The folks at this Marque Urgent Care in La Mesa have always been great and my recent visit was the same! The ladies at front desk are always nice friendly and helpful. I was a walk-in and the wait was not bad considering there were a lot of folks already there and a number of appointments. The techs in the back and the NP I saw were also great. A big shout out to the NP that saw me! Her bedside manner was excellent!!! 👍🏽👍🏽It’s this kind of welcoming and professional service that keeps me driving 30 minutes to visit this particular Urgent Care!!!Thanks Marque!Plus with a Starbucks, Jacks, and a few other places next door, there’s an added convenience!

Take this as a compliment, but I’m shocked that everyone from the front desk to the person who did my blood pressure, to the Dr and the nurse administering the shot were all very nice. Most medical offices or Urgent Cares lack in bedside manner & courtesy. Very impressive. I hope the staff sees these reviews & continues to provide that level of service. Makes you actually feel like they know we are all human beings. Thank you for a positive experience

I’m writing this because my mother told me too as she was impressed by the service we received. My mom was visiting me from out of state. She had a medical issue that needed attention so we pulled up half an hour before the clinic closed. The staff was super friendly, professional, and accommodating. We were in and out in a very reasonable time considering we did not book an appointment. She has Medicare manage through Humana, but because she is from Louisiana, two other urgent cares were not sure about her insurance. Both wanted us to pay fully out-of-pocket. The staff at Marque were able to verify her insurance and get a seen right then and there. It was a great experience for a stressful situation.

My experience at the office was pleasant despite being in pain. The ladies at the front desk were respectful and clear with treatment pricing. The young man taking vital signs was focused. Dr. White was straight to the point with diagnosing the issue and providing a treatment plan. The only thing preventing a 5 star review is the wait time even if you have an appointment. Maybe it was the full moon, but it was super packed for a Saturday. Thank you to all the staff who assisted me yesterday.

I currently dont have insurance so I have to pay out of pocket. Ive been to Eastlake location and now use La Mesa location. Doctors and staff at both locations have been very kind and helpful. Costs are somewhat reasonable for my current budget.

I cut my finger the other day and needed stitches and decided to go to MUC grossmont. I did not have an appointment and I wasnt sure if my insurance would be accepted, (from out of state). All went well. The front desk staff took good care of me and In about 40 minutes, I was called to the exam room where Julio cleaned and prepped my finger. Dr. White did a great job stitching up my finger! I barely felt it. All the staff that I encountered at the clinic were professional, patient, thorough! Thank you!

The staff is very friendly. And the doctors are awesome. The doctor I had yesterday was amazing. He made me feel very comfortable and and relaxed about my diagnosis. I wouldn’t mind if he was my regular doctor for it being an urgent care and I did make an appointment my total wait time and being seen by the doctor was two hours. Wishing it was a little less time because I made an appointment but overall I give it a five stars. Best urgent care in San Diego county.

Friendly and efficient reception, easy to make an appointment. Doctor was kind and listened to my concerns, then promptly addressed them. Any time you can be in and out of an urgent care center in less than an hour is a win! If I need urgent care again, I would not hesitate to go back here.

I was injured on the job and was taken to Marque Urgent Care and Ive been there now through my recovery. I really recommend Marque Urgent Care, La Mesa, CA. The physical therapy department is located next door and makes everything convenient. Blake the Physical Therapist is the one thatll fix you up and make you whole again! :)Since Ive been there a while now in PT, Ive got to say that Ive had many interactions with the staff and only have 5 star opinions to say about them!The best of the best, Dr. White, whos amazing, hands on and inspiring, Michelle F., LVN, so knowledgeable and helpful, and Carlos A. the medical assistant whos one of a kind.

We had a follow-up appointment at 3:15 for my son who is a special need and autistic and the receptionist told us we still have to wait one hour or more regardless of the appointment very rudely.This is the worst service from your facility.You have no compassion from your receptionist to the nurse and the doctor.Both receptionists not very accommodating

I went to clinic yesterday with a 2:45 reservation. At 3 PM I was asked to leave a urine specimen And was told I would have a virtual visit. It is now 10 AM the next morning and no one has called me. I have attempted to call them twice and left messages and no one called me back. I did make a copay but have not seen a Doctor or talked to one.

The entire staff here was very helpful. The Nurse Assistant was excellent and the doctor as well. I was able to get a chest X-ray there and the doctor responded immediately and again later with the radiologist input. I would highly recommend this Urgent Care! Thank you!

