I just completed 5 PT sessions for a low back and hip injury. The staff here were excellent-- very attentive, professional, and caring. I was given weekly homework which greatly enhanced my healing. A special shout-out to PT Alex who found the key muscles to fix me up!! I highly recommend Marketplace Physical Therapy!!

Before I started physical therapy I use to feel a lot of pain. I had to tell my primary care doctor and she gave me a referral to this physical therapy place. At first I had doubts but my daughter read on it, and she had told me that it could possibly help with my arthritis. I chose to go I didnt know how much it would help me but it did. Before physical therapy I was in pain to even get out of my daughters car and now I feel somewhat better. I had to ask my primary care doctor for more visits and recently started going again. The staff is really friendly and professional. I would like to thank mainly Alex and Matthew they are the 2 that have mainly helped me out. I would refer people to this place I referred my friend and my daughter herself since she has been feeling a shoulder pain for a few months now. She did say no because she knows our doctor will not refer her because she always claims she is tired so she told me she would stick it out since her doctor does not help. But, thank you marketplace physical therapy for helping me and trying to give me my strength back.

Ive never done physical therapy before, but an excruciating pain in my hip brought me in today. Everybody is friendly, and Pablo gave me a workout that really helped provide some relief. Praying it will continue to get better, but I feel like Im literally in good hands at Marketplace Physical Therapy!

Only those who have had a complete knee replacement can truly testify to the intense pain that follows surgery. It was with much dread that I pulled myself into Marketplace Physical Therapy. Right from the start I was placed at ease by the professional grace of the entire staff. As painful as it was I knew that I was in good hands and look forward to a complete recovery. My recovery is a continuous saga at this point, but I know that I am in good hands.

I’ve had three different injuries, including a rotator cuff surgery, and use this place for all three. I would not choose to go anywhere else. These are the most professional staff I’ve ever worked with. Their results speak for themselves.

By far, this is the best physical therapist my wife has been to. She was in a car accident back in September 2022 and is getting better each visit. She had gone to a couple of different Physical Therapist before going here they have helped her so much.The staffs very professional, the clinic is beautifully appointed, and it is very clean, and peaceful.The therapy exercises have done me a great deal of good. I must mention that what I also value just as much as results of the physical therapy is that Dr Karim Is very knowledgeable in all aspects of health care, which he shares with his patients so generously.I strongly recommend him and his staff!!

I am super happy with the care I am receiving at Marketplace physical therapy. From my first assessment through the exercises that were given to me, I already feel like I’m improving. With regards to the exercises, I was shown how to do them at the facility, but also was given a link where I could go and watch a short video showing me how to complete them, if i needed a refresher. The staff has been very personable and very professional. I definitely recommend Marketplace physical therapy.

Market Place Physical Therapy is Top Notch! All the staff are very Professional, Kind, and Knowledgeable. They are always on time, and very efficient on getting you back at your scheduled time. I had injured my ankle over a month ago and had very limited movement. They helped me with exercises and stretching it to were I have my movement back and can start work again soon. They were all super kind and listened to any concerns I had and answered all the questions I would ask.

My experience has been awesome. All the staff are nice and courteous, but I would like to mention some by name. Adrianna and Shayla are amazing and outstanding. They go above and beyond to give me not only the optimum therapy, but also the utmost out of every session. They are personable as well. I feel very relaxed while I am doing the physical therapy guided by them, to the extent that I even like to push my self as hard as I can because of their extreme care and support. This place is great! I have been going to Marketplace for about 5 weeks now and felt a noticeable difference after the second session. Now at the end of my sessions, the pain is basically gone. Staff was great, especially Adrianna. She ended each of my sessions and was wonderful.

I was referred here by my medical provider and am still in the process of treatment. However Dr. Karim was very thorough in my examination and treatment plan and the physical therapists are very helpful, courteous and attentive. Dr. Karim is hands on at every visit which I have not experienced in other clinics. I feel I am definitely benefiting from my visits to Marketplace and would highly recommend this facility.

