Conveniently located near SFO International Airport. One of the few, well organized Marshall locations I have visited. They have a very good selection of suit cases and luggage. Mens clothing is scarce. Very few dress shoes but an abundance of womens and kids attire. Plenty of hygiene products but mainly for women. Super unique snacks and international foods. I enjoy coming here. Lines can get long but go by fairly quickly.

I paid my items with wallet pay. When I tried to return an item with the reciept. The Chinese lady with the mask and glasses ask if I have the card ending with 4 numbers. I said I used my debit card with wallet pay so on the receipt it shows 4 numbers not associated with the debit card. When I tried to return using the card that I use on wallet pay she would not let me. She had to call her Filipino coordinator to speak to me I told her this is the same card on wallet pay I use to purchase my item she told me I can’t use this card. But on the screen I use my debit card to insert the machine she yelled at me you can’t use this card and walk way very rude of the coordinator and the Chinese lady wearing a glass and mask and gloves. Both were unprofessional. But calling my bank they told me when you use wallet pay it will show 4 different numbers on the receipt and it will be hard to return the item. So they recommend me using my card next time. So I don’t have to deal with unprofessional workers when I make a return on a merchandise

I found pants that fit! Awesome! 12/2/19: the mens section is lacking high end clothes. The store is neat and clean. Tons of Xmas decorations and housewares. 4/3/23: Slim pickings for mens fancy clothes, but the toiletries section was plentiful. No carts meant buying LESS! I have to make special trips to this store to buy their Pecksniffs products, but at least the theater 🎥 & Genesis Autos 🛺 is across the street at the Tanforan mall.

A very busy place and lineup at the cashiers was huge. You can find some good deals on clothing and other things. The store is well stocked and staff is helpful. Parking is also an issue and maybe its a Christmas time thats why it is so busy. I was thinking of buying couple of things but seeing the line that long and not moving fast enough I decided to leave it.

My favorite thing to buy at Marshalls was the high quality 100% cotton Ralph Lauren sheets. Now they’re gone and only cheap polyester junk available. Marshalls used to be superior to Ross. Now it’s all cheap junk just like Ross.

Long line to checkout but they do a great job.One line ...6-8 casheirs and a Mgr. to speed hiccups along.The mens section featured brands like Hilfiger and Chaps,Calvin Klein along with many newer and up and coming brands like Denim & Flower.They even had some Peter Millar and Robert Graham attire at a reasonable price. Lots of last minute gifting ideas at endcaps as well as stocking stuffers at either arms reach as you funneled toward checkout.

I do would like to thanks from the bottom of my heart to this store and specially one Jung girl the one didn’t get her name, but thanks to her big heart and honestly I found my cell phone the one I forgot in the bathroom and after 30 minutes I came back to the store so desperate and ask for it they gave it to me before they make sure it was mine of curse, I had a plane to catch last night to Los Angeles where I live !! and all the information were in my phone . So thank you so so much because the store has very honest and hard working employees thanks 🙏 💕

A female employee followed me into the restroom and basically accused me of theft because she didnt believe that the coat i had walked in with over my arm belonged to me. She made me open the stall door (after i told her that I wasnt decent), hand her my coat and watch while she pawed it up and down (its white linen!!!) and searched the pockets (for what idk) but it was a terribly intrusive and embarrassing incident. I was so mad I left without buying anything (which adds to my frustration as I had a half a cart full of stuff). I hope she has to put it all away! If ur gonna accuse someone u should either be sure, or, at the very least, have the patience to wait until they pull their pants up to question them. I wont be going back.

This has got to be one of the most organized and well maintained Marshall’s I’ve ever been in! Products didn’t spew into the aisles, like all their other locations.The only issue I had was with customer service. I asked an employee about where I could find the bath and body products, and her response was “what we have out, is what we have in stock”. Uh, what? That wasn’t the question. Pretty unfortunate that that was the customer experience I received.

Was there on Thursday, Oct 8th but was surprised of the barking of a few dogs in store where owners had to carry and separate since they were barking and growling to each other. Not all were therapy dogs, just surprised and made my shopping trip a bit uncomfortable. Shopping was great with great products just thought of safety issues among others customers. . All dogs were on leash but not sure why pets are allowed, liability concerns?

