I love this office! Brought my daughter here 6 years ago for orthodontic treatment and had the best experience. I returned recently for my younger daughter and they always exceed expectations. Wonderful in every way! The front desk and clinical staff are beyond friendly and accommodating, and make every experience with them feel special. Dr. Marston is such a professional, knowledgeable and caring orthodontist, I cannot say enough wonderful things about him, he has treated me and 2 of my kids with Invisalign and/or braces and I’m almost ready to schedule my 3rd child with him soon! Extremely professional and the staff is really nice to me I hilly recommend marston orthopedic I’m 37 and have been really happy with the way they r currently working with me to overcome and achieve my goal of having a perfect smile my teeth were so bad I never wanted to show them even my horse one time gave me a weird look lol that’s how you know it’s bad and I went with Invisalign and I really recommend it it’s a little more expensive but if you’re a working professional it’s so worth it so you don’t have to miss work often I just go Iike every 8 weeks and it’s fast and easy and I was able to pay the hol thing off and get all my retainer so I don’t have to go back all the time and get new ones every month and miss work and if I need to reschedule my appointment they are more than willing to help and they send me lots of reminders so I don’t forget hope this helps it’s never too late to look forward to a perfect smile San Diego

I went to Dr. Marston because he was in my dental network and I do not regret my choice. From day one Dr. Marston and his staff made me feel welcome. The office was upfront about the costs associated with treatment and clearly explained the process, I didnt hesitate and they placed my braces that same day. 2 years and many visits later I am extremely happy with my smile. I appreciate their text message reminders and also how easy it is to communicate with them via text. Today was my first visit at Dr. Marston office and it was a wonderful experience. The whole staff was really friendly! They know how to treat patients right! I was helped by Pam and she was extremely friendly and very professional. I got to meet and talk to Dr. Marston and he knew his stuff. He wasn’t pushy and was very straightforward in a great way. Everyone was very nice and the office was setup for a successful dental appt. Kids played games and they had snacks!I have quadruplets and they scheduled they appointments so they could all be seen in one day which was not the case at other dental offices.Dr. Marston and his team are so patient and very knowledgeable! Recommended for consultation after multiple consultations seemingly to lead down a rabbit hole of paths in order to fix mouth. This singular visit to Dr Marston and the staff provided incredible insight that not a single other dental professional had even thought of mentioning after I’d been seeing them semi-annually for 15+ years. Dr Marston offered genuine advice looking to solve your issues without squeezing a singular unnecessary dollar out of you. Their team was willing to team up and discuss with outsourced doctors on their own time in order to map out the very lengthy and complex progression I’d need to fix not only my dental problems, but also to clear a nasal and respiratory issue that not a single other medical professional in my 20+ years on this planet had even considered mentioning might be a reason for a consecutive respiratory issue I’d been subconsciously dealing with.

Dr. Marston is not only a highly skilled orthodontist, moreover he made my child feel comfortable with his appropriate humor and kind eyes. We like that hes the only doctor in this practice so we get consistent care. Weve liked all the hygienists, with Caitlyn being my daughters favorite. We were amazed how quickly my daughters teeth straightened, but shortly afterward she fell at camp and a tooth was severely intruded. He welcomed us as an emergency visit even though his office was about to close, which felt like a warm hug to a mother who didnt realize this type of tooth injury is even possible. Despite having experience with this injury, Dr. Marston looked up the latest best-practices and stuck with his gut to allow this tooth the opportunity to come back down without surgery. It took months of patience and extra ortho appointments (at no-charge to us), but indeed that tooth came down beautifully without additional trauma or pain for my child! In summary, weve appreciated Marston Orthodontics and can highly recommend his care.

100% honest review, no bs. We currently come here. All my friends come here, this is definitely a popular place…No complaints when it comes to the actual orthodontic work. BUT, It is insanely hard to get an appointment here for follow up adjustments😡 so many time slots before/ after school are booked for weeks, sometimes you find yourself having to books 2-4 weeks out from your follow up date. I feel like they are literally overbooking themselves and taking too many new patients. If your existing patients are struggling to make appointments, stop accepting new patients please, it is unfair to your patients who are missing school/ work/ going out of their ways to make the follow up. please make sure you leave room in your schedule to accommodate your existing patients!!!!!

They brought me back to the exam chair moments after I checked in, and Dr Marston examined my retainer and teeth (and asked about my family, most of whom he has met and treated) within a few moments after that. We had a go-forward plan in place, including my next appointment and a contingency plan, within 15 minutes of my scheduled appointment time! Great and efficient service! To top it off, the retainer that broke is just over a year old, and Dr Marston said he would pick up the repair costs!

Dr. Marston is really caring, knowledgeable, and honest. I came in for a second opinion and would have paid thousands of dollars else were but he was really honest and advise that other treatment option I was considering wasnt necessary and could possibly do more harm than good. I got a free consultation, full exam with x rays and a free copy of my x-rays on a flash drive so I can take it to my Dr. He recommended I see an oral surgeon and physical therapist all options that would not result any financial gains to his business. He also recommended I try a night guard in the mean time. Im hoping I will find relief soon but for now Im happy with the service I received from him and his staff. I definitely recommend him. Hes honest and really cares about his patients health.

I was one of Dr. Marstons first patients about 9 years ago. Today I came in to get my retainer fixed and I was so impressed at their beautiful office, appoint efficiency and awesome staff! Dr. Marston was just like I remembered- still so nice and sweet! Dr. Martson is working on my “Bonus Daughter”, Renee’s teeth. Renee is a beautiful adult with down syndrome. She has always been terrified of Dentists and the idea of braces was really stressful for her. THE STAFF bent over backwards to help Renee feel comfortable and welcome! She had the invisaligns put on today. It was tough, but by the time we left with giftcard, ice cream, and lots of special prizes in hand, her only comment was “I am coming back here!!” The kindness was remarkable. I forgot my retainers back home. They saw me over the holidays and got me an Essix retainer and the computer-printed mold in just a few hours. This after calling 10 local orthodontics offices that turned me down. It saved me 16 hours of driving, and hundreds in gas money. I was also able to spend more time with family over the holidays. Staff is super helpful and friendly. Reasonably priced. Great place with games for the kids. Thanks!

Love Dr. Marston and his staff! Our three sons are all past or current patients. The office is very convenient to their schools, making all those quick braces check appointments fast and easy. Dr. Marson has a conservative approach, and does not race a patient into treatment before it makes sense for that patient. The office is new and clean, with WiFi! No need to be intimidated by the cost of orthodontic treatments, they accept a lot of insurance plans, and offer a really nice payment plan for the treatment costs. Staff is very knowledgable and helpful to help navigate best use of Flex Spending account. Dr. Marston is very personable, and my sons all really like him. Marston Orthodontics is an active supporter of local school and community events, love that!

When our dentist suggested we seek treatment for our kindergartner, we consulted several orthodontists. Many orthos wanted to pull teeth and put in expanders. Their treatment plans seemed aggressive and we were concerned about it being a traumatic experience for our five year old son. Luckily, we met Dr. Marston. He realized that our son had a lot more growing to do and he developed a more conservative (and humane) treatment plan. Dr. Marston won me over when he said, I will not do anything to your child that I would not do to mine. For almost 5 years, our son has worn a retainer and been monitored by Dr. Marston and staff. Today, he finally got braces. The entire staff worked hard to make it sure it was a positive experience for our son. Thank you! We highly recommend Dr. Marson and his staff.