Previous Physical Therapy with another place had me a bit skeptical of Physical Therapy, but Marketplace changed my mind. I LOVE THIS PLACE.They nailed it with their skill, knowledge and personable staff. My experience was very positive. The first time visited the marketplace physical therapy was in Redlands, CA. Im deaf and hope they have good access to communicate. This amazing therapist and staff were friendly and patient. I used communication notes on the device. The staff great show me how to strengthen my calf muscle. Calf muscle improved and no pain after four weeks. I highly recommend visiting again.

I received excellent guidance and treatment from Dr. Keats at the Redlands facility. I began working with her and the other staff a few weeks after having total Hip joint replacement surgery. After 5 in-person physical therapy sessions, and following the assigned at-home exercises 5x/week, I noticed a huge improvement in strength and flexibility. At my request my surgeon approved another 5 sessions. I noticed additional approvement at the end of that time. Im so pleased with the care and guidance I received, Ive returned for 5 more physical therapy sessions with Dr. Keats to improve function and reduce pain in the Knee that had total joint replacement surgery over 1-1/2 years ago!

I was greeted by great front desk receptionists who asked how my day and weekend was. After a few minutes of waiting, I was brought to the back. James, although a student, was very professional and courteous. I wouldn’t have known he was a student if I didn’t ask who was going to be my physical therapist. John worked with me and noticed if I was in too much pain. He would adjust to my pain level and even reviewed my at-home exercises with me. Hopefully, by the time I’m done with all eighteen of my sessions, I’ll be pain-free

They are all so kind and do a great job, though one person stands out above the rest.Kennedy is hands-down the best physical therapist I have had in a long time. I was referred to Marketplace PT by my surgeon to rehab after shoulder surgery. So far, all comments are favorable. The staff are great, and personable. They make you feel at home.But, I would have to say Kennedy and Alex push me a little more each visit. Even though I go home sore, and remain that way for a couple of days, I have to remember one thing: “no pain, no gain!” You two are the best. Kennedy and Alex are great at what they do, and seem to love it, too.

Dr. Keast was absolutely amazing in my treatment. She was the first doctor to accurately identify and replicate my pain. My body has completely turned around. I have not had to use any pain medications after being treated by her my pain is finally managed for the first time. The entire staff at Marketplace was welcoming and excited to have me as a patient. Kennedy is a passionate assistant and made every exercise fun while encouraging me through hard therapy exercises. I would absolutely recommend Marketplace.

Prompt, responsive, individualized care provided by proficient professional therapist. While receiving care for shoulder, I had an accident that resulted in my having severe nystagmus(vertigo). I saw a flyer in the office that my therapist was giving an education session on it later that week. It thrilled me to have an informed therapist assist me not just with my shoulder, but now with my nystagmus. Not only is the facility clean and welcoming the front office staff is so nice and helpful. They use an online platform for paperwork, payments and pt exercises. I fell on my shoulder about a year ago and was sent here to get some rehab done. Dr. Rachel Keast evaluated me, and I was treated by Alex, Kennedy, and Julie- I was, and am still, genuinely impressed at the care and attention I received from each of them- I never felt rushed, or like I was just another patient in a long line of patients- a problem I see often in our current healthcare systems. After a few visits, I was strongly advised by Dr. Keast and Alex that I push for an MRI (something my doctor was hesitant to do) because they suspected I had torn my rotator cuff, and wouldnt you know it, I had. I was listened to and properly cared for, and thanks to the advice of the Market Place team, I now am getting my shoulder repaired, and will gladly go back for rehab.The building itself is very inviting and speaks very well to the professionalism of the crew. One thing that jumped out at me was that as I was waiting for my appointment with some other patients, the crew filed back from their lunch, greeted everyone by name and created a really positive and friendly atmosphere. This tells me two things:1. My experience isnt unique, which speaks to the consistency of the care you will receive2. These people genuinely love their job and it shows. When going through a difficult recovery, the last thing Id want to deal with is a burned out grump whos tired of their chosen profession, so to me, this fact is absolutely criticalI would and will recommend Market Place Physical Therapy to my friends, family, and coworkers because I trust that they will be in good hands, and you will too. They are warm, competent, and friendly, and I look forward to trusting them with my recovery after my surgery.