1: I love the fact that you are able to make an appointment of sorts online.2: I appreciate that you are able to enter checkin information online prior to visiting the office if you actually get a heads up in time to pre-fill the paperwork, if you get a text prior.3: The physician assistant who tended to me, and the nurse prior to her were awesome, and listened to me, my concerns medically, to include a prescription versus ignoring my concerns, and I thank her for that.4: I called ahead and notified the clinic that while getting my massage at a chiropractic appointment by a licensed masseuse, I incurred a chest injury, but my medical records from your office read as though the injury was caused by the chiropractor, and it was not.I would appreciate that misinformation being corrected, with your office sending a copy to me via US Mail as well as Email.4a: during my pre-call, I wanted to avoid wasting time and knew that my injury was not bone related, so I asked if I should go to the ER where they would have the proper imaging equipment and I was told to come to Marque urgent care because they did have x-ray, I stated again that the issue was not bone related, and they said it wouldn’t matter because they needed to look at cartilage and if any bones were moved.5: I required an x-ray, but there was no x-ray technician on site, so I had to come back the next day, and after my imaging, I asked how long it would be before I had an answer as to what was wrong with me, and was told that I would get a call from the radiologist within one and a half to two hours.6: 2 days later, after my making multiple telephone calls and text messages, I was afforded a virtual appointment, and was told that I would have to pay an additional co-pay if I had one, and that my insurance would be charged for this virtual visit, and I objected stating that the only reason I was having a virtual visit, or any visit was to get my x-ray results, which had been denied me.Please make sure that my insurance does not get charged for video appointment, which allowed your office to tell me the results of a test that you ordered and had failed to report to me, I will inform my insurance company if I see that they were charged for this additional visit and I do get copies of everything.• lastly, I explained from the beginning that I was attempting to avoid wasting time, and if an x-ray was not going to provide me the information that would resolve my chest pain then I didn’t want to come there, but your clinic decided to waste my time, have me come there only to give me results to tell me nothing, except that if I do want an answer, I need an MRI, which you guys cannot provide a new so from the beginning and that upsets me.You should’ve seen the look on the physician assistance face who provided me the details and results of my x-ray. After the fact, when I told her how I was trying to avoid being given information, that would be of zero help to me, she went blank because she knew that’s exactly what she was about to deliver and she did..I very much appreciate her more detailed write up than anything that I had received and I still do not have copies of the x-rays that I have requested for the third time now.

Prospective patients should know that getting in-line using their website has zero impact on your wait time. Front desk staff are unable to give reliable estimates of wait time. Patients should be given the virtual option when they check in. I waited almost 2 hours before I was offered this option. In my case the virtual visit took less than 10 minutes. Top marks ( to the 2 MAs who took care of me (one took my vitals the other helped with virtual the visit). Having one doc seeing patients seems to be a case of understaffing. Expressing concerns civilly about wait times seems to result in blowback.So 5 ⭐ MA 1 ⭐ everything elsehence the 3

If I’ve had to go, I usually make an appointment online before and have filled out the check-in information on my phone beforehand. When I’ve arrived everyone is great and the check-in process was smooth. And during the actual appointment - virtual or in-person - everyone has been so helpful. Took my son in for a sore throat. The wait was a bit long but it was my first time there. I didn’t know I can register ahead. Receptionist was nice. Once inside assistant was super nice and made my son feel comfortable. Doctor was great, gave us time and attention to answer any questions. Made sure my son was ok with everything done. Would definitely recommend and will go back when needed.

When you’re seen by the medical team it’s fine. Techs and NPs/Doctors. My issues are with wait times, check in process and prescription medication orders not being sent in a timely matter or some system issue then notWe have been multiple times and some staff like Tammy go above and beyond. But sometimes you all forget to check in pts promptly and if we dont go up and remind you weve had to wait 2 hrs above our appt time to be seen!! Then something is wrong with the rx med system because we go to Walgreens after the appt and its not in and we go back 3 hrs later still nothing. I have to go back to the urgent care and ask for them to place a verbal order twice with my kids meds and at another visit with my wifes meds. Super inconvenient when theyre all sick! Staff sometimes try and bounce me around and tell me to call but when I call no one answers. When I leave a message no one calls me back.

