I was referred to Stephanie at Marcus Medical by my wife who has had regular facials with her for several years. After becoming a regular client myself, Stephanie has continued to go above and beyond in providing excellent service specific to my skin needs. Ive had a whole range of treatments from Dr. Marcus, Dr. Samra and Kelly and never been disappointed. Everyone is always so sweet and helpful. I trust everyone in the office, so I usually go in and ask where they think would make the best improvement. They keep me looking youthful and natural, never fake. Usually talking me out of silly things I ask for rather than over filling or over freezing. I even had them re-do my lips that had been overfilled and now they look so good, everyone thinks theyre real!Love the Marcus office

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Marcus and his staff. The nurses/ staff are so sweet and professional. Dr. Marcus is the BEST. He has the best energy and techniques. I really love that he isn’t heavy handed when it comes to his treatments, so I always feel really comfortable letting him do his magic.Both locations are great and really easy to park and get into the office.

I received a gift certificate for this spa. The front desk staff in both offices were extremely friendly and professional. I saw Dr. Samra for my treatment and she did an awesome job. She kindly listened to my concerns and addressed them beyond my satisfaction. Her calm demeanor also put me at ease.

Love Marcus Medical Spa and Dr. Marcus!I went in for botox and filler.The staff is so friendly, they answered all my questions, were super attentive and made the experience great. Dr. Marcus took the time to teach me the difference in cosmetic brands and explained each step of the treatment (Ive had botox before, never filler). I can already see the results and they look amazing!!Definitely recommend Marcus Medical and Dr. Keith Marcus for all your cosmetic needs.

Ive been seeing Dr. Marcus and off for several years now and have always left a happy and returning customer. Ive had several touch-up services along with a facial here and there. I appreciate his honesty and polite suggestions on any concerns. Ive also recommended a friend and she was happy with his services too. I believe a consultation may be free but just call and the pleasant staff is more than happy to help.

This is the most happy I have ever been to write a review. Dr Samra is amazing in every way. I have been getting fillers for years and have had varying degrees of satisfaction. I had the opportunity to see Dr. Samra and over 3 treatments spaced a few weeks apart I got what I consider close to a non surgical facelift from derma fillers alone. My friends and family just keep commenting on how rested and happy I look. (They think its because I have taken a break from working.) lol. Even my teenage son told me how young I look. She is a true artist and takes her time, using a gentle and kind touch. I just cannot recommend her more. I live 5 minutes from Beverly Hills and will happily drive the 40+ minutes to see her over any other doctor here in town.

Shows how good follow up and thoughtfulness can turn things around.Ok...had an uncomfortable experience based on a scheduling mishap and an awkward exchange with an aesthetician. Left having no treatment and having blocked several days from work and social time for recovery. I was embarrassed and upset. Had no intention of returning. However, I received a very compassionate call from Danika who understood my concerns and frustrations and she encouraged me to give them another try and I did. Today, Dr. Samra did the treatments I rescheduled. Incredible experience with Kaylies (so) assistance. Attentive, informative, thorough and thoughtful about my comfort. Dr. Marcus even stopped in. Cant wait to see the results. So...I am happy I did not let the bad attitude of one aesthetician keep me from going back.

I have been here a few times and find the service stellar. I followed Jeramie Bhatia her because I love how she injected my restylane Silk in my lips. I ended up seeing Dr. Marcus for a same day appointment. He was wonderful. For me the treatment last almost 2 years and costs $600. I find it to be one of the best decisions to invest in some natural looking plump lips. The other time I got a facial and enjoyed the relaxing hydrating treatment. I think for $125. I dont recall... They have some great specials from time to time if you sign up for their emails they only come about once a month.

I came here and got a facial done by Sheila, and it was the most amazing experience!! She talks you through everything she is doing and shes very attentive. I also loved the fact that she gave me recommendations for my skin. I will definitely tell my friends and family about Marcus Medical!

Came to this office for laser hair removal. I had already had treatments 20 years ago elsewhere so I have experience with what it is and how it works.My provider who did the work was very nice and gave me the dignity and respect that I expected. But the rest of the staff, and Dr. MARCUS himself, gave me a cold feeling that was rather racist in nature.Well Im sorry but that kind of attitude in this competitive environment doesnt work with me and other customers must be warned. We work hard for our money and providing patronage is a blessing to a business and must be treated with utmost courtesy and respect...In addition after two treatments, the results are negative. They didnt work. As Ive said I have experience with this treatment so I know what to expect. Marcus needs to do alot to win back my trust and a positive review...Dated February 5, 2020As I had previously stated before that it would take a sincere effort on the part of a business to win back my trust and patronage. An olive branch was extended and the business replied back to me with a favorable result which in compliance with Health information privacy, I will not discuss in public.A sincere discussion took place and the business went far and beyond the effort to correct the deficiency. The most professional yet down to earth, friendly and caring medical office I’ve ever been to. Every one from the front desk to Dr. Marcus gave nothing but the best from consultation, before and after procedure, and afterwards. Always making sure and going out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied. Outstanding, very knowledgeable & genuine honesty when it came to what Dr . Ive been a patient of Marcus Medical Spa for the last 10 years. I started coming for simple facials, then as Ive aged I moved on to lasers, botox, TMJ treatments, etc. I have referred more people then I can count and not one person has ever been disappointed. If youve ever met my mom you would know that she is a hard one to please and even she is obsessed with their bedside manner, explanations of options and real expectations of what to expect from each and every procedure.I am very thankful to know Im in the exceptional care and never have to worry.Thank you to everyone but especially to Dr, Samra and Kelly... you two keep me youthful and answer ALL my questions.