Not only pushing me to do the exercises, and actually doing therapy beyond what Ive had in the past.Other physical therapy providers do PT but none of them have ever really treated me. Ive been coming here for a few months now and can honestly say that its probably the best experience Ive had when it come to my recovery. As soon as you walk in you feel like youre surrounded by people and professionals you can really trust. From the receptionist (Jennifer) to the physical therapist ( especially Kennedy, Matt, Julissa, Alex...) that I worked with. They just take care of you. Because every pt at MPT really gives it their all when it come to you recovery and health. I loved it here and absolutely recommend anyone that needs help checking it out. Amazing staff and excellent care. They really care about their patients here. My injury has had me coming here for close to a year now. Without them I wouldnt have the life and mobility that I have. Because of the benefits of being a patient here, Ive been set up with a metabolic coach to help me eat better and lose weight and I have access to all of the gym equipment during my appointments and Im in far better health thanks to coming here. Ive met people of all ages and backgrounds here and its like one big family. Everyone looks out for each other. All the staff at Marketplace Physical Therapy Center in Redlands are pleasant and polite young people. Just to mention a few therapists, I had the pleasured to be seen by in my last few visits is Heaven and Rachael; Their main goal is to help out patients recover physically and emotionally back to normal from severe bodily injuries. For instance, I am currently going through physical therapy with them for a bad fractured clavicle which, in a few visits the mobility on my right shoulder and arm is outstandingly improving. This place is awesome. I’ve had a few surgeries over the years and been through several different PT clinics and I can say from experience, nothing compares to Marketplace. I’ve been back here for my rehab for several surgeries over the past few years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. We recently moved over an hour away from the clinic before my most recent surgery, but rather than getting second rate service somewhere else, I make the long drive a couple times a week to Marketplace to see Alex take care of my PT. Alex is an expert in physical therapy care and genuinely cares for each patient, which is the reason I make the drive.I had a difficult frozen shoulder issue after my last surgery and Dr. Ashley and Alex were super thorough with my rehab and it’s now better than it’s ever been. My job doesn’t allow me to be less than 100%, and I love that I can come back here, knowing they genuinely care about my recovery, while being treated like family. The vibe is always super upbeat and the staff is always positive and encouraging, unlike anywhere I’ve been.

My daughter was referred out last year in July but I choose not to go outside of Kaiser, she was then referred to Marketplace Theraphy in Redlands after her second surgery in June. I have to say I regret not having her attend here a year ago. As friendly as they are... They dont know much. I was here before I ended up needing emergency surgery. It turns out whoever evaluated me, misdiagnosed my symptoms and were not helping the right areas. When I reached out to tell them they were worsening my herniated discs, they avoided me. Granted this was one year ago, however they recently sent me an automated email about how therapy can help me and it reminded me how they did the exact opposite. Even when I was vocal during a session saying I feel a bad tingle in my leg. Which they responded its the stretch. Now I may have permanent nerve damage! Wonderful.... Please go somewhere better.

Dr. Steve goes above and beyond as always. Last week I was in a tremendous amount of pain and came in for a last minute appointment. After the appointment I realized I could breathe without pain (it was the first time in my life I’ve experienced back pain that triggered with breathing) and it only improved each day. I have been at Marketplace for many months now and find Jeffrey to be the best therapist thus far. You can see the drive and passion he has to assist you in healing and is not only there for a paycheck. He takes the time to explain the purpose of an exercise and what muscles you are working out. He will correct you if you are doing an exercise wrong so you do not re-injure yourself. He is very patient. I went from not being able to walk without a cane to running, being physically active without limitations, and even completing a Spartan Super because of their wonderful quality of care, attention to patient needs/desires, and follow through. This clinic doesn’t give you a “to do list;” they listen to your goals and create a recovery plan custom-tailored to the patient. They’re not just therapeutic, they’re constructive. They guided me through the tried and true recovery process, gave me advice on workouts upon completing the recovery plan, and coached me on lifestyle changes to help avoid issues moving forward. I drive over an hour each way 2 to 3 times a week to get my physical therapy treatments here. Loren and his staff are amazing. Not only are they great at the physical part but the positive attitude and get well can do attitudes are very inspiring. I hurt my knee and required reconstruction and the orthopedic surgeon wasnt sure I would ever have full range of motion back. Not only did Loren say we can make your knee 100% again but was confident that we could do it in half the time the orthopedic surgeon thought we could. At my first post op appointment the orthopedic surgeon was totally blown away with the progress I had already made and admitted that he didnt think progress like that was possible. Hopefully I never get hurt again but if I ever need physical therapy or need to make a recommendation you can bet it will be here. I have been to other places and this is hands down the best experience I have ever had.

