It was a pleasure working with Mimi Kim to sell our home in Roseville. Mimi is unlike any other realtor we have ever worked with, and we have worked with quite a few having purchased eight homes and sold seven. Mimi goes above and beyond for her clients. She treated our home like it was her own, and she treated us like members of her family. She is very knowledgeable, professional, hardworking, and most of all she is a very caring person. We have only one regret…and that is we wish Mimi had helped us buy and sell all of our other homes.

Wow. Just simply, wow. Mimi is an extraordinary realtor and an extraordinary person. She guided our recent home sale with professionalism and personal touches at every turn. By the way, she sold the house in 1 day! She has the best connections for everything you can think of in the process of listing to close. She has a heart of gold. When searching for a new home I was very nervous in choosing a relator, thank god I found Mimi!Choosing a new neighborhood is a difficult and nerve-racking experience, but Mimi made the decision-making process very comfortable with her vast expertise and grave attention to detail. Her persistence in asking the right questions and making sure all my needs were met was second to none (she really cares).Mimi understands all facets of the buying and selling process, including all my questions about lending; she even saved me quite a bit of cash with her prodigious experience in the negotiations process (thanks again! cant thank you enough). I would have offered much more money for my home than she recommended, and I ended up with the house I wanted at a great price; I could not have been happier with the experience.Mimi is a high energy, go getter, with lots of spunk and tenacity. She will work her tail off to find you the home of your dreams. I would sometimes call Mimi at off hours and she always made herself available (even if she was at her grandsons baseball game). I was very impressed with her effort, I had a much different experience with my previous agent.I would never imagine using any other agent than Mimi now. Mimi was great at helping me buy a new home and sell my old one! She is so cheerful and pleasant. And Mimi is unbelievably responsive to all communications!With her expert knowledge she helped me find my new home and guided me through the process efficiently. She was always available to setup appointments to view houses and quickly answer all my questions about inspections, disclosures, etc.Then, she used her knowledge and skills to sell my old home. She did a great job marketing my home and found an excellent buyer. It only took six weeks from signing the listing contract to close of escrow!I couldnt be happier with my choice of Mimi as my real estate agent! I highly recommend her!

Mimi is the best real estate agent I have ever interacted with. It has was such a great privilege to have found Mimi. She is the type of person who has found the balance between being an undisputed professional and a tremendous human being. Mimi, educated us on the subject of selling and buying real estate. She accommodated each of our request always a smile on her face. She provided us with all kinds of options to find our new house and walked us through everything step by step. She sat down with us and we made a plan together. We really werent 100% ready for an imminent purchase. Mimi made us aware of the current situation with housing and kept us updated all the time about changes in the market. She was always available, I don’t know how she can do that. Most importantly, she was always sincere, genuine, and empathetic towards us, she never pushed us to the point that we felt rejected by her or felt obligated, which resulted in her attitude compromising us and now we feel that is only through her that we want to buy our house. We feel so confident with her that more than our agent we feel Mimi as a good friend who advises and helps us. I HIGHLY recommend this agent to everyone.
