I had an issue with insurance for my son’s 2nd birthday party at a park. I had rented a play area and jumper for the kids. Per the park, I would not be able to have the party without the proper insurance/documentation. They gave me the option to either reschedule or not bring the jumper at all. I called state-farm and spoke with Bay who was knowledgeable, informative and quick to resolve my issue! Within minutes of speaking with Bay, I was able to acquire the documents to provide for the party straight away. The next day, I received an email from the park who approved the jumper!!! My recent car accident was definitely a life-changing experience however, my experience with State Farm from start to finish was truly remarkable. Marushka picked up the phone right away after I called from my accident even after her work hours. She guided me through the process and most impressively, she calmed me down. She even reported the accident for me as I was at a lost and cant comprehend from the shock. Days after, my phone calls with different customer service representatives and staff from other units were notable too. They were all friendly and assistive. Best, they cared. I was really blown away I did not expect the insurance agent named Bay was so friendly very detailed. He gave me different options and I said stop I am sold. I trusted him of what he offered me because I believed in every word he said in regards to the insurance he offered me everything was explained discussed from out the door of buying a car. I have inquired with different companies WOW Statefarm is the best but make sure you ask for Bay I am sure other agents will be a good help as well because they were really trained to do the business. The folks here are great to work with! Maruska’s State Farm Agency has always responded quickly to my questions and concerns. When I’ve had life changes (getting insurance for my daughter, reviewing the benefits I will get from my old insurance policy, etc) she has done nothing but to inform me and my daughter about the insurance options that best meets my needs. Maruska is very honest and up front with everything. She’s always looking out for the customer’s needs and convenience. I highly recommend this agency. If she can’t answer me by phone, she will email, but she can’t email or call me. She will text me (Texting is my preferred correspondence). Carlos was nothing short of amazing! I have 1968 Beetle and there are special challenges that come with insuring a car that old.
