The team at MPV have been incredible for my Amazon and marketplace DTC brand. From assisting with fulfillment, logistics and advertising for my 3P and 1P brand. I feel like part of the family and not just another number at a big agency! Will, Justin, Zack and the entire team are definitely some of the best people to work with your business!

I have used Marketplace Valets services to help manage my inventory going into Amazon FBA and FBM as well as run the Amazon Ad campaigns. I simply could not push my marketplace business without their services and partnership. They are on top of inventory run rates, POs, shipment transitions, and getting the products quickly to the Amazon FBA warehouses. I have never had any late shipment issues or mis-shipments hit Amazon FBA. I highly recommend Marketplace Valet and their services to any business looking to take their Amazon Marketplace business to the next level.

Very bad experience, I ordered a 5.11 bag through them on Amazon in August 19th just now TODAY SEPTEMBER 9th! I got a message saying I’m getting a refund. No explanation, zero communication. Bag was supposed to arrive between August 28th and Sept 1. Never showed up and never had a tracking number or anything to let me know. Will not purchase through them again.

Ordered a 5.11 messenger bag, pick up shipping everything was fine and 30 minutes after he and schedule delivery somehow the product was lost at 10 PM at night. I’m guessing the company either never had the product or just needed more time to try and find one but everything smells like a shady company, probably best to avoid them.

CONSUMMERS BEWARE:Cellular Outfitters return mailing address is 4105 Indus Way, Riverside.also at this location is a company called Marketplace Valet…Cellular Outfitters is an online company, they claim:110% price guarantee90 day returnsComplete satisfactionThis company CHARGED ME: $51.23 ON MY CREDIT CARD: TODATE REFUNDED-$34.96=THE BALANCE IS: $16.27…SENT A NOTICE VIA FACEBOOK THEY WOULD REFUND $34. Then with their math claimed to have refunded the amount, then claimed costs for tax and shipping which were not reflected in their billing, invoice or costs. Above is the advertising on the website: When I placed this order, I was not notified of a shipping cost until after I had put in my credit card info and was charged, this was at the end, and there was no way to cancel this order. I wanted to, and to that effort I called the customer service number and waited for at least an hour to speak with someone. When I finally got a real person, in the middle of the conversation I was disconnected. I never was able to cancel the order on the phone or online. The reason was the shipping charge was excessive. That’s why I wanted to cancel, what I thought was s cost effective purchase and when I placed the order was negated by the excessive cost of shipping. Then, after a few weeks, when the shipment did not show up, I tried the customer service phone number again, once again waited for at least 30minutes and once again in the middle of the conversation got disconnected, no call back again. After the two weeks wait, when the product finally arrived, found the products to be poor quality and in the effort to send them back, you are required to on the website to get a ID number. It is not easy to find this info, and nowhere when you place the order is it clear how difficult it is to return the products. Also, the billing and invoice is not the same as the “refund,” and since shipping cost more than the goods, I am already screwed. I paid for return shipping $4.36 for the first return. I kept one of the batteries but after a few days it also proved to be defective. So, I tried to get the ID number to send it back, the website gave an error message for days. Tried to call the customer service number which no longer took calls. I sent the last product back with the documentation and copies of all me efforts to contact this company. It also cost me $4.66 to send back. Did not hear or receive a refund, for weeks, could not contact them on customer service number, and got no replay from their support email. I finally had to go to face book and post a review. They replied and then were forced to deal with me. All accounting and refunds were not the costs I paid, nor were they accurate and the same invoice of info I was billed for and sent. Have paper trail of order history and information. Their chat heads and service were appalling and it has taken three months to resolve this issue, after this time and having to embarrass them into response on Facebook, they failed to refund the paid market value of goods. Claimed false charges and justified their costs with false information. Bad company bad experience. WARNING: BEWARE…NEVER DO BUSINESS ONLINE WITH ANY COMPANY THAT HAS NO PHONE CONTACT NUMBER-

TERRIBLE!!! My daughter saved her money to purchase 2 bracelets (total was $120! $55/$65, respectively). Only one item was delivered. I emailed them and ask that they either send me the bracelet or issue a credit to my card. They did neither. Will NEVER purchase from them again. Customer service associate was RUDE and dismissive.

Terrible unethical company. They use fraudulent and false claims to directly hurt competition, then ignore facts. They do not answer emails or phone calls almost like dealing with a cable company. I would never do business with them and would advise any patent holder or small retailer to stay away from them. You can do better on your own.
