Nice clean place and easy scheduling but they did not honor my appointment time. What’s the point of an appointment if you either have too many other appointments at the same time, or you allow too many walk-ins and you do not prioritize your appointments. We had a 10:30 AM appointment and arrived five minutes early. They did not see my son until 11:30 AM, over an hour late!!! There were other people in the waiting room when we arrived. If they were walk-ins, then why weren’t we prioritized because we had an appointment? If I wanted to wait an hour after my appointment time, then I could’ve gone to another urgent located closer to my house. The reason I chose this one is because they offer an appointment he but clearly it means nothing. Very frustrating.

I go to Marque Aliso Viejo because everyone is so pleasant and professional. Never an issue making an appointment. Receptionists are amazing and Dr. Hirt and nurses were exceptional and very thorough.I highly recommend Aliso Viejo Marque, especially since its takes so long to schedule an appointment these days with primary care physicians.

I entered a clean, quiet, and beautiful waiting room, and I was seen right away. Everyone on staff was kind and compassionate. I was treated and on my way! From check-in to check-out was about 40 minutes. I absolutely recommend Marque Urgent Care in Aliso Viejo.

Every time I visit any Marque Urgent Care location I always have the same experience which is across the board and excellent one. The staff is professional and friendly, the doctors are wonderful and the locations are clean and very nice. I have had to call on several occasions to ask for x-ray images and records and they have responded immediately. I hands down give them the highest recommendation!

Of all the urgent care centers in Aliso Viejo and surrounding areas, this is by far the best! Great front desk staff, PAs and Drs. Very caring and thorough and help to make you feel at ease. Also, you can make an appointment and check the wait time from their website app! Once you’re in the wait time isn’t bad at all compared to what you would normally expect! I highly recommend this place.

The services of your neighbor Hoag in the same center is not even comparable, with yours being the clear winner of the two. Your staff people are positive, professional, and best in what they do.

The worst experience ever !!! I had a 1:15 PM appointment. I got there at 1:06 PM. They took the walk-in before they took me or the 1 PM appointment that was waiting in the lobby when I asked them about why they did this. They just said they couldn’t let me know due to HIPAA and also that I didn’t really have an appointment. I had a reservation as if they’re not the same exact thing. I waited over an hour and 40 minutes to be seen to be told. Nothing was wrong with me except I needed Sudafed from behind the counter, they said they send the prescription to CVS they didn’t do CVS and it’s not been sent. I called them. No one answers their phone. This is the worst place ever do not go here if you have any other option.

I came in at 515pm almost close to closing. Reception did great job of getting my info and the link was easy. Reception was transparent about wait time bland super chill. Not fake friendly or condescending. Once in, the process of seeing a nurse and D.O. was quick. They were super compassionate and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Went here after a week of a bad cough and congestion. Front office was super friendly and wonderful at getting me in sane day for last appt. Back office very attentive and pleasant also.Doctor came in and listened to my breathing and asked me 1 question, do I have a history of asthma, which I do not.Said with no fever I should just take cough syrup and inhaler. No other questions, no looking in ears, no looking in throat. He was in the room a total of maybe 5 minutes. 2 days later and $145 gone, making an appt with my primary because my sinus headache and cough is so bad it is debilitating.

Being a Sunday, I had my concerns about responsiveness… but had nothing to worry about. I was quickly connected with a live person and had a tele-med conference scheduled for within 2 hours. That conference went very well and I very quickly had a prescription for what I needed. Excellent customer service!!

Front desk and the nurse taking vitals were very friendly, kind and helpful. Possibly because of limited physicians but we were only 2 patients in the lobby since almost an hour ago. I highly recommend the lake forest location for childrens care. They are quick and with a child on the spectrum they are the best you can ask for. Thank you Aliso for your service.

I’m still terribly ill and the doctor treated it me like I was fine. Told me she would follow up after my x ray and didn’t show up the next day. I’m worse now because of her poor judgment. Not to mention I came back the next day to take the x ray she would not subscribe me medicine until the x ray despite my blatant symptoms of having a cold.