Subtle humor pervades and the environment is relaxing for those who are at Market Place for pain management. They are prompt, accommodating, and offer healing support during and after treatment. At the end of the day you are responsible for your health. They only can heal the pain if you are willing to work with them in strengthening adjacent components through diet, exercise and stretches. Dr. Engle and the team at Marketplace Physical therapy have been great. Theyre professional, knowledgeable and you can tell they love what they do and they make a great team. As I continue to recover from surgery, the Marketplace Physical Therapy team has helped educate me on ways to strengthen the area without risking injury. They stay up on the latest developments to ease pain and expedite their patients recovery; as I saw when they provided me tape for my arm which provided relief from a constant pain. They show empathy, provide homework so you can continue to improve, and they also use a healthy dose humor to put their patients at ease. To be honest I went in to fill out paperwork to start physical therapy and its just not the type of place to be taken to seriously. The reason I say that is it shares a space with a gym. The gym is nice but very noisy. So anyways I filled out my paperwork in a very loud gym while gym members walked by. In this day & age where identity theft is on the rise they need to have a private or secure area where you can fill out your paperwork. The staff was friendly and tried to get me to stay, but when you go to physically therapy you need to focus on what your therapist is saying and not being able to hear yourself think. The gym itself had a very high energy environment and to honest if I was in good shape, lived locally and wanted to get pumped this gym is definitely the place to go...

Marketplace Physical Therapy uses only the highest quality equipment for their patients. The service is top notch and you will always leave the therapy session satisfied.Loren is the best in the industry and I would only trust coming to him if I have neck, back or ankle problems. Very nice, small place. I really like Redlands. It seems laid back with no frequent major crimes and I love the large Southern Pacific Steam Locomotive sitting at the San Bernardino County Museum in Redlands but this place is nice but they seemed to get mixed up on my 2nd authorization saying Ive been 5 or 6 times when I was never further scheduled but the Staff is nice and friendly. They are always trying different things to help my fractured arms recover as quick as possible. They are nice and patient. Thanks!! 👮

Upon my first consultation visit, not only was Dr. Ashlie well-versed and kind, she listened to me when I explained certain pains I was feeling and problems I was having. Dr. Ashlie went so in-depth regarding my physical conditions that she was able to accurately diagnose my movement dysfunction and aided me to develop a treatment plan. Additionally, I would like to put emphasis on Minh, for his exceptional performance and care he not only gives to me, but I see that he gives to all of his patients. Upon every visit, he politely asks me how I am feeling, how I felt about the last visit, what we can improve on, and what we can focus on, so that I can get stronger and feel less pain. My experience at Redlands Marketplace Physical Therapy has been wonderful! From the initial evaluation Dr. Engle gave me hope she could help me and had a plan. The staff has been wonderful from the office, Trevor, Erin, Loren and Dr. Engle. At my last visit Erin noticed I was a little off after doing my exercises, she alerted Dr. Engle who took my blood pressure. The BP was taken several times during the rest of the visit. Dr. Engle had the visit note printed for me to take to my physician. As a result, I was diagnosed with Orthostatic Hypotension. The physician was impressed with the note and stated it made their job easier. I cant say enough how impressed and appreciative I am for this facility and their staff.

Dr. Ashlie has worked on my whole family and has been able to give me my life back in so many ways. I drive 1 hour to come to her clinic, I live in Menifee. I attended Marketplace Physical Therapy and Wellness Center, not for physical therapy, but to use the services of a personal trainer. I chose Marketplace for that need because I have a history of serious back issues and having a physical therapist help me with personal training seemed logical to me. I did not want to see someone who did not have the education and experience to deal with my physical issues.
