I had gotten into a terrible car crash back in July. I hired Darren as my attorney to help me get a nice settlement, and to say he did a great job would be an understatement. I got into my first major car accident a few years back and a friend told me I should get a lawyer. My significant other and I got hit by a car very badly. Initially we werent going to get a lawyer and just deal with the insurance company but we found the help of Manibog Law and Darren settled the case rather swiftly and painlessly. As someone who has lived in California all but 2 years of my life, I’ve seen this state grow from 17 million in 1967 to roughly 42 million in 2019. Driving on the freeways has gone from pleasurable to a constant grind, where getting into an accident is almost a certainty. It WILL happen. So how do you know you need a accident later? When you try and handle it yourself and get jerked around by an insurance company rep. I cried handling my case myself, and I really was hurt. The adjuster treated it as though I was making it all up I didnt appreciate that. I called Manibog Law and met with Mr. Manibog. He agreed to take my case and it was off to the races. The second time I was a victim of a rear end collision, I felt a bit helpless getting help even from my own insurance company. I had a lawyer represent me on my first accident, but I never even got to talk to any lawyer. Paralegals handled my claim and details were left out that I thought should have been considered and taken care of. I had a great experience with this lawyer. Last year I was hit by a drunk driver and hit my head pretty bad. Her insurance had the nerve to treat me like a bad guy for filing a claim for my injuries and made it should like I was making up my pain. I had a serious car accident a few years ago. After consulting with other attorneys, I decided to go with this office based on the recommendation of the chiropractor. I had a little problem with the office staff at first because they didnt keep me up to date on my case. But once I had direct communication withh Mr. Manibog, he settled my case to my satisfaction, including dealing with my own car insurance because the adjustor was so rude and demeaning. I was rear-ended by a semi truck on the 405 freeway about a year ago. I banged me head on the window and suffered a concussion as well as lots of neck and back pain. I always thought whiplash and soft tissue injuries werent real - until it happened to me. I didnt want to hire a lawyer because I didnt want to seem sue happy, but when the insurance for the truck started grilling me and made it sound like I wasnt really hurt, as though I was making it all up for money, I hired Manibog Law on the advice of a colleague at work.I met with attorney Manibog and was immediately impressed. He was so kind and sympathetic and he spent a lot of time with me. He was very knowledgeable and intelligent. He accepted my case and immediately got after the insurance company for the truck. He really put them on the defensive for not maintaining driver logs, schedules and other things they were supposed to do. He also took the deposition of the truck driver after filing a lawsuit. He made the case about their drivers inattention and negligence. That did the trick! The insurance company first made a low settlement offer, but Attorney Manibog kept the pressure on, and in the end, they agreed to an excellent settlement, more than I was expecting.Also, Attorney Manibog helped with my medical care as I was not getting adequate treatment at Kaiser (they just seemed to want to drug me instead of authorizing therapy to actually help me heal!).In all, I really appreciated that Attorney Manibog and his staff were always so responsive to my frequent calls and emails. In 2009, I was rear-ended while stopped on a red light on Wilshire Blvd in Santa Monica. The collision itself was minor primarily because my car was a Porsche Cayman and it took most of the beating. The car that rear-ended me was an Audi. I had back surgery a couple of years ago, and the accident aggravated the back and neck pain that I had endured for many years. I was off work for 3 days (as a lawyer myself, any longer time off would have been career suicide), and the insurance company was surely going to take my claims lightly....Thank God that Darren Manibog took on my case in a heartbeat! I am so very grateful that I was referred to Attorney Darren Manibog with Manibog Law. I was in a serious car accident when a taxi slammed into the back of my car I was heading to LAX. Not only did I miss my international flight, but I was taken by ambulance to the hospital with neck and back pain. I didnt think I needed a lawyer and Im not the type to sue. I thought my ain would go away in a few days. It did not. It got worse. The insurance for the other driver kept on harassing me and asking me questions implying that I mught be at fault. I cant say enough great things about Darren Manibog. My daughter and I were rear ended on the freeway and the driver admitted he was at fault the next day. My car was totaled, my daughter was in physical therapy for a while and my physical therapy went on for some time. From my point of view this should have been straight forward, it was far from it. This was a process to put it politely and it took quite some time (years!).