I took my child to urgent care for an ear infection. We were the first patients there. Front desk was courteous. The assistant that checked my child’s vitals was friendly. Then we waited what seemed like a good amount of time with the room. We saw Heather Bonnville. As soon as she came in she apologized for the wait mentioning that she was on a virtual call. We waited way too long to be seen so I appreciated she acknowledged the wait. However as soon as she started examining my child she was in a total rush. She was impatient when I asked questions and ran out of the room like she had somewhere else to go as soon as possible. She did not give me the chance or my child to ask any questions. When I did want to take a minute to go over the medication she cut me off and told us to wait outside for the paperwork and left the room in a hurry. She didn’t say bye or anything. It was so rude. After we waited over 30 minutes to see her she gave only 5 minutes of her time and personal attention, if that. It gets even worse. When we went into the pharmacy to pick up the prescription for his ear infection we were told that the dosage is too low. She was in such a rush or hurry she got the prescription wrong. So now I am back at Marque Urgent care waiting again to get the right prescription for my child, something that could have been done correctly with a little care. I am disappointed with Heather Bonnville’s lack of attention to detail and inability to provide good care. Marque needs to do a better job and remind their people to handle each patient with providing a happy and good experience. If you have been happy with our service they say to leave a review. Your service was poor. Very unhappy with your service!

I came in complaining of ear pain with pain on my lymph node. I was told it was an upper respiratory infection though I said I did not have congestion, was told my lungs sounded clear and fluid was seen in my ear. I got a second opinion through the VA and they agreed it was an ear infection.

I went in extremely unwell and Dr. Brittney Borman was genuinely so kind and helpful. I was in a lot of pain and very shaken up and Dr. Borman really did everything she could to ease my mind. She answered every one of my questions with honesty and assured me about every concern I had. I couldn’t really sit for a long period of time and she was in and out of the room very quickly so I didn’t have to wait for too long.I’ve never had great experiences going to the ER and urgent care but she genuinely made my visit so much easier.

My daughter went there which cold symptoms. The doctor gave him 3,medications that gave no positive results. In fact we had to go back to the doctor with more chest, throat, and nose 👃 complications. Although we had an appointment, it took us 1 hour to see the assistant of the physician. That’s our experience shared with all of you out there.

I really like that they offer virtual appointments as well. Every provider I’ve been seen by has been stellar. Every single time I’ve been there I’ve had a terrible experience with the doctors they treat you like you’re doing something wrong for coming in. Assume you’re trying to get out of work and treat you like you’re wasting there time. I come in on my off day on my own time and spend an hour and a half there to take care of myself and get treated like a bum every time. Completely unhelpful, rude, disrespectful service by the staff, nurses, and doctors. People pay huge copays to feel like bad for coming in. Never will I be coming in I’ve only ever tried because it’s five minutes from my house I will find another place to do with better staff.

The staff is super friendly no complaints about that but there were only 2 people including me and it took 2hrs to get checked in and out lol not to Mention the female doctor who was nice ignored my complaints.. i went in for tingling and numbing in hands and I told her I was vomiting and had a mushy tooshie for 3 days..I was visibly weak and she so sweetly said oh your fine just drink some water lol..umm yeah i dont know how i didnt think of that. Then she said well theres only so much we can do at an urgent care you need to see your primary care doctor... sent me off with cough meds which I didnt need and basically said stop faking in a nice way...I dont know anyone who would spend 145 on a co pay to just lie... never going to this urgent care ever. And Im actually worse today. My daughter is writing this review. Please save your money and time go elsewhere... first time I went to this uc I had a male doctor who was very attentive but this doctor was a slap in the face and now Im in pain and I will need to spend another 100 for a hospital visit. Warning save your money.

The practitioners are great, they actually listen and try to help!!! The front desk and the nurses are also fantastic if you need a snack or a water they will totally get you one! I also love that they have an X-ray unit, Physical Therapy and Chiropractor on site to make it a one stop medical unit! For someone who is coming in for a Workmen’s Comp issue, this is the place to come!!

Soon as I walked in I felt very comfortable especially for being inside a doctors office. The secretaries treated me with the most kindness you could ask for and also knowledgeable about my needs. When I met the doctor he was equally as confident if not more then I expected. Its a bit of a drive for me from South San Clemente but the quality of service and expertise is worth the drive. Six stars in my book.

