Wow, this doctor is the most overrated I have EVER experienced. I have a crazy high cholesterol read from a recent blood test. I dont eat almost anything bad (mostly fruit, veggies, and nuts, beans, some bread). I dont eat meat, fried food, or desserts. I do have some diet soda so, that is my vice. I run around 6.7-6.8 miles nightly. That said, I went to get some insight and a man walks through the door with a WALKER! I thought it was a geriatric patient that walked into the wrong room. I went to get the door to help him out, but it was the actual doctor!! The photos on the various sites he is on are from a much earlier time. The doctor spent the sum total of maybe two minutes with me. Likely because he was not well. He apparently fell and broke his hip. Although unfortunate because he is elderly, it also does not instill trust in my dealing with a doctor that does not have the basic thought to take time off to heal. I too had recently fallen and broke, dislocated, and tore my left shoulder (also rotator). I took off two months of work to recover (still at four months I am not near 100% but on a much older man, it is likely he needs a lot longer to recover. I wanted to have a calcium scan before starting on a statin and this doctor sent me to a place that does not accept insurance. I came to find out this is covered by most insurances so; I requested FOUR TIMES nearly two weeks to get an order so I can go where it is covered. No one answered the phone from the day I was there. No one bothered to return my request. I simply requested an order so I could go to one of the major medical centers and have the scan under my insurance. I think that is very very poor service from a cardiologist (or any doctor, really) to direct their assistant or tech to do the follow-up calls. Also, his assistant/tech is rather off-putting. I did not sign up to have any test with some random guy. Most offices involving removal of clothes have a female nurse/tech. Everything about this doctor was a no go. I did get an order and was right about no plaque (even though I have high cholesterol). Remember to advocate for yourself above all others when it comes to health and steer clear of this doctor if you have any sense.

Dr.Ladenheim and his staff, Russ and Jeanie, are exceptional. They are friendly and thorough with their care. Dr. Ladenheim takes his time, I never feel rushed. My husband and I both see the doctor. Our most recent visit resulted in testing that needed to be done. We are traveling and the doctor fit us in the same week. Everything turned out good and we were comfortable going ahead with our plans.

I love Dr Ladenheim! He is very friendly and personable. I don’t feel rushed during my appointment. I had migraine headaches for several years and he was able to analyze my symptoms and prescriptions at the time. After making a few changes and switching medications, I am currently migraine free!Dr Ladenheim’s staff is amazing. His assistant, Pio, is awesome! So lucky to have found them!

The entire staff, including the front office, the nurse, and the doctor were friendly, kind, supportive and helpful. I was immediately put at ease and felt very comfortable. I’m a new patient. I was greeted with the sweetest man in the waiting room. While I was checking in I realized that I forgot my insurance card in my other wallet. The receptionist, Andi was sooo patient with me. She was able to get it from my referring doctor. That was such good customer service on her end.The nurse brought me back. Very attentive. I then met Dr Ladenheim. He was thorough and I did not feel rushed. I was very. Actually more than Happy with this office. They receptionist was trying to get something approved with insurance and the nurse kept coming in to say he didn’t forget about me.Top notch care all around.A+

My office visit with Dr. Ladenheim started with his terrific medical assistant Pio, who is settled me in with basics, bp weight etc . Pio has a comforting friendly manner. They are very efficient on time, and there’s never a long wait. Dr. Ladenheim spent time on the phone with my internist, reviewed all my labs and scans before meeting with me. He has a warm, calming demeanor. He answered all my questions and is clearly up to date with all the recent research. Given my family history, a cardiac “event” is what I’m focused on avoiding and I confidently place my 62 year old life in Dr. Ladenheim’s well skilled hands. He’s a true gem of a doc.

Youre greeted with a friendly staff upon entering Dr. Marc Ladenheims office. The EKG technician appeared very congenial; he asked in a warm, friendly manner about your family, your reason for your current visit, and the medications you took. I immediately felt relaxed. Dr. Ladenheim is a kind, gentlemanly doctor. He reminds one of the doctors of by gone years, open, gentle, exacting, with warm kind eyes. My first visit was pleasant. Thank you.

