This was my first time buying a home. During these times, when the market is difficult, I had just the right person with the knowledge and experience to help me! I finally got into my first place thanks to the help of my amazing realtor, Margret! I had worked with Margret for almost a full year and she was so patient to work within my schedule and to send me listing that were of interest for me. She always listened to my wants and needs gave me a lot of insight when I had questions. She also linked me up with great contacts for a lenders, inspectors, etc.I put offers on 3 places and her competitive contracts always gave me an edge over the other offers. When I finally found the place that I wanted, she worked endlessly and even did the work of the HOA and selling realtor to ensure that my loan would get approved, as there was missing documentation needed for loan approval. Without her, I wouldn’t be in the home that I had my heart set on. I was new to the process, as this is my first home, and had no family in California to help me throughout this process, and she kept my mind at ease and kept me honest on the entire contract processes. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a place and already gave recommended her to friends!

I contacted Margret to help me lease my condo that I have lived in 20 years and feel very protective of. She was extremely responsive, helpful, and personable and had my condo rented within a couple days of starting. I moved out of town the day after I hired her and she handled absolutely everything for me and made the process really easy. I have already recommended her to other friends as well. She seriously is the best! When its time for me to buy and sell again I will DEFINITELY be working with her for that too. 5 stars all the way!

I met margret from a friend and the first time I met her I knew she was going to be our realtor. Shes very experienced and knows the business well. She will guide you from Beginning to end. I truly can say we couldnt have done it with out her help. She always make sure her customers are in good hands.