Justina was super friendly and made me feel way less nervous, she’s amazing! Jon was my doctor and covered all info any questions I had was in and out in a timely manner. Highly recommend this clinic and definitely get the B12 shot!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! This urgent care is a catastrophy in every aspect, unprofessional, and incompetent.Tests were mishandled, physicians said they would call when the results were in and over a week later, still did not call. Trying to get to the desk through their labyrinth of automated phone options that deter you from calling is very difficult and even then, they rarely answer the phone, and do not return calls within a couple days of leaving voice messages.The receptionists verbally gave false test results which were proven wrong once the test results arrived. Getting email copies of the test results was very difficult. They said they would email them but did not until having to call over a day later to have them email the results.I would not recommend Marque to anyone. There are plenty of other clinics around to deal with this level of unprofessionalism and incompetence.

This facility is terrific. I had a problem with my shoulder and first had a zoom meeting with Dr. Walters who took a look at my shoulder online, and after some discussion, recommended that I visit the facility later in the day. I was greeted by a very professional office staff of Jessica, Daisy, Justin and Matthew who reviewed my history and meds and updated my file quickly and painlessly. My wait time was about 10 minutes. I was then seen by Esther Watanabe, P.A., who was very knowledgeable and very clearly explained my diagnosis and a course of action. She also had me schedule a follow-up visit for the following day. When I went back, I met with Chelsea Lawrence, P.A., who happened to have specialized in orthopedics and did a very careful workup and diagnosis of exactly what had happened to me and what I needed to review with my Primary Care physician. I cant say enough about the attention and care I received from these people, and, while I hope I wont need it, if I do need urgent care again, I can go back knowing that these people provide the kind of service and attention that is the best.

Yesterday morning I went to my regular doctors office wanting to be tested for my symptoms thinking it couldve been the flu. I wasnt satisfied that they didnt accommodate me, I decided to go to Marque Urgent Care, I had the best experience (always had before)! Saw me in time for my appointment, Mathew (MA) was so kind and caring, he did three tests and found out I had COVID! my phone died and couldnt call my son, Daisy took my phone to charge for me and asked if I needed water, then Catherine (PA) called to follow up the same day and to prescribe med. Im so grateful to Marque, I feel safe, cared for everytime Ive been there. Thank you so much, Mathew, Daisy, Catherine you are an asset to Marque :)

Zero stars!!! I suggested my husband go there for his severe kidney pain after seeing the good reviews. The service we have been receiving is beyond disappointing. His blood was drawn on Saturday and 6 days later we still don’t have the results. The doctor suspected kidney stone but we need to see the blood test results to make sure it’s not another issue. Meanwhile he’s in severe pain for a week. Not only that, my husband called back to ask for a doctor’s note for his work and THEY REFUSED to give him a doctor’s note. Anyone that has had kidney stone knows how painful it is and to deny a patient a doctor’s note is ABSURD!! They said they have to see him again (and charge another visit) to give a note. Not only the in person care was lacking but also the follow up. Do not go here!!!

Today is my second time visiting Marque urgent care. The staff and providers are really caring, listening to your needs and and make sure to have all your questions answered. They provide you with the best care. First time i took my mom there since she was complaining about her finger hurtingInitially, she was told she had an infection in her finger. This was her primary dr. But here at Margue, they did an x-ray and dound her finger broken. Another thing that I like about this place is that you can save your spot online, and you would not need to wait for so long. Yet, the wait time is not that bad, and I was visited and diagnosed in less than a couple of hours.Thank you, Marque staff, for all you do!

I turned up with my young twins, was not allowed inside the reception until they did a Covid swab (this bit is important for later). I was then not allowed to wait outside, they literally told me I had to wait in my car. There was no reason waiting outside should have been an issue.I get inside and I’m told there’s no Dr but that he could do a video call. I was on the call for approx 1-2 min and the Dr told me to go to the Emergency Room. The nurse did do a basic assessment. But other than that, they did nothing else. I was inside for less than 5 mins.I’m now on the hook financially for a flu swab (I had no idea they did this, I thought it was a Covid swab only) and now have to pay the bill despite having very good insurance.Bottom line is, they did literally nothing, made us feel fairly uncomfortable, and are billing me for the pleasure of never actually having met the Dr. I have zero doubt he got a pay day though. That’s what matters right?I literally feel scammed by this place and will never return

Excellent customer service. Friendly staff. The medical assistant/front office person Daisy Gonzalez was very attentive to my every need. I had a flu shot she has a very light hand. I felt nothing. So if you need your vaccines I would recommend Daisy as she has the softer hands no bruises or no pain. I would recommend Marque Urgent Care to everyone.

