Ive known Mark and Shelly for many years and my recent home sale was the second he has accomplished. They have been sensitive to my timing and priorities, and Shelly provided great advice for preparation for sale. Mark had great references for professional services, and once listed we had an offer in eight days. Im so grateful for Marks knowledge and experience, and his informing me of each step along the way. Most of all I appreciate his caring and availability for any question or concern.

Mark was very helpful in selling our rental home. In 2014 he blocked off a whole weekend to show us 25-30 homes. We loved the last one we looked at, and he negotiated a perfect sale for us. Through the years he has made himself available for any questions or recommendations. When it came time to sell that home, he again made himself available to take care of issues when we could not. While dealing with a death during escrow, Mark gave me space, but kept me grounded and fully informed of any extra steps in order to close escrow. I am very grateful for his professional direction.

This is a long overdue review for Mark. This month marks 1 year anniversary in my new house that Mark helped me find and purchase. He is the most patient and helpful realtor I’ve ever worked with. He had showed me at least 50 homes in the greater Sacramento area before I finally picked the house in Placer County. He researched every home I was interested in and gave me very honest and knowledgeable suggestions. His service didn’t just stop at the escrow close. He made sure everything went smoothly with my transition to the new home. I felt very well taken care of during the whole process. He certainly made my whole home purchase experience much less stressful. I strongly recommend Mark to everyone who is in the market for a new home.

Mark is a wonderful person, I had a very good experience. It is my new house and he made it so easy in all ways. He took care of each and everything things on my list including my loan. He made me walk through all the processes as my dad take care of my needs. I am glad that I found him with so much experience. Getting a home for anyone is a blessing keep it up, Mark.

I worked with Mark to find a home, eventually settling on a condo in Carmichael California. Mark was a perfect gentleman and took care to note any issues with the buildings we looked at. We managed to close fast without any issues. Mark even got me a handyman to fix a minor issue with the plumbing after the deal was done, and continues to be helpful to this day. After 21.5 years in the same little house, my wife and I decided to upgrade to a house that we can share and create many new lasting memories with family and friends. We reached out to Mark to help us with this journey. Mark assisted us with the selling of our current home as well as helped us find a home that met our very specific wants. This was not an easy task. Not only were we not up on the real estate process but we wanted a very specific house. Mark stepped up to the plate and hit a home run. Mark was not just a real estate agent. Mark was very patient in educating us on the ins and outs of the process, provided guidance (recommendations – choices were all ours), juggled both the selling and buying of the homes, shared contacts to complete needed tasks and truly had our family has the main focus of this transaction. Mark was so great beginning to end even after we funded he is still helping us and is willing to answer questions. He was able to schedule appointments and go to showing based on our personal schedules, he worked harder than the selling agent thats for sure! And he was very knowledgeable about different cities we were interested in looking in and gave recommendations of companies to use for home warranty, internet, etc...overall this was such a stress-free experience and I am glad my Mother recommended him to us, thanks so much Mark!

We started our search for our first home back in October of 2015. We were using an agent and broker from Cameron Park. It was nothing but a nightmare for us.We were ready to give up on buying a house and just stay renters when we found Mark Koumelis. We researched him thoroughly on the internet and read he was regarded by clients and peers as one of the best. So we decided to give him a chance before we gave up on our dream of owning a home.When we spoke to him over the phone, and then met Mark in person, he seemed to really know his stuff. By the time we left his office, we felt a renewed hope that this may work out. After showing us only three houses, we made an offer that, with Mark’s guidance and experienced negotiations, was accepted. Before we knew it, we are now home owners. We really owe it all to Mark.After the drama of the first agent and everyone telling us that buying a house is like a roller-coaster ride with ups and downs, I can say that Mark takes such good care of you, that we really did not have any downs.
