what I can do at home as well! She was very easy to talk to and was very attentive on what my concerns were. She didnt rush anything & took her time to explain the things she was doing. DO NOT COME HERE. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR MEMBERSHIPS. FULL OF LIARS. I came here almost a year ago and whoever worked the front desk convince me to sign up for a membership. Before I did I made sure to ask if I don’t use any of the massages that I gain from the past previous months could I get still use them for later uses. She said yes. I ask what if I cancel or stop paying would you guys still give me the massages that I saved up? She said yes. I asked is there a contract that I need to sign up to? She said what am I agreeing to are the terms and conditions NOT A CONTRACT. Well whoever this person was LIED all the way through. About 6-7 months past and the new month coming wasn’t paid for. When I told them I just wanted to keep what I had saved Brandi answer and said I would need to finish paying the month that I didn’t pay for so I could be able to use the massages I built up. I told her about my situation and she didn’t or wasn’t able to help me and gave me an email to reach out to a manager who can. Then Christmas pasted and they charged me again, even tho I didn’t say yes, they still did. I called again to claim the massages I saved and to set it up but who answered again? Brandi….. and now apparently she is a manager and now apparently she telling me that I have finish paying the 12 month contract that I have. WHAT CONTRACT?! Also how are you(Brandi) the manager when you(Brandi) gave me an email to reach out to a MANAGER! And why are you telling me now that I had a 12 month contract that I need to finish. Why not bring that up when I called the in first place and when I mention that I wasn’t part of a contract, that’s why I didn’t pay that month. And her way to fix this problem was for me to email her my financial struggles or medical reasons why I can’t come to this place anymore…… why do I have to give personal information like that out?! Why does it have to be that extreme. And a cherry on top, I only have 30 days to use the saved up massages… ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! These people really think that it’s OK for me to donate money at this point and get nothing out of it? The unprofessionalism is outstanding and by far the worst customer service I’ve ever had from a well-established place. So now I have to pay the last months to finish this contract so I can get what I actually paid for and not get robbed. OH and I have 30 days to use it.DONT SIGN UP WITHOUT READING EVERYTHING.You’re better off going to mom and pop shop where they’re not trying to hustle you.

I started coming here because I needed to do some self care. Life can be stressful at times and I tend to put my physical well-being last. Ive visited Massage Envy Diamond Bar since the start of 2023 and now I feel great. I was brand new to massage and they made me feel very comfortable since my first visit. My favorite therapist is Matt. He is great at listening and addressing the concerns you have. If youre looking for firm to deep pressure, he is great at getting rid of those aches and pains. I had very bad neck pain and with a few weekly sessions, I felt back to normal. So what are you waiting for?! Book with Matt! He is awesome!!! 😁

I’m pleased with the quality and friendliness. The best part is my masseuse, Ivy; she is empathetic, extremely knowledgeable in aches and pains and knows how to alleviate the body through massage techniques. Ivy is kind and wonderful at what she does! I trust her recommendations as she has helped me to getwell. Regarding the new renovation, I’m very disappointed to see the calming and relaxing visuals gone from the waiting room, e.g. the t.v. with soothing videos of nature and calming music, the earth toned flowers, and more candles. In fact, I used to get there several minutes earlier to prepare for my relaxation experience prior to my massage for full relaxation. While the new aesthetics in the waiting room is nice, it gives the feeling of being in an up scale Dentist waiting room. Would recommend bringing back the liveliness of earth tones and soothing music, videos and visuals for a full cycle relaxation experience. Additionally, may be good for business as clients may get there earlier; thereby being timely for their massage, in my humble opinion.

Robyn spent a lot of time on my problem areas and is extremely knowledgeable in stretching and helping improve the mobility in my weakens tight areas. This was my second session Natalie, as always she was very professional, polite and listened to my needs about what areas to concentrate on and avoid other sensitive areas.Natalie speciality is medium tissue massage, her touch and ability to adjust to my type of massage, was very welcoming and put me at ease. Ivy is like a miracle worker and truly understand parts of the body very well. I experience severe pain on my leg for months, my doctor sent me to physical therapy and they did nothing for me, I was not able to sleep on my left side. When I was referred by my cousin to visit Ivy, after my first visit with Ivy she took about 65% of pain away. The second visit she took all my pain unbelievable. She is amazing and a super great asset to your team.

I’ve had many great massages through the yrs but this was my first massage from Natalie in diamond Bar. I had spend time in the hospital a couple of days before and was physically weak and in chronic pain. Massage Envy in Diamond Bar is a clean, friendly, and easy-to-book massage therapy business. All of the employees have great customer service. I have been going here for over a year, and I have not encountered anyone who was rude or short. I have also tried different therapists, and each one has their unique approach, but all of them provided great service. You should try different therapists for that reason. Ivy is my favorite therapist, because I always feel like I am getting a spa treatment every time I book an appointment with her. She explains how her approach will help with your specific concerns and discusses how our bodies meridian systems need to be opened if they are blocked. She is very thorough. I told her what I wanted and she worked her magic!Shes heavy handed so shes great for people who want more pressure. My initial experience with this place was so bad that I had to walk out on the first therapist. She didn’t listen to anything I asked for and proceeded to work on body parts that I didn’t mention. She also asked “why can’t I relax” which I think is rude (aren’t we all there because we are releasing tension?). I asked her to stop after that. I’m not wasting my time and money on a therapist that clearly doesn’t want to do her job. There are many ways of saying things that accomplish the same thing in a completely different way. If she had said “what can I do to help you to relax” or something similar that is less like an accusation, that would have been better. The whole experience with her was bad from that to not being friendly (didn’t even introduce herself or explain anything about the process or what I wanted). I have never met a massage therapist that wasn’t calm and soothing (she was the complete opposite).I would have walked out completely but I didn’t want to not pay even if the massage lasted five min. They did end up giving me another therapist but I would have completely left and come back if it hadn’t been for my second therapist. She listened to everything I asked for and the reason I was there and was able to help me resolve my chronic pain so that I could be on the road to recovery. She was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Ivy is beyond amazing we started coming here as a family originally for our teenager who needs maintenance due to her sports activities but my husband also needed it when we booked Ivy he was beyond satisfied he was so relaxed and comfortable he didnt go to work that day lol he was so comfortable with her so I thought ok my daughter and I need to switch to her so here we are with her now and it has been years since I had a really good massage and I found my lady and that is Ivy I will never book anyone else but her so make sure you book her in advance because she is always booked out for weeks ❤️ 😊

Maribel is the best.. but before my massage I asked the front desk for water and was told there were no cups and I could go next door to Waba if I wanted water. Really? That was a real turn off and I have been a member for years. Hopefully you start serving your clients water soon.

Kayla my therapist really helped my back and neck spasms. My back k was full of knots and boy did she work them. I havent had back spasms today. I am sore from my massage but it isnt the same pain as having spasms. She recommended a cool/heat gel for my back massage and it worked wonders. I had a very restful sleep. As I continue to take care of myself, Kayla is my therapist. Check her out! She cares about your wellbeing.

I have been to several massage experiences throughout the years, ranging from the full service spa experience to the low cost no frills joints. Julia is the best.