I have been a long time Patient of Dr Marus! He is the best!!! He is very personable and friendly, but also takes his time in the consultation process and is extremely thorough. He ultimately wants to help you realistically meet your goals. The atmosphere is so nice and relaxing and the staff is extremely helpful. I get my facials and skin care recommendations by Sheila Hedulund, she is magic! I love all the products and use anything she recommends! I initially visited the Marcus Medical Spa because I wanted to give Dysport another try after experiencing middling results at a dermatologist’s office. I felt that I might get better results having it done by a highly rated plastic surgeon. And was I right, as not only is Dr. Marcus knowledgeable, but he has a keen eye for aesthetics.On my first visit Dr. Marcus spoke with me about what I would like to accomplish in the looks department, and after listening to my concerns gave me several suggestions. The suggestions he gave were ones that he felt would provide the most natural results, which I appreciated greatly as I just wanted to turn the clock back a bit but still look like myself. And that’s what I got with that first visit and all of my visits since.As I’m quite wary of having anything done (lasers, injectables, fillers, etc.) Dr. Marcus has baby-stepped me to a refreshed look over the past couple of years. Since that first visit I have gone back for additional Dysport and IPL treatments, and we are making plans for additional treatments in the future, as I grow more comfortable with having procedures done. On that note, Dr. Marcus is very personable and caring; he walks me through what he’s doing and checks that I am as comfortable as possible during all phases of treatment.I also want to give props to the awesome staff that works for Dr. Marcus. The front office ladies are pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable about the work Dr. Marcus and his staff perform. The aestheticians, RNs, PAs – these are highly qualified professionals who know what they’re doing.And my review would not be complete if I didn’t give a special shout out to Sheila, my aesthetician at Marcus Medical Spa. I went from someone who rarely had facials (and you could tell by looking at my skin) to a regular visitor. Sheila is another extremely talented member of Dr. Marcus’ staff. Her caring demeanor and attention to what my specific skin type needs is the reason I keep going back. The first time I walked into Aesthetic Edge I felt at ease. I needed Dysport & since my facelift about 5 yrs ago, Ive had hallow-like things in my cheeks. Id went to other Drs.....well, enough said. Two apppointments with Dr.Marcus & I have normal cheeks! Yippee! The staff is awesome & friendly yet professional. They are also very knowledgeable about the products the office sells. The interior of the office is relaxing and very clean. I dont think Ive ever waited more than 5 minutes before I was taken back to see the Dr. Marcus. About Dr. Marcus. He is fantastic! Hes very knowledgeable, calm, polite, thorough, honest and professional. Im impressed that he always explains everything to me. And, hes nice! I havent had a facial yet but Id heard the young lady is fabulous! I met her last week & talked with her & cant wait to make an appointment! Marcus Med Spa did my IPL and Im obsessed. All this sun damage appeared in my mid-late 30s after spending a lot of my 20s surfing and sun tanning. I always had to wear such much cover up to hide it. It wasnt pretty. Now, I feel so much more confident without makeup. Huge patches are nearly faded and overall my face isnt so much darker than my neck. I will definitely be going back. Thank you!! I am so happy.

The team at Marcus Medical Spa offers a comprehensive level of expertise and skill for both my face and body wish-list . Many of my friends worry that they will look weird if they try Botox or fillers. Dr. Marcus is personable, professional and always ensures that my results look natural. In addition to Dr. Marcus care. the medical spa offers a complete menu! I have been blown away by my Ultherapy results from Kelly and top notch laser hair removal from Jeramie. l am also obsessed with both the facialists here (Sheila and Stephanie) who leave my skin feeling brand new and baby soft by the end of each visit!

I was charged $1600.($800. a vial ) for a filler in my lower chin area--It was a ridiculously high price and the results were barely visible. Furthermore, the filler diminished within a month. This is a substantially overpriced place that you should avoid. They are all about money here. Plus they tried to charge $75. for a cancellation within 24 hours even though I specifically did NOT confirm the appointment when sent at least 3 texts--which meant I was NOT confirming.

Aethetic Edge is a great find. Dr Marcus is excellent and has a great sense of humor. Its easy to book an appointment and the receptionist is very nice. They have a small parking lot, so you dont have to park at one of the meters.