Marshalls (for me) is a great place to get single item things like a frying pan at a great price. I tend to get a new one every six to ten months. The pandemic has hurt their inventory for the knick Knack section especially in the wall art, mirrors and small furniture.

Prices are mostly slightly more expensive than Amazon. Selection is pretty random. The aisles are messy with things spilled on the ground. Broken ware and containers with missing covers can be found on shelves. Checkout is slow, the point of sales only takes credit cards. Shopping here is akin to shopping at an expensive Goodwill.

First place had a huge amount of things that I got that I didnt think I needed to begin with. I still think the clothing options for men is very small and unfair. The mens section is only 5% of the store while the womens section takes over 80%. The other 15% is miscellaneous items. Dont expect to use the restroom here. Parking here is impossible. You have to park at the very edges of the lot.

The website shows that this Store location (El Camino) closes at 10 p.m.. My husband needed a laptop case so we headed to the store. When we got there, it was already closed. I checked the sign by the door and it states the closing hours as 9:30. It wasnt even 9:30 and the doors were already locked.I suggest that Marshal update their website, so people will not waste their time driving to the store just to find it closed ahead of time.

Marshalls always has great deals and I have been an avid shopper here for many years. I have frequented this location however my last experience was sad and unfortunate. After 6 minutes in the store I hear security make your rounds over the intercom. Not a big deal. A few minutes later I am being followed in the store by a worker with a walkie in her hand. who turns out to be the manager on duty. Upon my departure said employee proceeded to anxiously watch me exit to see if the alarms went off. Which they did not. This employee then proceeds to follow me outside and watch where I am walking to. I normally let this kind of thing go as a black man racial profiling is common but this was excessive. I proceeded to go back in to the store to notify the employee that I have not stolen anything, I do work and have funds to purchase merchandise as i have before and most importantly that the way she hovers around shoppers makes them uncomfortable. There was no apology only denial that anything had ever occurred. This is unacceptable!! As a manager and someone who has worked in security and customer service for over 13 years I am fully aware of the proper and improper way to hand and engage people and this was far from that.

This is the Marshals-San Bruno to go to if you are in the area. Its big, tidy and well stocked. Love how open the store is. You walk in and can see all the way to the back and there are clear signs for each area.I went to check out pet beds and pet food containers. Large selection of each and at least 1/2 off the prices on Amazon or local pet stores.Also found glass kitchen food storage containers for a fraction of the cost of the ones I ordered online after much research (Amazon, Walmart, Target, etc). Wish I had come here first.If you are going to Marie Kondo your home, come here first.

Employees forgot to take the security tag off when my wife purchased an athletic shirt for me as a Christmas gift. The shirt didnt fit me so she went back to the store with a receipt to return the item. She walked directly to the returns desk to do this, and was immediately and harshly accused of shoplifting and treated with the presumption of guilt. After several minutes of arguing with my wife and then speaking to each other in another language in front of her so she couldnt understand what they were saying about her, the manager then reviewed security footage and verified that there was no theft, and accepted the return--but extended little apology. My recommendation to Marshalls management would be instead of accusing a 9-month pregnant woman of stealing from their store, perhaps they should focus on training employees to properly remove security tags at purchase and interact with customers without hostility.

I have one complaint about this Marshalls store in San Bruno. Just one and that is the insanely long wait time at checkout. Ive shopped at Marshalls over the years and almost every visit means the wait at checkout goes beyond 20 minutes. Usually there are only two people working at the registers and ten people in line. Some cashiers are friendly and some are straight up rude.The Marshalls in San Bruno is easy to get to with ample parking. There are many deals and items to shop for throughout the store. The only disadvantage is the checkout line.

Marshalls used to be a good upscale store to find a good selection of quality bargains in name brands. Now the stores mainly feature a collection of junk little different from Ross. And the checkout lines are always long and slow. The checkout cashiers appear to have been trained by the USPS to move as slowly as possible. Sad!