I wasnt allowed inside because of my symptoms which I understand but I do not like that the lady wrote my credit card info down and made me leave to have a phone call appointment. I dont know what she did with my card information or if i was charged at all. It should not be written down on a paper. I then get a text saying that I could have a phone check up, but they wanted to charge me a full amount of $100 for the phone call after i was previously told it was covered by my insurance.

WARNING: You will never escape their hidden costs. On arrival, they insist you carry out tests outside on the street before you are allowed to step foot inside. They don’t tell you any information about costs, they don’t tell you what they are testing for, and then at a later date, they bill you for things you had no idea were being done.Of course you can’t ask reasonable questions about this, they’ve got you. My needs were simple, but I had never visited the clinic before. I was surprised at how easy first-time registration was. I also found the staff - everyone from the receptionist to the doctors that saw me - amazingly good-humored and casual (which made me feel more relaxed), but also professional and eager to explain things when I had questions. I will definitely come here again for my future clinic visits.For any review that might mention long wait times, this wasnt my experience (they were able to see me as soon as I was done registering), but their website explains at length that they prioritize walk-ins starting with the most urgent cases, so that could have been what happened if they had to wait two hours. However, the website also also shows you approximate wait times at each of the clinics, so you can avoid those surprises. Even so, as a walk-in clinic you should probably bring a book just in case.

I have gone to this urgent care several times because an appointment with my primary care physician would take days if not weeks (absurd). I have never waited more than 30 minutes on a walk in basis (today it was 10). Their sign up/in process is all paperless (genius). It is also really clean. This morning I actually saw the front desk with spray and paper towels right when I walked in. Oh... and they have free wifi to boot!!! Sometimes, the little things mean a lot. The little things add up and make the whole experience pretty darn good!The staff is super friendly and the doctors are extremely attentive. This time around, after having been sent to a Kaiser Permanente facility, I left there in search of a Marque facility that was open on Christmas Day. I went to Marque Urgent Care Thursday morning because of a very painful rash on my lower back. I was a walk-in so the wait was a little long. Thats to be expected. No complaint here. When my name was called, Regina took my wife and I to a room to wait for the doctor. Regina took my vitals and asked a few questions about why I was there. She was very professional and had the best sense of humor. Well the doctor came in and looked at my rash. He instantly knew that I had shingles so he gave me a prescription. Regina came back in to let us know that we could go back to the waiting room. I asked her if it was a bad idea to go surfing Friday and Saturday. Since this was the closest Urgent Care facility to my home, I came in on a Sunday. The staff greeted me promptly, and told me I would have about a 15 minute wait. I was seen in less than ten minutes! I would definitely recommend Marque. The website allows you to get in line virtually so you can even wait at home or in car. They are set up to be very Covid safe. Patients are screened at door and theres wide spacing of chairs inside. The staff was very helpful and professional and our wait or appt didnt take long. My only negative is the entrance to building is not easy for elderly to get to. There is no handicap parking close to entrance - only at Bof A a distance away. I was with a 90 yr old in pain from a uti and it was a difficult walk with walker and oxygen tank walking over uneven brick -on a very hot day. Hopefully improvements can be made there .