Got there all good, said twenty minute wait, was actually an hour and a half, whatever it’s urgent care, but after waiting this hour and a half i was put on zoom with the doctor. no one warned me about this before waiting! i don’t want to talk to a doctor over zoom that’s why i’m here IN PERSON! then the doctor prescribes me antibiotics that’s make my birth control ineffective and didn’t want to find one for me that would’ve worked better. i desperately needed muscle relaxants but because he wasn’t in person it couldn’t be concluded. i’m still in seething pain and that was the worst urgent care in the world

I called and made an appointment. The operator called the location to verify that they had the capability to provide me with the necessary injection needed. Arrived a few minutes late was in and out within 30 minutes. Great experience, will definitely use this facility in the future. I’m a service-connected disabled veteran and didn’t want to go to the VAMC La Jolla, they usually take 3 hours for same issue.Thank you Marque!

I thought I would have to wait longer, but they have an online option within the facility, wherein the doctor online can listen to your lungs, see in your ears, etc. via Bluetooth. Amazing. I was able to make my appointment & pre-file all required documentation online. Then their appointment system provided an estimated time for arrival based upon current patients. So instead of sitting in the waiting room, I did other things.The staff were very professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant which made a nice atmosphere. The PA (didn’t catch his name) took time to examine & then explain everything they would do. The entire office was clean and sanitary, to include the waiting area. I noticed & appreciated it when Tammy asked a patient to mask her coughing child.I was in & out in roughly 1.5hrs with an arm injury on a Sunday afternoon; impressive. You guys are awesome.*I do apologize for pulling my pants down so far, I thought the shots would be in the lower buttcheek, not the top. Embarrassing 😑 😆

I couldnt get an appointment with my primary care provider until September, so I went to Marque Urgent Care for my chronic neck, shoulder, and elbow pain. I was a walk-in (I didnt have a reservation). I was checked in fairly quickly and the wait was about 2 hours. Not a bother as I would waited probably 3-4 hours (easily) at an emergency room. Once I had my vitals done it was just another 15-20 minutes until PA Matt saw me. Total processing tome was around 3 hours (give or take a few minutes). Service from the front staff to the nurses to the PA was impeccable. Would definitely recommend!

This is probably hands down the best urgent care I have ever used. They are quick, yet they are efficient and I dont feel rushed. They listen to whats I need and they are nice and pleasant to deal with. Honestly, they are better than my own assigned doctor and wish I could just go here for all of my care. Too bad they cant be my primary doctor.

I was experiencing a lot of anxiety getting in another vehicle after a car accident so I was able to go into urgent care via the mobile appointment option and it worked out great . My provider was super nice and non judge-mental. She asked the right questions and got my prescription sent out right away . They accepted my insurance and got treatment better than I have anywhere else . 10/10 recommend

Medical care in the United States is simply terrible compared to Asian countries. The hospital and clinics assigned by the insurance company Blue Shield California are not very good in terms of service.My left ear started to throb at noon the day before and it didnt subside until just before going to bed, so my husband made an appointment for me at Marque Urgent care the next day.Normally we only have to wait 15-20 minutes to see a doctor, but here we waited for an hour. Even if we had to wait for such a long time, what I didnt expect was that I was in the clinic but the nurse asked us to talk to the doctor via video chat.And after the nurse asked some questions, he asked us to video chat with the doctor and then walked out.After a minute or so the video stopped working, so my husband went out and asked a nurse to come in to help with the video problem. The nurse finished the video problem and left again! Then we had a video call with the doctor. We couldnt speak very clearly on the video call and the signal wasnt very good, so the doctor asked us to call the nurse in again (?????). The nurse went back and forth a total of 3 times.I question the doctors use of Zoom in the clinic. How can they carefully examine patients through video conferencing? In addition, the nurses seem to have little experience.This hospital is the worst Urgent care we have ever seen.

My 6 year old cried last night and screamed because his ear hurt, he had a rough night. I took my son to Marque Urgent care in La Mesa using the Reserve My Spot online... It was a streamlined process!!! The Medical Assistant Karenna was kind and efficient, the physician Codi was patient and very thorough. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone, you can tell this clinic is well managed!!!

