Took my daughter in due to cold symptoms. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and we were able to be checked in quickly. They have a very efficient process.After getting her vitals from the nice nurse, the doctor came in to check on her. My daughter was prescribed her medication and the doctor told me if myself or any of my other family members feel symptoms we can do the telehealth visit to avoid coming in. I really appreciated that. We will be coming back to this urgent care.

The staff is very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Dr. Newman took time to explain things and provide excellent care . I appreciate that they have the wait times listed in the waiting room, which was not too long, but also had good music playing :)

Dr. Newman is outstanding. He takes time to explain the rationale behind all of his decisions and instructions. Both my husband and I are suffering from the same flu. His appointment was a few hours after mine. When he came home, he said “I understand now why you really love that guy.” Dr. Newman has both excellent medical knowledge and exceptional bedside manner. I would recommend him to everyone.

The Doctor was very thorough. I feel like some urgent cares feel more clinic like and the care is very routine but Dr Vincent took time to discuss my symptoms and went over all possibilities and possible treatments. It felt like a thorough doctors visit that you might have with your PCP.

The waiting time was appropriate. The service was fast. The nurse and Doctor were both charming and knew their job. I was provided a good and fast care. I am very thankful to them that they relieved me from the pain I had in my ear.

I didn’t have to wait long in the waiting room. Check in was on my phone. It was a smooth, friendly and professional process to the room. I was seen for cough congestion and the Doctor caught pneumonia before it could have gotten worse. He heard crackles in my lungs. I went here bc the previous place said it was just inflammation of the lungs. I’m happy I went here! I’m on antibiotics and already starting to feel better

The receptionist and the nurse made me feel comfortable and well cared for.The doctor was professional,knowledgeable but also reassuring and kind and took the time to address all my questions and concerns. I left the clinic feeling confident in the care I received, truly remarkable doctor, thank you.

Myself and children have a cluster of rare complex serious diagnosis. They’re so rare in fact, the majority of doctors have no concept or knowledge of the conditions. This makes care outside out specialist and even Emergency room under treated, suggestive of somatizing and even hostile. But Marque strives to be very empathic and thorough. Marque has always listened and been eager to learn and care for us as individuals. (SO RARE in our sphere of need) They do their best to work with us, and even turned to on the spot research to ensure that their course of treatment is judicious and not contraindicated in our unique situation. Our office is the Mission Viejo office. SPECIAL SHOUT OUT TO DR ERIN!!!!! SHE IS VERY CONSCIENTIOUS, CAREFUL, THOROUGH, EXPLANATORY AND OPEN!The office staff is professional friendly and helpful in printing out notes etc to share with our care team. I highly recommend this urgent care facility. I have one critique - there is ONE female Dr we do not have a good experience with and even would say condescending/rude and dismissive. There is one male dr who lacks attentive detail and follow up, less individualized care and can leave things out that have been specifically asked for, but is polite and gives you adequate time.

Great staff really welcomed me in and treated me like o was their own family! Ryan did a great job explaining to me how to treat my concussion and have me a whole list of things to do and to look out for while I’m at home. Definitely coming here again!

I have been here on several occasions and generally have received great service, however I was yelled at for heading to the restroom of my identified gender (male) and guided to one Im much less comfortable with (female). I hope the nurse let the lady up front know that I told her Im on hormones for my transition in the intake process, because that was humiliating. Made an already bad day into a spiral of gender dysphoria. Of course I wasnt looking my best, I was SICK. Also, my parents received a charge for the co-pay even though the co-pay was completed in person. Not sure whats up with that.