We brought our 1 year old in for an ear infection. The receptionist asked if she had a fever. We told her no. She asked if she had any other symptoms. We said she had had a stuffy nose, but that had resolved. The woman said because she has a fever and a stuffy nose, they have to COVID test her. She is 1. We told her several times she had no fever. But she kept saying she did and it was their policy (she had no fever when checked).The lady also asked us three times to fill out paperwork we had done online. We told her it was done online. She said no it wasn’t. Then looked and found it, but asked again two other times.She also asked for the ID of the 1 year old.We left. There is no way we are letting someone that incompetent put a swab in a 1 year olds nose for an ear infection.Josh urgent care saw her and was amazing and of course did not COVID test a baby who had two ear infections. What meant the world to me was the time the doctor and the time his assistant spent listening and really trying to understand what was going on with me… Both on a medical level, and on their willingness to answer my questions… Some of which I am sure were superfluous. Ive been to the AV location 4 times and had great experiences each time myself. I had one very bad experience with a doctor and his tone calling me back after my son visited with his father and I wanted to understand why he prescribed the medication he did. Receptionist was very nice, the doctor was condescending and creepy. I had tailbone pain and went there to see if they could help diagnose it and also get my flu shot. They couldnt find my insurance in the system (I get it, its not a mainstream company my employer uses), but it still weirded me out they never heard of it even though its a large company. Then they tried to charge me $25 for my flu shot when thats considered preventative and shouldnt be charged...they said their Urgent Care is an except to that rule. Major red flag for me. So when the doctor came to ask how I was doing I wanted to make sure I knew what the x-rays, pregnancy test, etc were to cost according to my plan, and he just said I had a weird plan that they have to call in to see. Not very comforting, so I pulled up my plan summary details (SBC) and wanted to make sure Id be charged appropriately. He sort of just avoided the whole thing so my overall vibe wasnt great. Ive been charged incorrectly in my past with providers so now I double check everything. Annoying yes, but Im sick of claims be ran incorrectly. I decided to leave the office since I didnt like the uncertainty, got a refund for the flu shot (they never administered it to me) and thought Id only pay for the pregnancy test since thats the only thing they did for me. I was wrong - apparently having a doctor conversation about my plan was a charge..? $170 is an expensive conversation for ZERO help towards pain, just a pointless insurance conversation. I went to my husbands doctor (not an urgent care) who didnt charge for the flu shot, recognized my insurance and didnt have to call anything in, received my x-rays and had a real consultation about my pain, and it was all less than $170. Im not accusing them of being crooked, but they sure dont seem to mind charging people for nothing. Be careful!

Great place - I wasnt able to go to a primary care doctor to get a very painful \ clogged ear checked out as I was waiting for some changes to go through for my insurance. I went here strongly suspecting I had a ear infection and not wanting to wait another two weeks, a consultation here was $130 out of pocket which was half what it would have been at a ear and neck specialist or something similar. One of the nurses, I believe Chrystie was her name, very patiently and cheerfully did the wax cleaning, which took quite a while as it was very stuck in there! They ended up not even charging me anything beyond the basic consultation fee even though the cleaning probably took more than an hour! The doctor, nurse, and receptionists were all very nice and did their best to accommodate, even though I was in for something minor. Very pleasantly surprised by this doctors visit :)Edit: I should also add as positive points of this place that the wait was surprisingly short, and all their paperwork is done on electronic pads rather than paper. They also have an expected wait counter on their website that you can check before going in, which at least in my case was pretty spot on.

After the doctor looked at my sons ear, she prescribed an antibiotic which is not primarily used for ear infections. I gave the specific antibiotic name that always work for my sons ear infections since he has allergy to some stray of antibiotics. She did not even listened to me and left the room in a somewhat hurry without saying anything. The nurse wrote the name of the antibiotic and said she would let the doctor know about it and left the room. My kid was tired, sleepless, in pain... I got out of the room and looked around if there was anybody. I was like Hello, anybody out there? a few times. Finally, the front office girl came and tried to figure out what happened. She went and came back apologetic, she told me that they would send the prescription to the pharmacy. I knew that everything was sloppy from the beginning to end. Guess what, the doctor prescribed a totally different antibiotic and even worse, they were huge pills!!! My son is a kid who has never swallowed pill before. She did not even care to ask if my kid could swallow pills. I came home and searched online a bit, found out that the antibiotic she prescribed is neither a primary nor a secondary choice of antibiotic that doctors prescribe for ear infections. I hope the staff will see this review, and be more professional in the future. Forgetting patients in the room is unacceptable. Waste of time, waste of money. I am taking him to our pediatrician tomorrow.

Brought my son in with an unknown foot injury around 9:15 PM. They were very welcoming and comforting from the start. Saw the Dr. within 10-15 minutes of getting there and he diagnosed the unknown injury - sting ray venom - within a few minutes. My son was treated and out of there within an hour total. The fist visit Dr. walker prescribed me one medication and when I went to pick it up he had sent in two different medications to the pharmacy and even the pharmacist was confused about which one he meant for me to pick up so I ended up purchasing both of them. There werent any clear directions as to how to take these medications so I tried calling the office and no one picked up or returned my calls. When I finally got a hold of them the next day, they said oops we meant to send only one of those medications to the pharmacy sorry about that 😳. I took the meds they meant for me to have for a week and didnt get better so they suggested a follow up visit with another doctor in their facility. The second doctor told me that she didnt know about my condition even though what I had was one of the most common skin conditions in the US and so she was not helpful at all either. I ended up paying $99 for each one of the two very useless visits with two doctors that didnt know much about what they were doing and ended up paying $30 for medications when I only needed to pay for one of them and not two. I do not recommend Marquee urgent care.stay away from this place.