Been here twice and this is definitely the best Urgent Care Ive experienced. All of the staff are kind, knowledgeable and caring, from the gentleman and lady at checki-in, the MA and the MD. Its best to make appointment online first. As with any urgent care, expect 1-2hr wait, with appointment. Totally worth it!My first experience, the lady at check in was so kind, professional and helpful even though it was so busy, with so much to do and she was training a new employee. Never had such nice nurses and doctors after years of going to other doctors and getting judged and not listened to at all. It was a bit of a wait and it felt like forever but that’s because I had a fever so given I’m gonna feel like time is going by as slowly as possible. Staff was so nice, they made me feel like I mattered. I came in with a fever of 102° and could not figure out the problem for days! They did a some test and even brought in multiple doctors and nurses to assist. I’ve never felt so cared for and it really makes me happy to see medical staff eager to help sick patients. Thank you again, I will never forget the moment I felt so heard and seen.

I am not one to go to urgent cares but Im glad to have this one so close by. They were kind and it wasnt very busy. I was seen right away and the Dr was very kind! She explained everything to me and made it easy for me to get my meds sooner rather than later because I felt terrible. The paperwork I walked out with explained my medications, what I should do to take better care of myself and they even texted it to me as well.10/10 would come back.

Trash urgent care. Trash front staff. Checked in at 8:15 am. Waiting till 9:35 am and asked how much longer. Originally at 8:15 she said 45 min maximum. At 9:35 am she says 1.5-2 hours. I said why? Everybody that was here before me is gone and I’ve seen y’all take 3/4 people ahead of me. She says they have reservations. I said excuse me? How did you not know about this? She says because you can reserve online at any time even 10 min before appointment and those people are prioritized. I said more prioritized over someone that checked in 1.5 hours before their appointment as a walk in. She said yes. Extremely rude. No compassion. Screw this place.

Everything was great until I was put in front of a screen for the rest of my visit to meet with a virtual doctor. I could have done this from home and saved two hours of time. The follow up with the clinic after my visit left much to be desired. My prescription was sent to a pharmacy that was closed for the night and when I called to get it moved over it needed to be moved by the off site virtual doctor which meant a game of telephone. When I tried calling back to speak with someone to confirm the change had be made, they could not be bothered to answer the phone even though it was ten minutes prior to closing time. Now I am out two hours of wasted time, and twelve hours of recovery due to being unable to get my medication last night.

The Marque Urgent Care team goes above and beyond to make sure that they hear the patient, inspect whatever the area of concern is, and treat the issue. Ive been here for stitches, a hurt foot, and my son getting a high fever/flu and every time I have gone I have felt like they give incredible treatment and patient care! :) The wait can be long, so I would suggest making an appointment ahead of time if possible, but if the wait time was shorter that might mean the patients werent getting the same amount of care (Id rather have quality over being pushed through the system and then not knowing if they really listened or examined the health issue). :)

Could not be any more impressed with this practice. I am in town from the east coast for a wedding, and came down with a sinus infection. Got a telehealth appt right away with a doctor, who was very friendly, professional,and thorough. Prescriptions were sent right away to a local pharmacy. The wait time could be a little better I believe just because I did have to wait 2 hrs and they kept seeing other patients who arrived after me first. But once I got in seen everyone was very nice and friendly. My visit didn’t last longer than 5 minutes with the doctor but she was very informative. I do recommend it it’s very clean and had presentable upon arrival. The front desk receptionist were also nice but I have to say waiting outside in 89 degree weather for 2 hrs made my tempt reach 101.8. So I just would suggest that if they need to fix anything that they update new clients with how long a wait time could tale and have more of a cool area for future reference.

I think this is the best urgent care that Ive ever been to! Its also much much better than going to the ER. It only took about 1 1/2 - 2 hours from walking in the door to walking out the door. The people there were amazing! Everyone from the front desk staff to the doctor treated ne with respect and kindness. The xray tech was great. Dr. Koeperke was fantastic. The person in the office that evening was not up to the task of doing her job. She misread something on the insurance card and almost turned us away from receiving care. After calling the insurance company it turns out she was misunderstanding something that she read on the insurance card. And did not bother confirming it with the insurance company or even trying to run the insurance. I had to push her to call the insurance company for her to find out she was wrong and misread the insurance card. It really seemed like she just did not want to do her job. Beyond that we found out once we were in the room that would would be meeting a doctor on video. I wish that was made clear upfront. I love the fact you can walk-in without an appointment and while there may be a bit of a wait since it’s such a small clinic and they are consistently busy. They accept my “Medi-Cal insurance”, minimal paperwork to do. The front desk receptionists were very patient& knowledgeable, & were able to answer most questions about issues/complaints . I didn’t actually see a clinician as it was determined unnecessary based on the pre screening results so I can not comment on that aspect. I had a great experience, everyone was very caring. I went in for injuries to my hand and leg. I was surprised how quick they were, Ive had to wait longer at my regular doctors office. I also liked that they use tablets for your paperwork, so much better and easier to do. The nurses and doctor were also amazing, really listened to my concerns and answered my questions. I felt really talken care of and that they did care about my well being. Thank you!

