I had a massage yesterday with Carly and after talking with her about where I’m having pain, she knew all The right pressure spots to use. She truly listened to what I said, and by the time I left, some of the pain was already gone. I really appreciated the fact that she listened to me and worked hard on the problems I was having. I even made an appointment to go back and see her next week for another massage. Thank you Carly you were awesome!

I have had Miriam before for massage and again yesterday. Miriam is awesome. Such a pleasant woman and gets the knots out of my neck and back. I have been told by previous masseuse people I have the worst tight muscles they have experienced. I will continue with Miriam definitely.

I really enjoyed my visit to this location. The front desk staff was super nice and informative of their different programs and options available to guests. The inside is clean and well maintained. Every room smells amazing and feels calming. My massage therapist, Maria was incredible. She really listened and made sure to check in throughout the massage. Would recommend giving this location a visit.

You will feel relaxed and rejuvenated after massage therapy with Sazahn. This location is really clean and peaceful. The front desk staff is friendly. Sydney welcomes guests at the reception area. She’s helpful with answering questions regarding services provided, products for sale and billing. I am so happy I found this location and the best massage therapist ever.

I’ve had massages regularly for quite a few years, I’ve never really had a massage that stood out… until Mimi (Miriam). Sometimes I feel chatty, sometimes I need quiet-sometimes I need to relax, sometimes I need to work out the kinks. Mimi can always tell before I say anything. I always leave regretting that I didn’t book a 90 min massage. I looove her, I won’t book with anyone else.

I love that I can share and discuss lots of topics with her without feeling judged… As an African-American woman who lives in a place where there are fewer African-Americans than I am accustomed to being around having relocated from the east coast, my sessions with Mimi are what I would compare to my experiences of going to a black hair salon.I am able to go chat about things related to being a woman, work, and life in general, and Mimi is even open and shares things about herself too.She is a great massage therapist and a wonderful person!

What a joke of a franchise this location has become, to start let me describe my mistake. A few years ago when this particular location opened I quickly joined with the thought of having a monthly massage would do the soul good. For the first couple of years it worked out well, as time went on I just stopped going but kept on paying the monthly fee and accumulating one hour massages all the way to the point where I accumulated over 40 sessions. Well I figured since I paid for them already I will just have my wife use a few of them .... well make that one... come to find out after my wifes second massage the girl at the counter tells my wife that she has to charge her $120, she was never told prior to the massage they waited till she was done...wait what? I pay $70 a month and have over 40 sessions ($2,800 worth, my bad ) and you have the tenacity to charge her for a session that you forgot to tell her about. Forget it this place is not even worth it, I went in to complain and find out how I could just transfer my membership to my wife (seems simple enough) but ohhhh nooo she doesnt have the ability to make those changes only the manager can who by the way doesnt start for another two weeks . Hey I was still willing to pay the monthly fees if ohhh I dont know maybe credit my account for the amount you charged my wife and transfer the account to her name ( seems fair) .... but no instead I got the...I dont have the authority excuse.Hey Spa Envy Franchisee, how about training your employees that would go a long way and better yet how about training your managers on customer service, your assistant manager on Sunday nights needs to be given some authority and some people skill. What the heck are you thinking leaving a couple of untrained kids to run your business... if this was a stock Id be shorting this all day long. Thanks but no thanks Massage Envy I will eat my loss ( lesson learned) . Get your act together and in the interim if anyone is thinking of joining this boondoggle of an operation take from me ... Dont, you are better off getting a massage chair

I love Massage Envy Yorba Linda! My masseuse, Sezahn fabulous! His trigger point release is the best thing for my tight muscles and brings me such relief. Sezahn is also very caring and communicative during the whole massage process making the experience comfortable and relaxing. The front desk receptionist, Sydney is also extremely friendly and helpful when you visit for appointments. Ive never had a bad experience here and would encourage anyone to visit when they have a chance.

Got a call to cancel my 2 massage appointments, less than 2 hours before my appointment. Due to system being down, what a joke! Poor management and inconsiderate staff. Reason they gave is because they couldnt see my medical history in their system since THEIR system went down and its down at multiple locations. The therapists were not comfortable seeing us because we are NEW customers. Why cant we provide hard copy medical info in the office instead of looking at it online in their BROKEN SYSTEM? Makes zero sense. I called another location to confirm THEIR systems are down across various locations, but the location I called to verify this, also said they were keeping ALL of their same day appointments and not cancelling them, even for Newbies. The outrage I felt, to be cancelled on short notice. I had to call my Mom, who lost her emotional support animal less than 1 month ago, whos belated birthday I was treating her to a massage here to tell her we were cancelled on. These employees have zero empathy or consideration for ones well-being. Isnt that the point of massage therapy? Not to mention, I spent hours online trying to find a location that could accommodate a 1-hr massage for 2 people at the same time. Online reservations are terrible, cannot even see times for two people, you have to do it one by one and risk booking when you dont even know if theres another time slot open. Spend your hard earned money at Burke Williams, at least their system wont crash and you get turned away, last minute.

I don’t know where to begin and I don’t like writing bad reviews . HORRIBLE. They do skin extraction which is illegal in California. I took my friend who left with her facial appointment with a bleeding nose. She said it was so painful for days. I have tried to like this place for a year getting massages and facials and I have given Up. The massages are terrible as well with a few exceptions due to two of the good therapist who you can’t never get an appointment with. It saddens me to have to write this review. I give up on you and you should be ashamed of yourselves

I called in to make an appointment for a full body message, and after my phone experience with the receptionist at location Massage Envy Anaheim Hills, I will be reporting them.Before proceeding I want you to be aware of who they have staffed. The call started off with two women discussing personal details about their relationship including one of their significant other’s issues with alcoholism and inappropriate behavior when intoxicated. The conversation between the two included details about a gentleman exposing himself frequently, and how the girlfriend should handle their personal problems. I made multiple attempts to make my presence known. However, they did not seem to be aware that they had a guest on the line.This is extremely unprofessional. There should be private spaces for these conversations to take place. I had to hang up the phone and call back for them to acknowledge my presence to make an appointment. When attempting to assist me, the overwhelming feelings of being uncomfortable ended in me disconnecting the call.

It is a service that most likely you can live with out it. It is very costly. Thay offer a monthly membership for 70$, but you should find a better use for the money. The atmosphere is nice and relaxing, but it is very easy to replicate that at home. I went because Ive got a gift card there, and 45 min with an esthetician it costed me 60$. At the end of the session, I left with less blackheads (which was not a big problem to begin with), few drops of this cream and that cream and 110$ less. I will never go and spend those money if it wasnt for the gift card. The esthetician goes for about 5 months college class, and then wears a white doctor coat! I found that being very deceiving. Up to you, if you big problems, maybe is going to help you, but if dont, save your money, is just a business not a clinic.