Fantastic healthcare. My experience was as a walk-in patient due to a severe laceration on my right hand. I was taken right in and given local anasthesia almost immediately for the pain.I then had to wait for quite a long time, but the situation caused the delay so I do not think this is standard practice. (There was a 5 year old boy with a mouth laceration being treated, and only one doctor on site.) I was at the urgent care for just about two hours overall.Dr. Parsaeian was amazing. Very professional, kind, and skilled with sutures. He gave me four stitches very quickly and efficiently, and the work is beautiful. I know my wound will heal nicely with minimal scarring and am very appreciative of marque urgent care for taking great care.The whole staff was very friendly as well!

All was smooth until having meds filled. I had to call the pharmacy AND urgent care back 3 times only to find out the urgent care called the wrong pharmacy. My wife and I have been using Marque Urgent Care for the better part of the last 5 years. We have been to the Newport Beach, Rancho Santa Margarita and Aliso Viejo facilities. One of my favorite things about Marque is that within the three facilities the consistency of service, organization and cleanliness is amongst the best I have ever seen. The personnel in all of the facilities have been professional, caring and competent. We have always walked out feeling like it was a good use of our time and money. They have treated everything from stitching up wounds to treating severe flu symptoms. In every case their care was top notch. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Outstanding office!! Found this office on the internet 2 days ago because my girlfriend had a chest infection, was out of her thyroid med and asthma medication. A follow up trip to the pediatrician advised correct incubation time and to stop antibiotics as they do not help for viruses and only weaken system so they are less effective when you do need them. Called ahead to make sure they accepted my insurance. They dont take all so just make the call before going. They answer the phone quick and very friendly to answer to tour questions. When i arrived receptionist is so energetic and kind. Helped me sign in my information on tablet and was seeing bu the doctor in less than 20 minutes. Of course only reason i went in was congration but the doxtor diagnosed me quickly enough. I was out in a flash and went to pick up my presciption. Next day i was feeling waaaaayyyy beter. What was the most touching thing was receiving a phone call from the receptionist following up with me of how i was feeling. It was ao kind and also on mu email they truly wanted to know how i was feeling or if i was still under the weather. Thank tou so much to katelyn(receptionist) and the team at Marque clinic. I’ve been to this urgent care two times. First time I have high fever and they forgot to submit my prescription to the pharmacy. I had to stay over an hour in the pharmacy and contact the office again, but they were closed. I had to go to ER for another checkup.The second time, I had to take my daughter because it is the closed urgent care to my house and Dr. prescribed her antibiotics. However; I was not very comfortable with his diagnosis. So the next business day I took her to a pediatrician, and find out that no antibiotic was needed in the first place.Very upset with their medical staff knowledge and would not ever go back or recommend them to anyone.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at an urgent care. Walked in while on vacation for my little guy’s ear pain, and gave the receptionist my ID; which is all we need for military dependents to be seen. We pay no out of pocket costs for urgent care, and we don’t need referrals. She first refused to see us, then tried to refer us to the VA! After none of that worked, she wanted a card to charge for payment. I have insurance. Clearly has no idea what the procedure is for military and urgent care; no active duty or dependents are seen at the VA. When I told her we don’t need referrals for urgent care, she called me “sweetie”. Completely unprofessional.We left and went to the Clineva Urgent Care and it was the best experience! Less than 5 minute wait time, no one pretending to be an authority on something they knew nothing about, just took our ID, and my kiddo received great care! Not to mention the place is uber clean! Save your time and sanity and go to Clineva instead.

