Ive know Mary for close to 20 years and she helped my Mother-in-Law sell her home in West San Jose. She took the time to answer all her questions and concerns, and put her at ease (since this was Moms first time selling a house). The process went smooth and she fully explained what was happening each step of the way. Mary is super knowledgeable about the Silicon Valley real estate market, and one of the friendliest people Ive ever met. I highly recommend her!

I bought a San Jose townhome with Mary and a few years later sold it with Mary and Clair. They gave me a ton of information on pricing, the market, their market plan, and the process, but did not pressure me on anything. They sat down with me to do my disclosures so that they were thorough and complete and I was never rushed. With their help we got the home ready quickly, they connected me with a fantastic stager and the home looked wonderful. I moved out of state before the property was on the market, but they are experienced with long distance sellers and it was seamless. The professional photos, fliers, and marketing were top notch. We got multiple offers and sold at a great price, had a smooth escrow and no bumps along the way. Mary and Clair communicated with me throughout the process and did extra things before, during, and after the sale. Selling a home can be extremely stressful, but it was easier than I could have imagined with their guidance, help, and hard work.

Mary just helped me and my partner purchase our first house! Mary is exceptional. As first-time home buyers, we were very nervous going into the process. Mary took the time to walk us through all the details of making an offer, and was also extremely diligent in researching and looking at houses that we were considering. She saved us from several properties that looked promising at first sight but had problems that we would have never noticed ourselves. Mary is extremely perceptive and detail-oriented, and always on top of things. She always took the time to explain in detail what to look out for when viewing properties, and we learned a lot from her (as a side note, her writing and newsletters are an excellent resource when looking at real estate in the Bay Area).We took a very long time looking at properties (we must have visited somewhere between 10 and 20 before putting in our first offer). Mary was extraordinarily patient and paid close attention to what we like and dislike. She was always available on short notice and we always felt in good hands and prioritized.One aspect we had not fully appreciated before working with Mary is how important it is for a realtor to be familiar with the local market and the ability of buyer’s and listing agents to work together. Mary has extensive experience in Bay Area real estate and knows many of the local agents and lenders. Mary is a rockstar!We were introduced to Mary through our friends who had previously worked with her. Right off the bat, we could tell she was very knowledgeable in the Bay Area housing market. Mary was extremely patient, transparent, and professional throughout our journey for a mid-century modern home with the low inventory market. We worked with a couple realtors, but none of them were able to provide us with as much insight as Mary was. Mary is exceptional. Mary helped us purchase our first home in a very tough market. Working with Mary was an extremely positive experience.
