Choosing a mattress can be quite overwhelming, but David Key expertise and dedication truly made the process seamless and enjoyable. Me and my girlfriend came in around 7pm yesterday. David warm welcome us and his extensive knowledge about different mattress types, materials, and features were invaluable in helping us understand options better. We forgot the time and the store is about to close, David still patience in answering all of my questions and addressing my concerns. He demonstrated commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction. We are happy about the whole experience!

This is a great location, and this is the second mattress my husband and I have purchased from Mancini’s Sleep World!Our Sleep Specialist was David and he was a great listener to the list of wants and needs to find a mattress that would fit inside our old wooden waterbed frame.The process was fast and easy for my husband and I, and David helped us to determine answers to the last couple of questions we had! David also helped to secure the mattress we needed at a price that our restricted income allowed.Thank you David, and Mancini’s, for helping us make this major purchase a pleasurable event in our lives. We had a great experience choosing a mattress here. David was our sales person and he was awesome. He made the experience easy and comfortable. David helped us figure out what we liked and then showed us a range of mattresses that fit our preference. We placed an order and were able to get it very quickly. The delivery was smooth and quick. I would recommend Mancini’s to anyone needing a new mattress.

Brandon was very knowledgeable and friendly. He recommended a range of mattresses based on what we were looking for and considering our needs (back and neck issues) and price range. The bed we chose was in stock and we were able to get it delivered on Monday morning (purchased Saturday afternoon). The purchasing and financing process was smooth and processed pretty quickly. All in all a great experience. If we need to buy another bed, I will definitely come back to this location.

After being ignored and a terrible experience at Mattress Firm in Mountain View, I came by Mancini’s. The store was super clean and when I came in I was able to casually browse around trying out some mattress options. Brandon was the only sales rep and after he finished up with his customers, he came up and asked me what I was looking for and my price range. Then he proceeded to show me a few options and let me take it all in. After narrowing it down to 3 mattresses, he saved me some more money on the cost. Overall it is worth your time to come here, instead of Mattresses Firm. They actually have pillows on every bed, unlike their competitor.