I always look forward to my visits. I’ve been seeing Dr Ladenheim for about 20 years. He always makes me feel like he really cares about me and my well being, and I care for his well being as well. I know I can always expect to hear the truth from him. As busy as he is, I never feel like he’s rushing in and out, and I always feel like I have his attention. I absolutely love Andy and Pio too. Very special people. They’ve worked there a long time. Dr is either a great boss or they’re gluttons for punishment! Hahaha Lol…just kidding. My favorite Dr! Thank you!

This is a great bunch of people. Theyre always so nice and helpful and make me feel very comfortable. My first visit I was in a panic as this was the third office I tried to get an appointment. Dr. Ladenheim waited on a Friday afternoon and called in another staff member whod left for the day for my stress test. They went out of their way to make me feel important and get me back to health.

Dr. Ladenheim and his staff have taken great care of me for many years. Obviously, I see a cardiologist because of heart issues. Dr. Ladenheim and his staff have been wonderful to my mother. They are kind, patient and thorough with their care. Dr. Ladenheim takes his time and explains his thought process, for patient comprehension . This is a wonderful skillset to have the patient jump on board with proactive health management. First of all Dr Ladenheim is very nice and compassionate. His secretary is also very nice they are all have great bedside manner. The only thing that I didnt like was I was cancelled twice for a Pacemaker check.According to the front desk secretary they will only call the pacemaker representative a day before my appointment maybe thats why I was cancelled twice because they were not available. My suggestion was to call or make an appointment with the pacemaker representative ahead of time not the day before my appointment.

I have been going to Dr. Ladenheim since 2015 and have received nothing but top notch care. He has probably saved my life on 2-3 occasions. Great Cardiologist and excellent office staff. He is not afraid to chew you out for not telling him something of concern and is willing to bend over backwards to make sure your doing what needs to be done.

Doc Ladenheim epitomizes what a doctor should be: Kind, caring, compassionate, empathetic; a good listener and somebody who thinks outside the box. He took care of my husband for over 30 yrs and was w him till the very end. (BTW, it was not his heart that was his downfall…). Throughout the many yrs my husband was his patient, I got to know Marc as well; Marc is a true mensch (which is a good thing!) He has since become my doc and just today, one of my dearest friends was in need of a cardiologist — they took her in on the morning of her call and so put her at ease; I truly believe she is in great hands. Doc L’s staff follows his lead and you always feel well cared for. Kudos, kudos, kudos!

Dr.Ladenheim seems to be very knowledgeable (albeit soft spoken). What I dig most he doesnt make knee jerk decisions but would rather see some trending data on your symptoms and base any changes on that information. Parking is a little tight in that building for AM appointments so be ready and his office can get busy with patients (but that can be expected with a good doctor)

Came in for POTS symptoms and shortness of breath. Was scheduled for an MRI and echo but MRI was scheduled 2 month late due to front desk saying no authorization from insurance. Called insurance, they said they authorized but no order was placed. Spent a month playing phone tag with one of the nurses trying to get this test scheduled. When I finally go in for the test, I find out its not even a cardiac MRI, its some other peripheral MRI.First appointment was highly encouraging but later appointments (2nd and last) highly dismissive. Was told I just had anxiety. Office never follows up with test results. Office also had the gall to offer special member services for a $1600 annual fee. With all the good reviews Ive read I wonder why I was treated so poorly. The only good interaction I had was with one of the male nurses.

About twenty years ago Dr. Marc Ladenheim saved my life. I walked into his office having some shortness of breath issues, and there was a bump on the back of my right knee. After a stress test he told me to call my wife because he was admitting me into the hospital right away. He diagnosed a clot behind knee, performed surgery, and was able to stop the clot from entering my main artery, which probably would have given me a heart attack. Ive been in his care ever since, and he remains on of my favorite physicians!

Dr Ladenheim has been my cardiologist since about 07, after my first cardiologist misdiagnosed me, Dr L. saved my life! He doesnt mess around, in beginning I took my situation lightly, (work studio hours)cancelled a bunch of appointments...when I finally got in, he told me, cant work if ur dead! havent missed an appt since!