I was see by telemed literally within minutes of going online to make the appointment. Dr. Eaves was helpful, knowledgeable, and respectful. When I then went for the in-person appointment at the Grossmont location, Dr. White was similarly impressive. Minimal wait time in office. Good doctors but prepare for a terribly long wait. Even if you have an appointment. Also note that they weight walk-ins equally to your booked appointment, might as well have just walked in because appointments don’t take precedence or seem to offer any advantage whatsoever.The front desk staff isn’t exactly friendly or especially helpful. Expect to sit here for at least an hour and a half regardless of whether you have an appointment. Expect the staff to sigh in annoyance if after an hour you ask if they have a sense of how much longer it might be. Eventually, you’ll be moved to a room where you may wait another 20-30 mins to actually be seen. Oh and this place was provided on a list by Sharp as one of their “state of the art” San Diego facilities. It’s just a regular dated-seeming clinic with stained carpets.Setting that aside, the actual nurse staff was helpful, the doctors were knowledgeable, nice, empathetic, and diagnosed my issue very quickly (once I was finally in) with confidence, which was a relief. They provided me with good information and suggestions efficiently. Of course after they left the room I sat for another 20 minutes before a nurse brought in my discharge paperwork and said I could go.TLDR: Doctors here are great. Desk staff not so great. Wait is way too long (1.5 hrs both times) and appointments don’t mean anything, you might as well just walk in.

The service was fast and easy to do. I was very uncomfortable with a case of Conjunctivitis. My primary was going to be 48 hours. I was on Zoom with a Marque doctor within 1.5 hours and picked up my prescription within another hour. The doctor was very personable and professional. I was at ease and quite satisfied with our meeting. I highly recommend Marques teleconferencing system and will use again myself if needed.

Nurse checked outside and then was asked to sit again for another 40 min.. this doesn’t stop, then was asked to come in the room where the doctors was attending via zoom.. Went in today with my pregnant wife. They wait time was 3 hours. People were coming in a hour after we check in and they were being seen before us. Not a professional establishment. They should have some priority for someone who is carrying a child. Note to any woman pregnant wanting to come here, they will keep you outside for hours and see people who came in after you before they even think about you. Never will I ever come back or recommend anyone going here. They have no sense of urgency for patients

The service here was amazing. The front desk representatives where courteous, and respectful (which for some odd reason I found hard to come by in my own experience with sharp). The wait was extremely long. I was a walk in and waited over 3 hours. However, It was busy and that’s a natural consequence to my situation. They only had one doc on board at the time of my visit so I would of gave them 5 but I think the company can be improved by assigning additional docs to help out. With that note the one doctor appeared very knowledgeable and nice definitely would come back....given I can make an appointment.

Well to start off the staff was very kind and seemed to be more friendly towards the patients such as myself. Secondly the service was quick, and painless so that was a plus for me. I stopped by, a walk-in, to be checked for a sinus infection. I loved that they took my info and told me I could leave and they would call me when it was almost my turn. Since the wait otherwise would have been about 2 hours- I was able to go home- since I live about 10min away- and could get other stuff done. They called and I drove back- only waited about 30 min and got seen by the dr after about a 10min wait. So much better than most urgent care or ER visits. The dr was jovial and thorough. The other staff were kind and personable. Overall- a great place if you need it!

And asked me questions about my situation to fill in what I wasn’t able to clarify as a result of a less than stellar tablet questionnaire. (Both the questionnaire and the tablet itself were less than stellar.)While the sun was shining, it was okay to wait outside. However, when it became cloudy, it was cold outdoors and I needed to go inside.

Best urgent care Ive been too. Arrived 3 minutes before closing with a would be fractured middle finger. They had me in an out in 25 minutes with x-rays! If you get the younger doctor whose last name starts with an S you wont be disappointed. She was amazingly throughout and super helpful. Also she generally cared about my well being. This place is an A++++ from my experience. Will be back again when I break my other fingers haha jk.