Is the first time Ive ever gone to an urgent care I had called my doctor and since its such a long wait to get into the office and I wasnt feeling all that great I decided to try and Urgent Care my insurance gave marque medical as they were close to my house. Today was my appointment they are wonderful I cant say enough things about them first off the office is clean their bathrooms are clean not like LabCorp I go to LabCorp and the bathroom is really filthy. Marque urgent care all their employees the nurses the receptionist the doctor that I saw were great Pleasant really personable and professional. The nurse that took care of me Regina was great she Drew my blood took my urine sample . The doctor that I saw was dr. Helen. Dr. Helen was courteous listen to all what I had been experiencing., since they ruled out and infection they are having me go through an ultrasound next week to look for kidney stones. Thank you dr. Helen you put my mind at ease knowing theres no infection and that you understand that I might be having another type of problem. I recommend this Urgent Care and well come if I have any problems and cant get in to see my doctor I feel I could trust this Urgent Care with my health needs. My son had a painful earache and everybody in town seem to be closed by 8 p.m. we found Marque on Google and decided to give them a call. They have multiple locations and one was nearby. All the paperwork was electronic and easy to complete. We were in the exam room within a few minutes and saw the dr after about a 15 minute wait. The doctor was very nice and listened to all our concerns and after a quick exam determined my son had an ear infection. Gave my son some medication for pain right away and sent a prescription over to the local CVS whos Pharmacy was open till midnight. Rebecca Heston, PA, is outstanding, and has been my wifes primary clinician for many years (my wife followed her to Marque when she left her last medical group). Most recently, Dr Alterman treated my wife for a fracture hand bone, and he was excellent, as well. The whole team is just exceptional. Marques Aliso Viejo location is extremely convenient (a minute from the Aliso Creek exit off Route 73). I highly recommend Marque to anyone who wants great medical service at convenient hours.

Dont waste your time. I went in at around 7:15pm and came out at 9:26pm. I went in for my asthma. Spent probably 30 min in the waiting room until the receptionist asked if I would be ok seeing a dr. that was remote and could help me via video monitor. I said yes, as long as that was the quickest way to get in. Another 15 min and I go into the room and get my bp taken and waited in front of a tv just watching myself on the monitor, which was uncomfortable. Waited there several minutes. Nurse comes in and says that there is an available dr. in the clinic, I asked how long it will take, and she says 15 minutes. I went to another room. Guess what--It did not take 15 minutes. I waited for 40 minutes until a rude dr. came in. Asked why I was there, like he did not believe me and my reason for coming in. I was so frustrated and told him I had waited for so long and needed assistance. I was on the verge of tears. 30 min later, he comes back in. I did end up getting a prescription, and I went to the waiting room for another 10 or so minutes. Receptionist gives me the paper and says sorry about the wait and I was on my way. I cannot believe I waited two hours for people who were rude, inconsiderate, & condescending. There was NO reason for me to be waiting that long. Patients should not feel unacknowledged! I will not be returning and I advise you to do the same.

First of all, the online check-in thing is a total joke. I live 5 minutes away and when I signed in online it said there was no one in front of me, and my wait time would be 0 minutes. When I got there, there were already 5 people waiting -- and they looked like they had been there for a while. One poor guy was sitting there holding his bandaged finger over his head and no one seemed to care at all. His finger might fall off in the time it takes for them to notice that he actually needed to be triaged. There was also a sick baby and another couple waiting. The front desk staff is comprised of two women, one who is cold as ice and the other who is not in charge, but who seems compassionate and was asking the other one about the people who were still waiting to be seen.I asked how long it would be for me to be seen (I had a migraine and some other issues), they said it would be 30-40 minutes. What happened to 0 people in front of me and no waiting?? Plus at the pace they were moving it would have been another 2 hours.When I was asked to come up front I had to sign a thing that said it was going to cost me $125 if my insurance deductible was not met. When I asked them if they had checked it, they said they would by the time I was seen. Ive seen that scam before. None of my other medical providers ask me to pay anything other than my co-pay, which is $15.This place felt really cold and inefficient. PLus it is at the top of the B of A bank building and you have to go to the far corner of the building to find the elevator to even get you there. Weird, weird and weirder.There are other choices in the area, and even though this is closer, it is not run as well as Mission Urgent Care on Crown Valley or some others I have gone to over the years. I do not recommend them.

Beats the ER by far!!! I went in with a high fever, body aches, and felt like I was dying. I only had to wait about 30 minutes to be seen! No long waits, no big bill, like the ER. Within another 30 minutes the wonderful doctor who saw me was able to pinpoint what was wrong and i was sent on my marry way in time for breakfast. Wow. I previously had a very bad experience at this location, so I was hesitant to return. In fact, I dealt with the pain of an injury for weeks rather than visit (I do not currently have a PCP) On my husband’s insistence, I agreed to go. I’m VERY glad I did. Not only did I feel like they went out of their way to make me comfortable and address my needs, Chris was very nice and Rebecca took the time to get to know us a little.
