Today was first appointment at Dr. Kims Dental facility. Absolutely wonderful experience from the moment you have been contacted by Jesus. Jesus represents Dr. Kims office with a caring attitude and beautiful smile. Hygienist Abby is extremely skilled and takes pride in doing an awesome job. I have not come out of a dental office feeling well taken care of. Gigi extremely kind and patient in not leaving me while taking x-rays while noticing my anxiety. Dr Kim takes pride in her employees that do exceptional quality of work. I am recommending Dr. Kims Dental Facility to my friends.

Incredible experience with Dr Kim. She fit me in for an emergency visit same day! I was having jaw pain that was worse with eating. Really uncomfortable. Made me not want to eat anything. I was worried I had a tooth abscess. The evaluation was thorough. Dr Kim talked through the possible causes with me. She is very friendly and cheerful. Talking with her was easy and enjoyable. Fortunately the testing did not show an abscess or other concerning problem. She suspected an irritated bone spur and recommended giving my mouth time to heal. This was my preferred approach. We discussed how to avoid further irritation and pain control strategies including over-the-counter pain medicines which could help. I am so grateful for the help I received from Dr Kim today! I recommend her without reservation.

I hadn’t been to the dentist for a while because I get very anxious. Dr. Kim made me feel very comfortable since day one. She is amazing, I would highly recommend her. Abigail is great! I had my cleaning over at the office of Dr. Maria Kim and it was an overall great, pleasant experience. Her staff are very welcoming and answered all of my questions and concerns. Abby the hygienist was very gentle and extremely nice and provided oral hygiene instructions that can better my oral health. I had a wonderful first visit to Dr. Kim’s office. Her staff sent me the pertinent forms to complete prior to my appointment, so when I arrived, I went directly to the examination room. Abby, the dental hygienist, was excellent, as she did a very thorough job of taking X-rays and cleaning me teeth. We had a very nice conversation along the way. Dr. Kim was very friendly and knowledgeable. She answered my questions and gave me a very helpful form showing me the most relevant risks to my dental health and offered great advice to avoid those risks. I am very much looking forward to my next visit. Cannot recommend this office enough!

Dr. Kim is located in a cute little bungalow, so every time I walk in there I feel like going over to a friends home... and then ones greeted so friendly that the feeling is reinforced. Dr. Kim made a name for herself to be very gentle in addition to doing excellent work, so I cant believe Im writing this, but it is the first time in my life that I LOVE going to a dentist!

Dr Maria and the hygienist Jose were very competent, communicated well, gave me clear diections, said thank you often. Doctor Maria was so gracious and kind. She is a highly competent dentist and also has a very qualified staff. On my previous visit Aby, Doctors hygienist was VERY good. The receptionist/ secretary was also efficient and pleasnt. I have been coming to see Dr. Kim since her mother retired. I have also brought my 2 kids here since the age of 1. From the beginning, I was impressed with Dr. Kim’s homey and clean office, with state of the art equipment and air filters in every room. She was so good with my kids even though they were bad patients as toddlers. She even taught me a technique to get them to open their mouths, where they sit on mom’s lap and mom bends them down and forward, while Dr. Kim sits facing them. Genius! My kids like coming here (which says a lot since it’s the dentist.) I am a pediatrician and recommend Dr. Kim to my patients—that’s how much I trust and value her. She always comes out to the waiting room to give me a detailed summary of her findings and recommendations. She also sometimes answers the office number personally. She recommended a great orthodontist whom I also like for Invisalign. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for the dental care of our family. Easy and free street parking too, and easy freeway access. Finally, she does not recommend things you don’t need and is very honest and up front. She is always on time and we don’t wait when we arrive for our appointments.

I usually don’t write a review. (You might think it is cliché :).) This is one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. Dr. Kim and her staff are friendly, welcoming, and professional. My husband and I hadn’t been to the dentist for years, and my 6-year-old son needed to get his teeth checked. We all had a wonderful visit. They are the best with kids especially, and my son really enjoyed the last visit. He asked if he could go to the dentist every day. Today I got a crown on my molar, and she was very meticulous through all her dental work. And she and her staff listened to all my concerns and answered questions. If you’re not happy with your current dentist or looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Kim.

Dr. Kim and associates are as wonderful as they come. I’ve bounced around over the years and never found a good combination of quality service and reasonable rates until Dr. Kim. They take great care of me, tell me what I need to know (The good, bad, and the ugly), and then let me choose my course of treatment. Although going to the dentist is never a joy, per se, I do look forward to going to see her er all because they really feel like familiars as opposed to just cold professionals. You still get the professionalism, but you get a nice personal touch too and I think that’s rare in this type of industry. In any case, I’ve found my dental home.

It was my first time visiting this office as a new patient! I came in with no dental insurance and afraid of a big bill but Dr. Kim’s office had Kleer, which I never heard of before. It is a insurance membership plan that they offer to patients without dental insurance. It comes in a package with necessary scans and treatments with a very affordable monthly fee. It was perfect for me and exactly what I needed! The technology they use in this office is amazing as well. The equipment they used made my visit less painful, more efficient and scans to come out more detailed. Other than that, their staff here is so honest and friendly. They informed me about everything and made sure I had no questions or confusion. They made me feel happy to go to a dentist visit! If anyone is looking for a new dentist office, Dr. Kim’s is the place to go!!! They are amazing!!!

