We worked the majority of time with Samantha. The team would step in if needed/working behind the scenes. It was nice knowing this process was a group effort. We are first time home buyers and Samantha helped make this journey as smooth as possible. We had what seemed in my mind almost impossible. We needed to move find a house, close escrow and move in within a 2 month period. She helped make that happen in 5.5 weeks. I would recommend her and the Farwell team in a heartbeat. Thanks guys!

They helped us find a new second home in Healdsburg during arguably the toughest market we have seen; zero inventory, inflated prices and high interest rates. Together they are the perfect team as they partner to never miss a text or call or detail. You feel as if you are working with old friends with no pressure to buy until it’s time. When the final hours of negotiations with the seller occurred, these amazing women pivot to full on battle making certain the buyer is 100% informed and comfortable with final offer all the while making the seller feel equally as confident in the sale. Samantha and Linda are fantastic to work with. We were blown away by how knowledgeable they were during the entire process. We looked at a lot of homes, and we were pretty picky. But they were always patient and listened to what we liked and didn’t like about each one. They made the process enjoyable. And when we found the home we knew was the one for us, that’s when they really shined. This was a big step for us and we felt so comfortable with their advice. They helped us with what to offer, skillfully balancing my husband’s desire to offer more to make sure we got it, with my desire to make sure we were still getting a good deal. We had so many questions, and they never got impatient or made us feel silly for asking. They helped us navigate the inspection and contingency removal, all while we had to be out of state. We 100% trusted their advice. They helped us negotiate and we felt really good about how everything went from start to finish. Buying a home and moving (with a 1 year old!) is not easy and they made it as easy as possible. We love our home, and we are so grateful! Sam and Linda were absolutely fantastic! They helped these first-time home buyers out immensely and really escorted us throughout every step of the process. Sam and Linda guided us through the first 3/4 of purchase process entirely remotely. Meeting and working with them in person was even better than interacting with them over the phone/email. We heard about Samantha and Linda from our friends, who used them and had a great experience. We were first-time homebuyers and were looking for realtors that would help educate us on the options and process, and help guide us through all the tricky steps. If youd like this, then this is the team for you! They are very professional in their process, always available at any hour it seemed, very knowledgeable about the Healdsburg and Windsor markets, and also have a great bedside manner where they explain everything so well and in a patient way. They were never pushy or too busy or made us feel like we should have known something. They are definitely a full service team and we highly recommend! We asked them for help with everything, and they provided great referrals. After showing us 10+ homes, they landed us our absolute dream house. We still cant believe they were able to get it for us, but it was their specific advice on offer day that we believe helped us submit a winning offer. I can’t recommend Samantha enough! I called her on a Monday and two days later she had us into a house that hadn’t made it to market yet. She knew exactly what we were looking for and had the connections to make it happen. In the crazy market, she was on top of things and knew what it would take to get us I to the house. I warned her early on that if something crazy could happen, it would happen to us. She took this warning and made sure every step of the process was locked up tight and that nothing slipped through the cracks. She worked well with our mortgage broker and we closed on schedule!

Linda and Samantha were referred to us through a local friend and, being from out-of-town, this was essential for us. They know the Healdsburg real estate market extremely well (with excellent historical knowledge and local perspective) and have strong relationships with other agents in the market. Linda and Samantha were so genuine and down-to-earth. From the very beginning of our relationship, we were made to feel comfortable. Both ladies are outstanding communicators. They always responded promptly and were not afraid to provide honest opinions when asked. We never felt pressured! They always listened to us; learned what we were thinking and how we were feeling and applied what they learned to our search and decision-making. Our time was never wasted. When it was clear that a property was not for us, we moved on. They matched our pace and frame of mind – relaxed, slow, un-sure to start, then moved very quickly and aggressively when we needed to do so. They were incredibly helpful with all local service-providers and inspectors to help us evaluate our property.
