I highly recommend Margaret Garemore of Deasy Penner Podley. Margaret Garemore was introduced to my father in 2005. She sold two properties for him. After my father’s death in 2012, his wife contracted with Ms. Garemore to help her rent out the properties left to her after his death. As Trustee for my parents’ estate, Ms. Garemore has continued to work with the family, through me, for the past 7 years. She helped sell our family’s business property and a single family residence in Pasadena. There were multiple offers on both properties and both sold over the asking price. She truly understands real estate in the San Gabriel area. She works tirelessly, even on weekends and after hours (I live in a time zone 2-3 hours different from the Pasadena/Sierra Madre area). Margaret is patient and provides me with excellent guidance. The family still has two more properties to sell. She listens to my issues and responds respectfully and intelligently. Ms. Garemore’s attention to detail and professionalism are to be commended. I would recommend her to anyone needing the services of a Realtor. Margaret made the entire process of selling our house seamless. She hired a photographer to take professional photos, developed flyers, and marketed the house very well. She was in continuous contact, providing updates on the status of the house, offers, counters and any documentation that needed to be filled out. She was very polite and friendly, providing answers to all of our questions and providing advice as needed. I would love to work with her again.

Rarely in this day and age, if ever, do you get more than what you pay for. Margaret Garemore is a refreshing exception to that. Margaret is one of those rare individuals who truly cares for her clients to the extent that she goes to whatever lengths it takes for a successful transaction, and is ALWAYS available to answer questions and help out whenever needed. Although she is one of the top real estate agents, and an expert in her field, she welcomes input and insists on collaborating with the client at every step of the process. In her over 23 years in the business, she has assembled a team of professionals such as house stagers, photographers, floor plan designers and many others who are the best at their crafts. Margaret is also an expert in negotiating the sale of the home, as she is a licensed and trained real estate mediator, fortified by an extensive legal background. She helped us immensely with everything from the pricing to the calculated and brilliant marketing campaign. I worked with Margaret for over a year waiting for the right timing and home to become available. She was extremely patient, did not push me into anything and was always willing to take the time to show me a home even if just for comparison. This was all happening during Covid which made things more difficult for all. Margaret was always upbeat and professional. Through her diligence I was able to identify the area I wanted and eventually the home. I look forward to working with Margaret again and highly recommend her.

Two years ago I was engaged in an difficult property conflict with a family member. Unable to come to anagreement on our own both of us chose to try mediation as a means to an equitable solution. During the mediation Margaret provided an avenue for both parties to be heard, utilized her expertise in real estate negotiation and diffused the emotion which brought about a working resolution.I am so grateful that we chose Margaret Garemore as the Mediator to resolve what seemed to be an inresolvable conflict.
