I worked with Mark earlier this year to purchase my first home, and it was such a pleasure to have him represent me. Over the course of three months, we put in multiple offers and fell in/out of escrow three times. At one point, I started to get slightly frustrated by how competitive the market was and how difficult some of the sellers were being. But throughout it all, Mark never lost his patience, optimism, and enthusiasm towards helping me find my perfect home. He took calls and answered texts/emails whether it was early morning, late at night, or even when he was on vacation. He went to bat for me when it came to negotiations, and he engaged determinedly on my behalf with the sellers agents. In the end, I did find my dream home and I couldnt have been happier with how smooth and efficient the close process was. Mark has great connections with lenders, inspectors, and handymen in the area, so it certainly sped things along when it came to meeting my goal of closing in 21 days. I definitely recommend Mark, especially if you are a first-time homebuyer in the Los Angeles area.

Mark did an amazing job selling my Grandmas property for the family. He was extremely professional, cordial and very personable throughout the entire process. It was a tricky sale with compounding factors affecting the ultimate sale of the property. Mark handled every issue with ease, offering excellent guidance for us in navigating through the selling process. My husband and I had already purchased a home out of state, and had moved lock stock, and barrel.When I returned to clean up and try to freshen up the property in preparation for listing it for sale, I quickly realized I was pretty overwhelmed, and then my husband ended up in the hospital.Mark came out to the house, discussed the RealVitalize program, mapped out a plan, and I was able to hand over a set of keys, and get on the road to my husband and our new home several states away.Mark was always available for questions, and kept us informed throughout the process, without being at all intrusive.From start to finish he helped navigate us through the entire process with kindness, professionalism and skill.Even when CBs excellent team stepped in for the closing, Mark was still with us every step of the way, and called to congratulate us as soon as everything was finalized.Much thanks to Mark and all involved from a couple of very happy home sellers.

Working with Mark has been a dream. He is very patient and attentive to everything you need. He always tries to give me a discount whenever possible. He is a great resource in referring clients to other companies, like termite support, contractors to help with renovations etc.He was also very friendly to my kids and always asked their opinion on houses we saw! Sometimes saying Thank You just isn’t enough.. Mark had us locked in a 21 day escrow in first week of listing with a $22k over asking price. WOW!!! Mark made this experience a walk in the park! There are so many words I could use to describe what Mark did for me in helping me find my first home so Ill start with these two outstanding and fantastic!. The first thing he did was introduced me to Victor at Home Loans USA he was able to get me pre-approved while Mark was searching for properties. A little over a month later Mark presented me with the keys to my first home. Mark made this property journey so smooth, his honesty and patience was amazing. Mark was a great find! Mark helped me when I needed him the most. I hired a different real estate agent (a wife and husband team) and my house wasn’t selling. I called Mark up and he took over the deal and got to work. I had someone to buy my house within a few weeks. Mark got me way over what I was asking for my house as well! Mark was professional, always answered the phone with any questions I had, and was all around a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable and had great advice. His partner assisted him with the deal and she was amazing as well. I was worried that I wouldn’t make it out of California in time for the snow storms and Mark and his team put me at ease and worked very hard to get me out in time. I would definitely recommend Mark and his team for your home sell!