The dental hygienist did a fantastic job and she’s only been at it for a year! She made the entire process as painless as possible constantly asking if I’m doing alright. I went in for consultation on the afternoon of December 17th. She performed a very thorough examination of my problem area and took her time to explain the complexity of my situation and the urgency of the root canal I needed done as soon as possible. To my surprise, she even identified a serious chronic dry mouth condition that I wasnt aware of.Dr. Kim is one of the most patient, caring, and knowledgeable dentist Ive met!Unfortunately, I am visiting from out of town, otherwise I would have all my routine checkups done by her. Doctor Kim is the only dentist I will let work on me. She goes out of her way to make sure you are comfortable and in no pain. Never had I had a dentist so concerned with my feelings. She always lets me know what she is going to be doing every step of the procedure. Her staff is super. If she isn’t her dentist you don’t know what you are missing. Going to the dentist is usually not a pleasant experience but that is not the case with Doctor Kim!

If you’re like me, you probably don’t look forward to sitting in the dental chair. That changed for me recently. Dr. Kim and staff certainly welcomed me in a safe and gentle capacity. Their level of conscientiousness stunned me. I started drafting this review in my head with my mouth open and the drill going on my tooth. I could not believe I was even thinking it, but in that moment I knew it was the best dental visit I had ever experienced.I recently read another book on parenting. I correlated it with my experience in Dr. Kim’s office and my dental experience. (stay with me, it’s going somewhere) There were four things the book said every parent should prioritize for their children and it definitely translates to adult life experiences and daily transactions as well. They are that the child should feel: 1) safe, 2) seen, 3) soothed, and 4) secure. Can you say that you’ve felt this way with your last dental visit? If not, I would highly recommend you give Dr. Kim and staff an opportunity to upgrade your experience. I felt all of those things ten fold.In addition to my concerns being mitigated and handled with the highest level of safety, courtesy, kindness and professionalism, I was also taken back by the extra wisdom she imparted upon me when I asked her a medically related question. I walked out of there with a skip in my step and a mouth that felt sturdy and secure with very little discomfort (if any at all) all things considered.They didn’t try to push any additional expenses or procedures on me, they actually laid out an affordable path and focused on the matter at hand. My kids and I have been seeing Dr. Kim for 10 years now. She inspected my daughters first teeth at age 3 and she just pulled the last of those baby teeth out for my now-teenager daughters braces.Dr. Kim is one of the rare doctors who will take time to explain whats going on, who will give you options, and who always listens.Neither one of my children is afraid of the dentist because she has always managed to make them feel completely comfortable. Even after getting her tooth pulled, my daughter expressed with some surprise that it never hurt at all. Oh, and I should mention that this was my daughters first novocain shot ever. Thanks to Dr. Kims diligent preventative care, neither one of my kids has ever had a cavity yet.Also, in ten years, we never had to wait more than one minute in the waiting room. Dr. Maria Kim is a great dentist. I have referred others to her. When she took over the current office, she upgraded everything and continues to keep it up-to-date. I normally just get a bi-annual cleaning and the annual x-rays. But this week I had several old fillings replaced. I am usually pretty tense in the dentists chair. Dr. Kim was warm and exceptional in explaining the procedures, and the technology available there is top of the line. 3D imaging is available so you can see in real time exactly where the teeth are damaged and what needs to be done. I had my first appointment with Maria Kim DMD yesterday and it was my first dentist visit in 7 YEARS! So you could imagine how nervous I was. I let her and her assistant (Irma) know and they were soooo sweet. Through the x-rays, terra scan and cleaning they were gentle and let me know exactly what they were doing (the terra scan was so awesome, they even let me take a selfie with it and they got in the pics lol). They did baby steps and let me take a break whenever I needed it.I especially loved how Maria Kim DMD took the time to get to know me a little bit when she came in and explained everything. A second assistant/hygienist came in at the end too and gave me some very helpful hygiene tips (I didn’t get his name!).I would highly recommend this place especially if you’re an anxious person like me, or if you like things explained to you, or if you simply need a dentist with a gentle touch. Dr. Maria is the best doctor Ive had so far and she is the perfect example how a dentist should treat their patients.Dr. Maria is helping me straighten my teeth with Invisalign. The process of it is going good Ive notice changes the first day with my Invisalign trays! I find Invisalign more comfortable and discrete than traditional braces.

Very nice visit, the office is very clean and organized. All the covid rules are being implemented, I was there to put a bridge, it was a lot of work for Dr Kim, everything went perfect. I am waiting to put my Permanente bridge now, everybody needs to take care of there teeth .

From my partying days to me getting married, Dr. Kim has been very patient with me when I drank too much the night before n the anesthesia just wont work the way I wanted to her office.... She actually called me while I was hung over @ a co workers house before to check if I was hurting after I went to her office that friday. I really appreciate that.I have stayed with her just because she listened to my problems n Dr. Kim fixed my problems with my teeth with just one try.Sry Dr. Kim about the u know what...
