Mark was such a pleasure to work with for me and my family. He was conscious of my family’s situation. My mom is on oxygen so he was so kind to have a notary come to the house. Always responsive of any questions I had. His team is also great. He is knowledgeable, kind and humble. I loved that he was able to get the trust done very quick. We began working with Mark Ignacio over 6 years ago when our father passed away and our mother needed assistance with her will and estate planning. Being a religious order priest, I dont live close to my parents to take care of them. As they get older, I worry for their health and wellbeing. A good friend of mine introduced me to Mark Ignacio. I called his office and Taylor, the administrative assistant, was very helpful in setting up an appointment to discuss my issues and worries.I had many questions going into the meeting, mainly about the assets of the family, what will happen when I or a family member passed, and all the taxes and legalities that go along with that. Mark answered all my questions and explained to me in words that I can easily understand. He was funny and put me at ease, while at the same time, keeping a professional atmosphere.In the first meeting, Mark listened and suggested a living trust; explaining it how it will resolve my issues. In the second meeting, Mark went over the entire living trust document, page by page. He made sure I understand all its terms and implications. He did the transfers of the core asset into the trust and gave me instructions to do the rest.I had in my mind a very complicated and long-drawn-out process, but Mark made it really fast and easy. Mark Ignacio is not only very knowledgeable about estate planning, but hes also a down to earth, very nice person who avails himself without fail to any follow up questions or clarifications. I knew very little about creating a Living Trust and admittedly I was very overwhelmed by the process. Mark always made me feel comfortable and got me through it quite easily.
