I first ordered a couple yard signs, name tags, and sign riders, and unfortunately I forgot to add a piece of text to my yard sign after I had already ordered it. I contacted the Markful Help Center, and got in touch with Alexander. I told him about the problem, and although they couldnt do any refunds or exchanges due to the fact it was already printed and shipped, he still offered me a 50% discount on my new order, and got my new signs designed & ordered within 30 minutes. If I didnt reach out for assistance, I wouldve spent double. I got my two yard sign kits plus taxes & shipping for the price of one! Very satisfied with their customer service.

I cant believe it will not let me give this company a negative number of stars. I ordered magnets in May. I got an email that said I would receive them 7-10 business days. A month went by of no communication until I called to see where they were. I got some excuse that we werent going to print them to see if the schedule changed. As a company, why would that be acceptable to not communicate that?Next, I got asked if I wanted to print them anyway. Of course, I do. I ordered them in May for a reason. I tell Brena that my deadline was August 1st to have them in the mail. She says I will have 5 days to get them out. Now, we have printing problems because she cant make a graphic darker.... But, it takes her 2-3 days twice to respond to simple emails. Complete fail.To top it all off, I received them magnets, today. Ordered 1200, I just received 12,000 magnets on July 31st. What am I going to do with 12,000 magnets??? How are they going to be in the mail by my deadline? Oh, yeah, they are not. I ordered them in May. I suggest researching other companies, strongly!!!!

I had the absolute best experience with House of Magnets. Not only was their website easy to navigate, the marketing material I ordered came customized exactly how I had envisioned it. And it was delivered extremely quick. I ended up with two magnetic name badges (one with bling around the edge and one without-LOVE the bling), and two car magnets with my picture and business information. One of the magnets ended up being defective, but upon contacting their customer service email, I was within one hour relieved to know that two new car magnets were being printed and would shortly be on their way. I have been involved in customer service for over 30 years in a number of venues. These guys, specifically Kia B. are off the chart when it comes to taking care of their clients. You talk about thinking out of the box and going the extra mile. Wow, it seems like they invented this way out there wonderful service. Poor quality printing, cutting, and they failed to ship the complete order. Their customer service had me on hold 53 minutes. If you’re a glutton for punishment order from these jokers. Oh, they’re expensive. $170 bucks for crappy business cards I’ll be reordering elsewhere.

We have used them in the past. I purchased baseball schedules and during the upload process to put our picture on the magnet: our picture showed a green screen background. It looked weird. So I uploaded again and the picture looked great. When I got the product - the picture looked as it did the 1st time I uploaded it. So I called - guess what they wont fix it. You lost my business.