We needed to have our grandsons wrist checked on the 4th of July, and the first three urgent care centers I called were either closed or didnt have radiology available. We were able to reserve a time at Marque then waited about an hour even with our reservation because they were busy. The staff was great, the facility was clean, and Dr. White was fast and efficient once we saw him. He gave us clear instructions about follow-up needed. I’m 61 Years old and I have never been to urgent care. I worked for Sharp Memorial Hospital-Surgical ICU for 28 years, as a medical assistant. So I did not trust urgent care. Excellent care from start to finish. Got in quickly and got the appropriate treatment and meds. Receptionists, caregivers were kind and friendly.The nurses were gentle with procedures and attentive to our concerns.Their approach put us at ease. Physician listened to family and patient, and diagnosed with health history in mind. Diagnosis and treatment was swift, thorough, accurate and professional. Physician also wrote a note for school/sports which greatly assisted. This experience was beyond horrible. I wish I could give negative stars.I came in with a severe allergic reaction and was told I had to pay upfront to be seen. I thought this was strange but nothing else was open and I had no other options outside of the ER. Therefore, I paid upfront. I wasn’t seen for about two hours. I asked multiple times when I would be seen because I had full body hives. I was told I was “next” for hours as I watched other people come and go and be seen. It seemed they were largely just doing non-urgent Covid testing as I was possibly going into anaphylaxis. By the time I was seen, the reaction was dissipated and I couldn’t get my money back due to a no refunds policy and the money was required up front. This place is a scam. I wouldn’t send anyone here and I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I have called multiple times regarding my bill for this horrible visit and they never answer the phone either.

My wife and I arrived for an appointment for my second vaccine shot. I was hoping my could also receive her second shot because she had an appointment the following day and we just wanted to get both taken care of as soon as possible.First, we were told we couldnt get her in. (I do not mind waiting) The problem is the doctor saw me for less than 30 seconds and did not even help me at all. He told me something that I already knew. I could not get through to speak to a person, so I made an appointment online. When we arrived, the receptionist informed me that they do not see patients who have been involved in a car accident. (Our reason for visit was for my 18-year-old daughter who was hit in a minor car accident hours earlier and had some soreness.) She proceeded to give me a business card from a large stack in a drawer of a place that would see her. I took the card, and we left. This seems suspect and at a minimum was a total waste of our time and gas.

They have helped me out and staff is so nice. The Marque urgent care was very clean. Stuff was professional and caring. The nurse that took my weight and blood pressure was very kind . I think he was from Australia. Very cool nurse. The doctor that checked me out for my foot that was hurting so much new right away what it was. I was very impressed for some reason. I think because he was just so positive on what he was saying. My experience was quick and easy. Came in for back pain due to a reoccurring injury I have with nerve pain. The ladies at the front desk, Jennifer and Angela, were very friendly and sweet. I was called to the back and was greeted by Dean, who gave me a very warm welcome to their establishment. He was very courteous and nice. Made a reservation for 6:30pm yesterday. i go in they tell me they are accepting walk-ins and that there are 3-4 walk-ins ahead of me, i understand even though it’s a reservation i didn’t say anything. i was willing to wait! this place closes at 8pm right, well skip forward it’s now 7:45pm and they finaaally call me. i go inside after the nurse/person asks me questions and takes some info he says the provider has to check out TWO people in front of me before he can see me. mind you my mother has work early in the morning and she comes back home at around 5pm which is why i made a reservation for 6:30 and she is waiting outside in the car! it is around 8:00pm by that time and i have to wait for TWO more people in front of me? what is the point of reservations then? if it’s an estimate then how did we go from 6:30 to 8:00 and possibly more??. i had to leave because i had my mother to worry about and i thankfully didn’t have a case or situation where i am in pain. and now it has been 4-5 days my doctor won’t take me in

This place is GREAT! Ive had to go there several times on a Saturday and they are one of the few places open on the weekend. We feel so fortunate to have found this place.Like all urgent care locations, there is usually a wait but they check you in and then will call you when you should come into the office so you can drive thru the nearby Starbucks, visit the book store, etc... while you wait.Special shout out and kudos to Dr. Mershon and medical assistant/x-ray tech, Rafael for providing us with exceptional patient care : )Their location is clean. Their staff is very courteous and friendly and the nursing staff and doctors are kind, funny and caring. When my daughter busted her chin open we were anxious about going to urgent care or the ER and we did not want to wait for hours. At Marque we were seen and tended to incredibly quickly. The wound was sutured and we were on our way within an hour. Thank you!
