My brother and I worked with Nicolette on our first property purchase ever. We are both young and had no idea about real estate other than watching House Hunters 😂. Nicolette was recommended to us by a family friend who thought we would be a good fit. Nicolette made the process so so easy! She is very responsive and always made time for us from morning to night. Her many years of experience really do show and it made me feel at ease, especially as a first time buyer. I could not have imagined a better agent to work with! I completely trusted her with everything and she was able to give us a lot of great insight. She clearly explained all of the complex real estate topics from HOAs to insurance and anything else we were confused about.I was afraid it would take us a really long time to find a place, especially in the Bay Area. Nicolette is calm, grounded and patient person to work with.It took us about 5 months to find our home, looking at countless houses along the way. Nicolette came with us to see every house amidst pandemic, educating us along the way about the house, neighborhood, schools etc.. She was able to advise us about the market movement and helped us make the offer which got us our first home. We are very happy to have worked with Nicolette and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy their house.

Marlene and Nicolette sold my daughter’s house and also managed the purchase of their new home. They were incredibly responsive, went out if the way to make sure everything went smoothly (which it did) and were extremely creative thinkers in managing the transactions. They know the market, understand how to get the best price, and are wonderful to work with. A bonus: they are really nice and lovely people.

We worked with Nicolette and Marlene to sell our house in Los Gatos and could not be more pleased with the entire process. Knowledge, professionalism, and extraordinary caring capture their approach to helping their clients. Their deep understanding of the Los Gatos and market was spot on. They advised us on exactly what we needed to do – and not do – to get our house ready. Their contact list is full of other local professionals needed in the process: movers, haulers, cleaners, etc. This saved us hours of research. Their professionalism was front and center from start to finish. It had been 23 years since we sold a house, and the process had changed. They explained every detail in a clear, understandable way- no pressure pitches. Just honest, knowledge-backed advice. Then, on packing day (the day before the move), we had a medical emergency. Nicolette showed up, directed the movers, even did some packing for us, and kept everything on track without skipping a beat. Nicolette and Marlene sold our home of 23 years in Los Gatos during the COVID-19 pandemic. We had already moved out of state. Some work was needed on the house prior to putting it on the market, including replacing the driveway. Nicolette handled it all with ease and finesse, taking the burden and worry off our shoulders. Her selling strategy was brilliant, resulting in over 60 showings and 11 offers. We sold the home for $500,000 over asking price. We recommend Nicolette without reservation to anyone selling a home in the South Bay.
